We are located in the heart of Las Vegas here to serve you. Disabled combat veteran owned and operated with the best deals in town. Please call or visit us and we are happy to help. You are getting over 50 years in combined experience when you walk into those doors so come to a place where people actually know what they are talking about on so many different levels. We also provide EVERY internet, telephone and television service at the LOWEST guaranteed price. We are located on Sahara, near Valley view in the Sahara West Shopping center which sits between Kaplan College and Enterprise car rental. We will eventually be 24 hours but for now we have posted 10am-6pm Mon– Sat at a guaranteed set of hours but we are usually here before /after and on Sundays. Just give us a call outside of the posted hours to see if someone is here or perhaps we can answer some of your questions by phone as well. Business Owner
Milan B. Thakkar has an extensive background in this space dating back to 1993. He founded a company called M.B.T. Communications and has been in the area of pagers, cell phones, wholesale and retail electronics, call centers answering service, military, real estate, etc to make him the well rounded leader of Modern Utilities. He has a wealth of knowledge in marketing and sales. Milan studied Marketing, Finance and Management at the University of Maryland College Park and aviation in the United States Army. As a retired combat veteran from the US Army he has decided to get back into the space and created Modern Utilities which incorporates a little from all of his previous ventures rolled into one. He has taken this company to be the number 1 in its industry in Nevada and is planning to grow this concept across the rest of the United States. After fighting and defeating stage 4 cancer, he has now decided to take the concept nationwide.
