I’ve been in Las Vegas for about a week now, and have grown more frustrated by the hour with the amount of people in this town that don’t know the most basic of information. This boost mobile store is an oasis in this desert of non enlightenment. Excellent service and Extremely knowledgeable. These folks at this boost mobile store, not only restored my waning «like» of boost mobile, but actually made me believe that MAYBE somewhere else in this town there maybe others that «know» something other than to repeat the phrase, «I don’t know». This staff is a GLOWING representation of what customer service is supposed to be.

Their customer service is beyond reproach! I went in to get my 68 year-old father a replacement phone. He’s still old school and will only use the push button flip phone. The store didn’t have one in stock, but the gentleman who was working offered to go to a different store to get me one. The other store was all the way on the other side of town, and I appreciated his efforts as I had many errands to run with limited time. He told me to come back at a certain time and I did. He got me the phone I needed and I was able to take care of what I had to without an extra errand. I so much appreciate the offer, the effort, and the level of customer service this location has provided. Thank you very much Portillo’s! I will recommend your store whenever I can!
