I can’t believe how bad the customer service has gotten in this business. I’m at the Rainbow location right now. Jasmine, the girl in the front, has to be the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with out of all of them. The first time I encountered her I just thought she was rude with a bad attitude. Now I know I was being kind. I walk in and she’s on the phone. I stand there for a least a minute when she finally asks my name. She never looks up at me or says «Sorry our printer is down and I’m holding.» She only says,“Just a minute” and then talks to the person on the other line about the printer being out as she’s kinda helping me.
She then asks «You’re not buying anything are you?» I tell her no. It’s clear at this point I’m a put off by this situation so her solution is to VERY VERY VERY SARCASTICALLY with attitude ask me if I’m having a good day. When I tell her she should really be more polite she starts smarting off and telling me «I was on the phone with my boss.» Yeah pretty sure any real boss would understand if you HELPED THE CUSTOMER FIRST
Wow, I just can’t believe wanting a nice relaxing tan and dealing with this crap. Oh and there is a tip jar. FOR WHAT??? Sitting on your ass? I’ll be calling corporate ASAP

I love this location everyone is very friendly! Super clean beds and very helpful with spray tanning positions I highly recommend going!

My guess is no manager will ever read this so nothing will be done but why not give it a shot.
First off I want to express that the staff in the past has always been an absolute pleasure! They have always been super sweet, friendly, attentive, and cleaning the beds (THE MOST IMPORTANT PART). I do not know where they have gone, but they made a huge difference in customer experience and they are missed!
In my recent visits to this location there are some new faces that are not as friendly, I mean can I even get a smile… or at least look up from your cell phone when I walk in? Since they find their phones more important than their customers I would imagine the beds are not being cleaned in an appropriate timeframe before the acrylic is cooling and trapping all the lovely bacteria and lotion from the last guest in there, only to be released again once it warms up with the next guest, yuck!
Another huge issue that has been going on for MONTHS is bulbs have been out, what is up with that? Even when I have reported it to the front desk that there are bulbs (facial tanning bulbs) out nothing is done about it and it has been months at this point. The staff cannot do anything if the materials/​equipment is not being provided so I am guessing management is not supplying new bulbs?

Buyer beware, even if you specifically think you are purchasing only a limited number of tanning sessions they may go ahead and sign you up for a renewing membership. That’s what happened to me. When I called corporate to ask them to refund me they said I had signed a contract. Um no, I had signed on an electronic pad for the service I thought I had purchased. The lady said I should have asked for a printed contract, why would I have done that I thought I was only paying for the month of sessions I agreed too. This is bad business.

I have a bitter relationship with this location of bodyheat tanning. The place is supposed to be open until 10 PM but more than once I’ve driven across town and arrived at 10 minutes till closing only to be told that the filters have been taken out of the spray tan machine and denied tanning.

Affordable .
I went in there wanting to test out a one day tan but just to realize for a couple bucks more. that’ll be a membership. No contracts. Which means with 30 day noticed, I may cancel without any fines .

And also moisturizer, lotion, etc
Super clean.
U get in & out.
Room 4 bed does need new speaker though lol the stereo is popping :(

The girls are always nice when I go in and everything is always clean. The spray takes a little longer than they say to dry, but otherwise it’s awesome.

Beds are nice. Best beds I’ve been in so far. The monthly $ 99– is great otherwise too pricey. This location had no body wraps or water massages. I do like the red light therapy. But it’s still an upgrade on that. Staff is usually friendly. One girl is always snotty… I like that they’re 5 mins from my house.

The tanning beds are pretty good. The versa spa has a hard time draining sometimes. It’s like you’re sitting in a puddle when you’re getting sprayed. Some of the staff are great but I’ve had a run in with some questionable employees that are not very professional. Which makes me question continuing my membership here.
