I love this place so much me and my sister come here to get our eyebrows done! We don’t trust anyone with our brows besides Omni! Quick easy and painless

Ayana, is the girl! She was very patient with my stubborn hair, and moved very quickly. Everyone in the salon was very sweet and welcoming. You can tell it’s very important to Ayana for her clients to leave her chair happy! The salon was very cute, clean and great products. Wish I was in town longer to try more of the services. The facials sound amazing. My hair looks and feels great! Thank you guys for a great experience before my journey home! I will definitely be stopping in again, next time I am in town. Also, very affordable! Thank you Ayana! Best wishes to you guys.

DO NOT come here for mani’s or pedi’s, you have been warned. Their techs have horrible technique. Anyone that has gotten their nails done more than a couple times in their life will notice their poor skills. I walked out on my pedicure before even finishing it. Yes, it was THAT bad.
UPDATE: Since I decided to share my honest opinion of this business, I have received nothing but threatening messages from the business owner threatning to take legal action against me because I wrote my opinion. They claim I never received service and that they have a video of me. No, i never finished my pedicure as I stated above. I started it and stopped it as soon as I saw their lack of skills in their nail technician. My husband who was with me on the day will be more than happy to write a review of the pedicure he did finish and how his feet were left feeling rough, his nails dull, and still dirt stuck under his toes.

Came here for a mani/​pedi because Serene Nails (two doors over) didn’t have any openings. I won’t be going back here. They were friendly, but I am not happy with the end result. The girl that did my pedicure (Ayana I believe was her name — not sure on spelling) did a decent job, but when I got home I noticed a lot of uneven nails and parts where the polish was on my skin. Not too hard to clean up myself. I know she is new here and semi new to the industry so my complaint isn’t with her, although my toenails were cut much shorter than I prefer! After my pedi I decided I would do a gel manicure, which had to be done by the owner (Patrick, I believe). When I left my nails were still sticky, not at all shiny, lots of uneven ridges, rough edges, polish over the cuticles, and my hands even smelled bad (cuticle oil maybe? Either way didn’t seem like I had just left a professional establishment!) honestly couldn’t even bring myself to take a picture to post here. I immediately spent about an hour at home filing down and cleaning them up. Good thing I have a gel kit at home and was able to sort of get a decent result. Although the colors on my nails and toes don’t match at all!!! (Which Patrick made me feel like it was my fault that they don’t match since I said I wanted a manicure after my pedicure!) All in all, this was a huge waste of money and time (took 2 hours!!!) Very disappointed.

Desperate need of eye brow care! I love my brows! It was quick! No wait and they had the CUTEST little welcomer who greeted me when I walked in the door and showed me his cute little toy duck named ducky quack quack!

First time using Bloom Salon and Spa with my wife and let me tell you we are not going any where else. My wife had her mani and pedi done along with eyebrow threading and she loved it. If ever in Las Vegas and need a great place with amazing customer service and friendly atmosphere Bloom salon and Spa is the spot to be.
It’s very clean it’s fresh and they offer many services. We found our home for mani pedi and eyebrow threading.

So I just have to start with saying that this is my first ever Unilocal review. I absolutely loved this place and will continue to go. I went to do underarm wax and it was perfect. She got every single hair, without having to pull out the tweezers. She gave me a lil info before she headed out about other services, and in doing so, her husband I believe, said he’d give me a try on the eyebrow threading after I mentioned I’ve been wanting to try it. I LOVE it. I will definitely be doing that again as well.

I was visiting from out of town stayed with a friend for a few months. Came here for eyebrows they do an awesome job on eyebrows. Then i went in for a haircut, i was quoted one price over the phone, but it was actually $ 10 more than the quote. So make sure if you get a quote over the phone and when you walk in double check if the price is the same. They aee not really good in hair colors. I am so regretting my hair colored by them, still paying the price.

Everyone has to come here for the eyebrow threading!!! I have been seeing Patrick and ami for years now and everyone always asks me where I get them done… always amazing service here! You have to come here for eyebrow threading and more!!!

I am so glad I found this place it is close by my house and Alyssa is awesome. I got burned two times by going next door at Hair’s the Deal and another spot on Duango. I will leave a negative review for them but let me talk about Bloom. Alyssa is a sweetheart and she did an excellent job. I got my eyebrows waxed by her and I also got a hair cut from her two times. The other girls did not understand that I have an M line, on the back of my hair so it would always be terrible. I am German Russian American so I am a perfectionist and I hate that.
Alyssia gave me a good scissor cut and washed my hair two times. She complimented me on my silky hair and she was able to catch that by feeling it. I have good quality hair and she takes time, most places will rush you out and give you a generic hair cut, even if you spend $ 18 on a cut. I spent $ 32 and that was more than fair. I think I am going to go with Patrick on the threading though because I have thick eyebrows and the waxing is painful. I did not know they did Brazilian waxes as well but apparently that is what some of the ladies wrote. Talk about continence for the ladies and some hairy fellas. Thank you guys so much for always being awesome. She also said thank you when I gave a list of good engineering schools and for her son and she was genuinely interested at my experiences at Cal and Harvard.

I absolutely love this place! It’s 5 minutes from my house and every time I’ve been there, the staff has always been super friendly and helpful! Especially the lady with the glasses (I’m sorry I don’t know your name!) If you just explain how you want your eyebrows, they will give you suggestions and do an amazing job! They also offer all kinds of services from hair to nails to facials. A one stop shop! I feel like a lot of threading salons have really rude staff that seem completely annoyed by my existence. So this place is a breath of fresh air! I’ve been bouncing around from salon to salon looking for the perfect one and now… I think I’ve found it! Highly recommend.

Will definitely be back! 5 stars for everything, from the environment, to the staff (special mention to Ms Alyssa), until the result of my visit. Job well done

I can’t say how much I love this place and all their employees. Customer service is on point and always so friendly. The owners are so knowledgeable! It’s my second time coming here and I recommend you check them out! I’m getting a facial next week! Can’t wait!

First time here. My threading lady, Sandra moved out of town. She recommended Bloom and today I put my big girl panties on and went in for my eyebrows being threaded. Eyebrow threading was perfect! Now, an oil treatment for the scalp. I must with the hard water in this town. He massages the herbal oil mixture into the scalp. Great for stress release and the scalp a win, win!

Had my son’s hair cut here, my daughters and I get our eyebrows threaded here, manis, pedis, facials, everything. These are some of the nicest people I’ve come across in Las Vegas. So professional and welcoming. They treat you like a friend, not just a client. Will not go anywhere else.

My mani/​pedi sucked. Ive heard they are pretty good with eye brows and facials. So i would give another chance to this place but not for mani/​pedi.

One of my friends referred me to Bloom so I thought I would check it out. I went there last week for a cut and color. Alyssa was my stylist and she is amazing! I have thick, long hair and she had no trouble with it. The color was perfect and even throughout which is sometimes challenging when you have a lot of hair, but it looked great. She told me about the Brazilian Blow Out, which I had today and my hair looks and feels awesome! Everyone at Bloom is friendly and accommodating. I’ve been there twice and it feels like I’ve known them for years. I will definitely be returning for future beauty needs!

I’m headed out on a Friday night with my girls and I need an amazing salon, I’m talking the best! My friend told me about this new salon and spa in southwest 89 178, which is a few miles away but I gave it a shot. When I walked in it was calm and soothing place, I was pleasantly greeted for eyebrow threading and then they had a special for the facial and my girlfriends has been wanting a facial for a long time so she got one and it was so amazing for her, they use only organic products. And then while she was getting a facial I got my hair colored and highlights. The environment was very family friendly and the staff was super professional and greeted us with water. And I came our looking excellent! WATCH OUT LAS VEGAS!
I think they also do, hair extensions, eyelash extensions and also permanent makeup.
