I just started renting a home out here in Las Vegas from a business friend who had a place. Apparently it hasn’t been that HOT but I’ve been way too warm for my britches so I went to turn the ac unit on the other day and got a bunch of hot air. This was incredibly uncomfortable to say the least so I called my guy and he told me to figure it out. So I checked out google and Unilocal and found the best air conditioning repair company kinda near where I live. When I called the guy was courteous and scheduled a time to come out and fix the problem. Once they got here I could tell fairly quickly that they were gonna tell me I needed a new air conditioning unit installed so I called my guy again to give him the heads up and he answered like he knew exactly what I was gonna say. «Tell them to invoice me and put the initial charge on my card. Let me talk to the guys.» So before the workers could tell me what was wrong the owner was telling them how to charge the fees and whatnot. Super weird exchange to say the least but when he was done talking and they handed me the phone back they said everything was A-​OK. Excellent — I thought. The next day they came and did a full ac unit installation and told me that repairing the old ac unit would have been a total waste of time. I hope everything with this new guy is a smooth as this ac exchange was.

It’s hard to find a quality ac company so when I did I was very pleased! At first we had them come out to check out the swamp coolers that was originally installed but they suggested we pull that out and install a brand new ac unit.
