Had as wonderful experience. Did a couples pedicure. We will be returning in 2 weeks. Staff were super nice.

way over priced. Horrible service and dirty. The guy at the front was very nice but that was the only thing that was nice about this place. Wish I checked Unilocal before coming here

Took my bf here for a manicure. Looks nice but overpriced and they charged $ 15 for a 3 min manicure pretty much just wiped his nails off. No massage. Won’t ever go here again.

A cut above most. I’ve never been let down here. Jack and Bella are awesome. I think they are the best in Vegas for the price.

Best pedicure place in the city… and I’ve tried quite a few to reach this conclusion. I’ve been coming here for a few years and I don’t know why I go anywhere else. For $ 25, the experience is the best… bottled water, warm hand towel, private curtained area around your pedicure chair, and great care taken in the pedicure. I’ve also done eye brow waxing and it was spot on. For all the years I have been coming, they have the same owner and manager who are very kind and attentive. I highly recommend.

It was clean & not very busy when I was there. The mani & pedi were alright for the price. Nothing spectacular. Cash tips only.

Terrible. The staff was nice enough but my manicure is probably the worst I’ve ever had. I came in for a gel manicure and had gel on my nails. The tech began the soaking off process but then grabbed two grocery bags(which looked like they’d been used before), placed my hands in the bags, then put my hands in heating pads. I have never had that process done anywhere, but I was giving the benefit of the doubt so went along with it. The tinfoil on my left fingers began to get uncomfortably hot while she removed the old nail polish from my right hand. Instead of using the typical scraper to take off the old gel, she used a dremel. And nicked me twice with it. She didn’t remove all of the old gel but proceeded to paint my nails anyway. This leads to the actual manicure. It’s sloppy. It looks like I did it. Scratch that, I would have done a better job at it. I left with polish on my skin(which usually is cleaned up by all the other nail techs I’ve ever gone to) and the sides of my nails are… Gloopy for lack of a better word. The color is uneven despite the fact that she did 3 coats of polish. How that happened is beyond me. When she gave the hand massage and lotion part, she managed to skip my fingers entirely(which was really the part of my hand that needed the lotion). I didn’t have any cash and apparently they’re stuck in the early 2000’s where you cannot add tip to your credit purchase. It’s a good thing though, she did not deserve a tip of any kind. I only went there instead of my regular place because it was near Total Wine and More and I had to stop there. Lesson learned. I will likely go back today and ask for a refund because it is atrocious. I thought I could live with it but no. If you go for a gel manicure STAYAWAY! Haute Nails in the Kohl’s shopping center are cheaper and do a WAY better job.

I quit going to this nail Salon with it was one rude incident after another. The final straw was when the a female nail tech yelled at me for using my debit card and offering to leave a tip on my card. She wanted cash and I said the best I had was a check. She got upset, rolled her eyes and sighed then told me that I needed to come prepared to leave a cash tip the next time I came in. I just wanted to get out of there so I left her a check. I was really angry after I left because I just should have walked away and not left her anything and I should have asked for a manager and told her that their payment processing methods were not my problem. The greedy attitude is what bugged me the most. I will never go back.

Decent pedi job but my gel mani was horrific. Started to peel the very next day. Overpriced.

My sister surprised my whole family(including my dad and husband) with pedicures at Christmas time. They were awesome about getting us all in at pretty much the same time. They brought us ice water with grapes and oranges in it(fancy!) and we had magazines to read. Their pedicure chairs were nice and I felt that they all did a good job on our feet. They even put a gel top coat on our toes which I loved. Would definitely go again.

This place is awesome! Excellent customer service, it’s clean and they did a beautiful job on me and my daughter’s nails and pedicures. I love the hot stone massage! Go there if you want to feel like a princess!

Sorry, this was the worst pedi I have ever received. You can still see the nail file lines through my nail polish and it took 1 and a half hours. This was my first time here and they would not let me put the tip on my debit card. He said I needed cash for the tip and told me to go next door to fresh and easy to get some money! I won’t be going back

I don’t know about you BUT I am getting pretty darn tired of trying to find a nail shop in LV that lives up to the nail shop I absolutely love in Cali! Well I think I found it! Bamboo did my nails and he is absolutely amazing! We had great conversation and he explained everything that he was doing! I felt like a VIP and it was only $ 25!!! I had great service from the time I walked in and was greeted by another gentleman. I was in the chair a little longer than a usual pedi but I didn’t mind because it wasn’t like I was just sitting there with my feet soaking for an hour waiting for someone to even start on me like some places! I think I might of found my new spot

Great customer service and a quality team. I love Jack, Lynn, Linda, & Tone. I’ve been coming here for about 10 months. I don’t know about those other reviews but you will not regret getting your nails done here! They have an awesome pedicure as well so be sure to ask for the deluxe.

The staff was very nice, no complaints with that. I wouldn’t recommend getting white tips done because they don’t do as good a job as other salons I’ve been to. There are cracks on both thumbs where the tips are and the employee didn’t offer to fix them, she just said it was on the tip when she put them on. That was disappointing. She also left residue underneath my nails without filing it out, so I have hard chunks I had to file off myself. She did my toes to match and those turned out really nice. Just a mess with the acrylics. Nice ambience and very clean salon with reasonable prices.

For several years I have bounced around with a shop for my pedicure needs, not because of a negative experience but rather convenience. Bella Grande is a classy shop, the staff is quick to greet you and get your feet soaking. Not once have I arrived and not been soaking within 5 minutes. This establishment values your time, and repeat buisness. Clean, cheerful, and detailed is my description for the services I have received. I’ll continue to use this salon.

I am not from Las Vegas. So I was in the area and stopped to what looked like a very nice spa nail shop to get my brows waxed. I don’t usually go to an unknown place to get my brows done but I NEEDEDIT! The man(don’t know his name but he’s older and had on a «Dior» shirt) literally chopped my brow in half. I don’t have a right brow because he and I quote«tried his best» all I asked for was a clean up and we both agreed that he was not to touch my actual brow/shape. I hope this help anyone else trying to get their brows done. Please think twice!

Walked in for a pedi. First impression was great. Ambiance was nice, television was a little loud, employees seemed eager to help. Biggest complaint: my toes look like my 5 year old painted them. Polish from the top of toe, to uneven at the cuticle. I noticed this in that car, the salon is very dark, making me miss the horrible polish job. Second: the scrubbing with the pumice lasted 3 – 5 seconds per foot, with attention only to the heal. First time customer & I won’t return.

The nail lady hurt me. Twice. She cut 2 nail too close. I had much better experience the first time. Don’t think I’ll come again. Omg while writing this review she just cut me.

I was so disappointed. There were many good reviews and I was in the area and needed to kill time… I got a pedi. Came out great. No complaints there my toes feel amazing haven’t done my nails in 5 months. As for my full set… Horrible. I hate them. I wanted coffin shaped nails. And I was told the woman who would be doing my nails specializes in nail shapes. I showed her pictures of what I wanted. She still couldn’t do them. She tried. But failed. I HADTOFILEMYOWNNAILFORHERTOUNDERSTAND. She tried and made my nail an almond. Then she cut me bc she filed my my nail off and was on my skin. I really wanted to be nice. And I’m livid. They’re ugly, wide, and I just plain hate them. Never again.
