Worse customer service. Came in around 5 for a last minute cake. Julia I guess the lady that makes the cakes came out to put a cake away and decided to help me. I saw a cute bear cake and asked how long does a take to make another cake? Julia answer is she gets off at 5:30. Whats wrong with that cake? I have twins and wanted two cakes. Simple answer would have been «unfortunately you have to pre order those»… beside her attitude, I felt rushed to get out. I bought two cakes at $ 50 bucks like a dumbass. I should have gone to DQ. Never agian will I go back. By the way they close at 9pm.

My boyfriend and I showed up 25 minutes before closing, but apparently what I wanted to order didn’t make the cut. The machine needed to be taken down and cleaned. Before closing. was seriously disappointed!

Great service, she was very friendly and extremely patient with my five little grandchildren as they taste tested and decided what they wanted. It’s a bit over priced for a child sized scoop of ice cream but… With the cost of retail space it’s also understandable, I could have left and gone up the street to Funnys for a Thrifty cone for half the cost but I liked that we were able to sit down here and enjoy the ice cream. The kids had fun and that’s what mattered. It was a clean place for being so busy and only one person working. We would visit again when there’s that many of us.

Was there about a month ago. Took my kids one evening during the week and the guy that helped me was literally the nicest guy ever! What customer service!!! His name is Trey or Tre. My 13 year old son was so impressed with his attitude it made our evening that much better! Thank you so much!!!

This store is so unorganized. The people behind the counter have no people skills, and really don’t know their job. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I was really taken aback by how friendly the employees were. It was like, Wow! Why are you so endearingly nice right now? And we even went towards closing, and they were still sweetie pies. I only got a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream, but the employee did me a solid and did her best to maximize that one scoop. Thank you, kind ladies of Baskin Robbins! Right after my visit I signed up for the BR email club and text club. My latest email offer has been a BOGO for a cone of oreo cake ice cream. The last text I got was for a 31% off a sundae (text offers are only sent on the 31^st of the month).
This Baskin Robbins is located off Decatur and Lone Mountain in the desolate shopping center that houses a Roberto’s, Little Caesar’s, and a Sears Outlet. I’ll come back because the employees are so darn friendly!
Unilocal 100 CHALLENGE 2015: #165

I purchase a father’s day ice cream cake. The cake I purchase was mislabeled, I did reach out to the location a few times. Debbie the manager ended up calling me back, and apologized. She did offer me my money back, plus offer me ice cream to take back to my dad. The staff was very friendly. I will go back, and give this place another try.

I love this location! The employees are super nice and the place is always clean. We usually end up showing up right before close and yet we are still greeted with a smile.

Love coming here everyone is very friendly and you can’t beat their ice cream! Plus I’m pretty sure the guy behind the counter put a little extra ice cream in my daughters sundae :)

Efficient and had our order correct!!! Fantastic service especially as they had a sudden rush when we walked in. Good job BR ladies!

What can I say, I love B&R or 31 flavors, as it was known back in the day when I was a kid ;) It was always a welcome alternative treat to Thrifty’s.
Anytime I see or visit a B&R, It just takes me back to a time when everything was so much simpler. I would always order Daiquiri Ice or Cherries Jubilee. Lol, I know what you’re thinking… not typical flavors a kid would order, considering they both contain rum flavoring. What can I say, I had refined tastes as a child ;)
Fast Forward to the present… Nowadays I usually get Mint Chocolate Chip, or during the Christmas holiday season, it’s Peppermint or during the month of February, Love Potion 31. However, this particular day that I visited this location, I was craving a hot fudge sundae. The staff here is nice & they definitely keep a clean establishment. It wasn’t too busy either, which was good. But, they did pick up a little after I sat down to enjoy my frozen treat.
