They are soo slow. I was in the business line for 50 minutes. There was only one customer infront of me. When customers behind me approached a manager she responded rudely saying it’s been busy all day so if you don’t like it you can come at a later time!. I am a manager, that is not the way you respond to a customer. she could have approached the teller and ask him why it’s taking so long or open another window. I’ll never go back to that location and will never open a account with them. My job has the account that’s the only reason I was there. That makes me appreciate my personal bank chase even more.
