History
Established in 2008.
Brand Essence owners Aymeric Clemente and Remi Laba teamed up in February 2008 to create a restaurant which is reminiscent of the lifestyle seen in the South of France in atmosphere and cuisine. Featuring a signature style that encompasses classic food, chic décor, lively music and an element of fun, Bagatelle quickly became a regular destination for New Yorkers, tourists, foodies and the jet set alike. In April of that year, Bagatelle NYC gave birth to tis world-famous «Champagne Brunch.»
As a result of their success, the first outpost was created on the Caribbean island of Turks & Caicos in March of 2009 alongside the first Bagatelle Beach Club. In 2011 Bagatelle opened its doors on the beautiful island of St. Barth, and has already become a local favorite and hotspot. In 2012 and beyond, Bagatelle America and The ONE Group have partnered to bring their signature style and service to other cosmopolitan destinations including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Sao Paulo, among others.
