Bacchanal Buffet

As far as buffets go, one of the most unique food experiences and biggest quality selection the strip has to offer.
My wife and I enjoyed food from around the world. My favorite was a brisket that quite literally melted in my mouth. Hers, seafood and to me seafood is seafood no matter where you get it but hey I don’t like seafood.
The desserts here are amazing. Some of the best buffet desserts I ever had at any buffet. Worth the trip just for the sweets if you have a sweet tooth like me.
The only thing I didn’t care for was the inflated price. The food was excellent but $ 140 for my wife and I to eat is a little pricey. For that much they could at least bring the food table side.
If you’re looking for a great buffet and have the money to spare try this one out!

To get the most bang for your buck here, load up on the meats and seafood since those seemed to be the highest quality. And make sure not to eat too much carbs because you’ll want to eat dessert too (they have custom crepes *heart eyes)
They have every food you could possibly think of: sushi, chinese, soup, breads, various salads, mexican, american, italian and the list goes on and on. There’s things to eat for everyone definitely.
I didn’t love it because the wait was long (expected in Vegas but still not fun) and I’m not a huge seafood person, also a lot of the other foods didn’t really blow me away. Plus my friend’s crab legs were still partially frozen which irked us :/​And the weekend buffet for dinner is most expensive at $ 56

I’m pretty impressed with Caesars Palace’s buffet. I’ve heard all the stories about how amazing it is, and they lived up to it.
Bacchanal is probably the pricest buffet on the strip, but for a reason, it has been voted the best buffet in Vegas, and there are a lot of buffets in Vegas. Depending on the day, your wait could be anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours. I came for a Friday dinner and it was only a 30 minute wait. After we entered, the buffet, the amazingness started.
Their selection of food is vast. They have everything from Asian food, to BBQ, seafood, and Mexican food. There are so many things to get, that it is hard to decide what you might want to eat. Even though it is a buffet, the quality of the food doesn’t suffer because it is a buffet, it’s equivalent to eating at a really nice restaurant. My favorites were the seafood, BBQ, and Mexican section. Everything tasted great and I couldn’t get enough of the scallops, that was by far my favorite! One of the best things I liked was that you could get your own juice that they preportioned in bottles. The horchata was amazing as well as the pina, which was made to the perfect sweetness for my taste. After dinner, came dessert, and their dessert selection is no joke either. All of their desserts look, and taste quality. I had almost one of everything it seemed. My favorite was their mocha macaron hands down. Everything was so delicious and I can’t wait until I can make another visit!

What a fun experience! Totally miss lead on the whole time wait in line thing. You just go stand in line. Yes you have to wait but what is 30 minutes.
My friends and I literally split up divided and conquered. There are over 500 things to try and we went down each row took one of each, took one bite of each and then moved on. Was it wasteful? Yes, but we wanted to try it all. Everything was actually really good. It was $ 60 for dinner and I’m pretty sure we got our money’s worth. Our favorites… Crab, sushi, sweet potato tots, Mac and cheese and everyone’s favorite the street tacos.
The desserts were off the charts good!
Would i go back? No. It is a one time thing for me. A lot of money and I just can’t eat that much food. But if you have never been to a Vegas buffet you should just for the experience! So fun!

This was on my MUST DO list of gluttonous things in Vegas… didn’t leave a fan. :(
Caesar’s is super crowded all the time (at least when I’ve been)… We arrived at the kiosk line to «check in.»
It was chaotic… (We went around 12:30pm on a Saturday so I guess we were asking for it), no order, ppl blocking the kiosk lines and not waiting to use them.
We get our ticket that states we will receive a text to check in at 1:19pm.
We wander around and play a machine… I check my phone… I’d received a text at 12:38 and 12:45 asking us to return to check in… okay cool.
We return, the hostess confirms our name and asks us to stand in the next line.
This line really sucks, ppl are breathing down our backs, invading personal space, backing into us like they don’t know we’re behind them… FML!
We finally get to the register to pay… $ 108 for two for lunch… it asks if you want to tip now and from what I’ve read the server provides your drinks so we left a tip.
We stand back in line with the same annoying groups in front and in back… again, FML!
We see another massive line on the other side and I’m assuming those are the ppl that paid the extra $ 25 to skip the line… (Never figured out what that line was about)
The annoying ppl behind us start talking to the man taking pictures (for purchase later) and inquire about the empty lanes next to ours… He says lane one is like for platinum members (1 million in bets), and line 2 is for gold (at least 50k in bets)… Then next thing I know they’re being escorted down lane 2… The annoying man in front of us sees them going ahead and he gets pissed… Then the hostess calls us over and let’s us go through lane 2 too… Ummmmm we ain’t no high rollers… Lol
The only thing I can deduct from it, is all our tickets were collected from us after we paid (we had the word TIP stamped on ours)… so maybe those that TIP get to move ahead… weird.
Anyway, food was good (potato gnocchi, sweet potato tots, vanilla mini cheesecake were my favs)… $ 108 worth of food… Not for us.
I did leave feeling full, and dirty (it’s the buffet you know)… I will never return, but I’m glad I tried it! :)

⁴⁄₅ stars, but if i had to wait in the long line (about 1.5−2 hours), I would’ve given Bacchanal Buffet ³⁄₅ stars. Luckily, we were able to go in the VIP line and waited for about 15 minutes to be seated.
Boy, was there a wide selection of food!
Highlights:
1) AYCE bone marrow! I was in heaven. This was the highlight of my day!
2) Custom tacos were delicious
3) Desserts were delicious. I wished I had more room in my tummy to try more…
4) Great selection on cheese!

1) Seafood: This selection was disappointing… the king crab legs were not very meaty compared to other buffets I have been to.
2) Asian food: wow, these items (sushi, dim sum, were very disappointing.
3) Salad bar was just eh…
4) Their house made flavored water/​juices were just OK. Would’ve been awesome if there were smoothies or fresh squeeze juices.
5) Sliders were just ok as well.

I have been to a lot of buffets in my life. Some have been mediocre but most are just shitty (cardboard tasting carbs, everything covered in batter, canned goods, dishes where you can taste the freezer burn). I used to love buffets when I was a child (does everyone remember JJ North?). Buffets present a luxurious mindset; ‘You can eat whatever you want and as much as you want!’ — I think that’s what drew me in when I was younger. As an adult, and many buffets later — there is always growing doubt when someone’s dinner suggestion is a buffet place.
I was in Las Vegas for work and after hearing a lot of positive feedback (not to mention the gushing reviews on here), I decided to try this place out. There was a line around 5pm, it took our small party of four about 25 minutes to get a table.
I don’t even know where to start — this buffet was huge and it was amazing. I ate about eight plates of food (my friends were baffled/​disgusted — sometimes I can’t tell) and I have NO regrets.
They have a generous seafood station filled with king crab legs, clams, gigantic prawns (peeled for you!), fresh oysters… everything you have ever dreamed of in your seafood dreams, they have it. And boy, did I take advantage.
Aside from this amazing seafood station (I spent most of my time here), they have other excellent stations such as the dim sum station (VERY good shu mai — I was actually surprised), sushi station, pasta station, soup station… if you can think of something that they don’t have, they will make it for you. How fantastic is that? My friend even visited the phở station — like what?!
The desserts were heavenly. Some of my favorites were the crème brûlée, churros filled with hot caramel (OMG), French macarons, Chinese egg tarts… okay, I need to stop — but you get the idea.
TLDR; Best buffet I have ever been to, it lives up to the hype and you should go.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit back on 7÷17÷15. I came here with high expectations because of all the hype. The food and service was fantastic, up until an adolescent cockroach zoomed across our table during dessert. Our immediate reflex was to flick it off the table. We mentioned it to our waiter and didn’t want to make a scene.
A few minutes later, another adolescent (if not the same one) cockroach sped on the table! This time, my boyfriend was quick to trap it with an empty wine glass. I waved down our waiter and he brought his manager over. The manager, Toshi, apologized and asked if he could get us free champagne. We said we didn’t drink. He said sorry again, scooped the roach in the upside down wine glass along with a cloth napkin and walked away. Disgusting. No offer to comp our meal or credit to come back. It wasn’t a cheap dinner.
I wrote a letter to Caesars and they never even responded. Maybe now they’ll listen.

The trick is to start lining up around 4 – 5 because the waiting time is about 30 minutes and for those who have been here before know that it’s at least an hour to get in. At least! New thing they have is a kiosk where it tells you how long the wait is and if you pay an additional 25 per person, you get immediate seating. This only works if the waiting time is over an hour because from a glance at the «immediate» line, you might still be waiting at least 15 – 30 minutes. And btw, all party must be present in order for you to be seated. Otherwise, they’ll pull you to the side until everyone arrives.
The reason why people pick this buffet over any other ones is because they have everything and more, to King crab, oysters, prime rib, tacos, you name it and they got it. But Bacchanal is known for their desserts. I’ve been here a few times and their dessert dishes are constantly changing. Macaroons, crepes, mochi, gelatos, cake pops are just a few of what they have. Their plating style and flavor are on spot.
Service is amazing as well. I was asked numerous times where I was from and how I was doing. Our waiter was super funny and attentive to our requests.
$ 50 per person, and for $ 15 more, you get unlimited draft beer, house wine and mimosas.
By the way, two hour limit. And they WILL kick you out.

So I read other reviews and I thought the food would be more amazing compared to the other buffets on the strip… Maybe I am just picky today but everything was salty and Luke warm…
My husband and I arrived at 1;30 pm for lunch and there was no line and no need to check in via kiosk. We payed about 80 $ for the two of us and if you want unlimited alcohol it’s an extra 15 $ per person.
We started from one end to the other and I seriously think the only thing I enjoyed was the Chinese broccoli and the crab claw. The cheese selection had some goat cheese, Brie and other hard cheese but I didn’t see any crackers. If you want some cured meat it’s on the other side. The salad area was also well done.
The meat though… Way too dry and overall too salty. They had a cool thing where they had real orange, watermelon, cucumber and carrot juice but be warned there is no added sugar so it was the real deal.
Dessert was ok but the gelato was totally not… The only thing I thought was good was the tiramisu cups and the pineapple.
Will I come back if I’m here in the strip… Uhh no.

There is a need to strategize in order to avoid waiting 2 – 3 hours but this is the buffet of all buffets. I only wish that I can fit more food into my belly. Presentation of the food is impressive here. It is a wonderful experience for your eyes and your stomach. It’s a not a cheap buffet but after dining here, you can see why.
The king crab legs are sliced in half so there’s no need for tools to crack open the legs. I also enjoyed the ravioli, xiao long baos, meatballs, cheese and charcuterie, New York style pizza pies, sausages, prime rib… the list goes on. There is also a little section for street tacos. They had a lot of different types of soup — ramen, udon, etc. It saddened me to not be able to eat it all but I knew I wanted to save some stomach space when I spotted the beautiful glass displays of desserts.
Overall — beautiful, delicious food. Try to come when it opens to avoid a lengthy wait. Wear comfortable shoes in case of a wait. Try to share plates of food with friends so you can sample more of what Bacchanal offers. Enjoy!

The best Vegas buffet as all of my friends had claimed! Expectations were set way high. My family and I came for late Monday lunch and stayed/​sampled the dinner menu. We budget for at least an hour wait but were surprised to be immediately led to a table. I guess weekday visit is the way to go!

We actually had a hard time deciding what was worth filling our stomach with during lunch service. Lots of overcooked/​dry seafood, tex mex, and pasta. Thank goodness we stuck through and waited out for dinner menu. Desserts were better made than wicked spoon! Well at least the macarons were in the right texture/​consistency. The gelato flavours were however disappointing — I was excited to see green tea mint, black sesame, salted vanilla, Nutella coffee — but all were overwhelming sweet and lacked the interesting profile they were supposed to carry. Their pistachio ice cream was alien green — ew.
Just like wicked spoon and Wynn the buffet, bacch had some tasty, unique items but also some not so great pieces. If only I can combine all the perks/​highlights of the buffets into one place! Overall — a step better than cruise buffet but nothing mind blowing. Definitely not worth waiting hours for or spend $ 70+ for a meal.

Had to come here to try the buffet because it’s known to be one of the best buffets on the strip.
There are different areas for different cuisines but the seafood area is usually the most backed up because everyone is trying to get their fill on things such as seabass and snow crab legs. There’s an area for Asian cuisine, which things such as dim sum & dumplings, an area for American/​Italian food with stuff such as fried chicken and fries in cute little waffle ice cream cones!
Their dessert area is huge and has cute little desserts on sticks. I think one of my most favorite stations here is the fresh juice station as they are bottled up in cute little jars.
Pace yourself and try not to fill up with too many good stuff on your first round! Just take your time and try a bit of everything.

I can not over emphasize how amazing this buffet is!!!
After watching (either food network or travel channel) a show on the greatest buffets & seeing this one topped the charts– I said «I am there»!
And here I am… enjoying the abundance of delicious food. This buffet really pays attention to detail. From the fancy stations decorations to all the individual tasting plates. This is not your typical «stand in line, one at a time» buffet. The buffet goes from room to room & each room is a different culinary region. From the Asian room, to Italian, to Mexican & seafood… of course you can’t forget to visit the dessert room. Make sure to check everything out before you dig in. There is so much! The best I like– a lot of dishes are served in small individual dishes. There is an up charge for wine & beer.
Service was great. Kept pouring the drinks & cleaning the plates.
Yes, a tad expensive — but WELL WORTH IT!

HOLIDAY/​CHRISTMAS DINNER REVIEW
I can’t believe we spent almost an entire day (Christmas Day!) at Caesar’s Palace waiting for Bacchanal Buffet.
Ok, to be fair– we got there early (~10:30AM) and got an early ticket of 12:00PM (!!) to come back. We had actually anticipated a worse wait (we didn’t know that we’d be coming back at 12:00PM to line up…) so we decided to cancel (what a mistake that was) and try to go closer to 3−4PM. So we decided to try again– got a ticket at 10:50AM for my friend (return time: 1:04PM) and then again at 11:20AM for a return time of 3:25PM (crazy how much a 30 min difference can make). We came back at 3:25PM and entered the queue, and we ended up waiting an additional 2.5 hours before we got seated around 6PM. (Some people who mistakenly got in the queue without a ticket at 3:30PM got tickets that told them to come back at 10PM… Which is when the buffet closes. Just to give you an idea of how bad the line was).
My main criticism is that they don’t put any effort in clarifying how the process works for this particular buffet. For most buffets, people show up, people enter the queue, and expect to wait a certain amount and eat when they make it through the queue. For Bacchanal, you line up for an electronic kiosk, then get an electronic ticket telling you to come back at a certain time, THEN you queue up, THEN you pay and get seated. Somewhere in that process, someone is supposed to check off on your ticket but I did not observe any consistent check-​in process (my sister walked up to the lady to check-​in separately). There are no banner of any sort explaining this process so you also end up having a number of people just entering the queue and facing the bouncer-​type guy who asks to see their ticket. Or they’re never confronted and actually make it through the line.
(PS: If the electronic kiosk does not give you a physical ticket, try to go into another kiosk and get one. On the physical ticket, it states that you MUST present your ticket in order to enter the queue.)
By the way, apparently some people were asking if they could pay extra to get to the front of the line. They were told that this would not possible on that day. (Seriously, is this a common practice at buffets? SERIOUSLY?)
Now onto the service and the food. Our poor waitress was definitely tried and showing it. She was lugging stacks of plates– their plates are really heavy. We were stacking a few plates to make more room but two/​three plates were quite heavy! She warmed up to us a lot after we complimented her strength and asked her how she was doing– basically showing patience and not being rude/​impatient.
Food-​wise– pretty decent but nothing that justified the $ 70+tax/person price for the holiday buffet. Yes, they had unlimited crab legs (my parents said they were ok). Yes, they had unlimited raw oysters (not even properly shucked, btw– I had to use my fork to actual separate the oyster from shell). Yes they had bone marrow (it was ok) and a ton of other items. But most of the food was just ok, and after a long wait and high price, «ok» was not adequate. I will say my favorite item was probably the wild mushroom soup, but other than that I can’t even think about what else stood out. The dessert section was extensive: I did like that they had a Thai tea boba drink. The boba was surprisingly soft and the taste was pretty faithful for a non-​Asian restaurant.
Overall, not worth the wait, not worth the price, and not worth the confusion that their system generates. ¹⁄₅.

Bacchanal Buffet, you are one of the best reasons to visit Las Vegas. With my party of four, we waited about 30 minutes on a late Sunday afternoon (around 2PM). What I like about the waiting time is that they allow you to leave temporarily to wander around Las Vegas as you wait for your table to be ready. It’s pretty convenient that Bacchanal Buffet gives you an estimated time to return to the line and also sends you a text message to alert you to head back to the buffet.
As for the food, the variety is pretty much endless. You have your seafood (crab legs, scallop, seabass, etc.), your different ethnic entrees (Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, etc.), and your desserts (caramel flan, gelato, crème brûlée, tiramisu, etc.). The quality and presentation of all the food is unbelievably beyond satisfactory and is definitely a meal worth splurging on when you visit Las Vegas. Also, the workers are all very friendly as well and always stop by your table to clean up your old plates and refill your desired drinks.
Every time that I visit Las Vegas, I always make sure to leave a meal time open for Bacchanal Buffet. I highly suggest that you do the same as well :)

Visited on the Monday after new years @10:45am. No wait for the line. Paid for breakfast at $ 67 for 2 people, even tho lunch starts in 15 minutes, score!
Honestly to say, I stayed for a little over 2 hours and the food between breakfast & lunch did not change much. Only the omelettes and toasts got taken out and replaced with sliders.
Foods of what I can recall:
SEAFOOD section: Jonah crab claws, roasted mussels, shrimp, mini shrimp cups (no oysters or crab legs *sadface*)
*crab claws and shrimp was the standout!
COMFORT FOOD section: mac n cheese, bread, bacon, omelettes, sliders, fries and fried chicken
*Bacon wass awesomeeeee! Sliders are salty.
DRINK section: watermelon, orange, carrot, cucumber juice
* Watermelon juice is love!
MEAT CARVING STATION: Tri tip, assortment of sausages, prime rib
*meat was yummy, not very warm & not great enough to get 2nds
ITALIAN section: Variety of pastas and huge meatballs
CHEESE section: lots of different block of cheeses
STEW section: 3 different variety of stews
SLICED MEAT section: Ham, salami, etc. The thin slices that goes great with wine
JAPANESE section: minimal sashimi and rolls
*Sashimi is not melt in your mouth good, but it’s above average for a buffet
SOUP section: chef makes you udon soup, phở, etc.
CHINESE section: peking duck, dim sum, buns, congee, hot & sour soup, turnip cake
*chinese donut was bomb! Don’t get the dim sum stuff, quality is decent but not exceptional like regular dim sum places.
DESSERT section: gelato, cake pops, macarons, crepes, cakes
* Out of this world! felt like I was in a candy shop
Overall the only standout to me was the huge variety of desserts available and some seafood and bacon. Majority of the food was too typical for buffet (i.e. comfort food section), over salted, or wasn’t flavorful enough. Sad that I don’t get the fancier stuff like dinner (I want oysters and crab legs dangit!) but I guess that’s what the price difference and 2 hour wait is for.
A-​ok in my book. But not my favorite buffet in Las Vegas.

It’s too bad that it’s impossible to try every single item in this buffet because there’s that much! They have everything you could possibly imagine!
Seafood: King Crab Legs. Half peeled and easy to eat. There are hot butter stations on pretty much each area. They also have oysters, shrimp, crab claws. On the side of the raw seafood bar are seafood dishes.
What’s cool about this place is you get to sample small plates from other restaurants at Caesar’s. Had fried chicken in a basket with fries. Also had quail, which wasn’t my favorite because they’re typically hard to eat, but worth a try.
Not many buffets carry lamb, but Bacchanal does. Had that with prime rib. They have rack of lamb and lamb chops.
Don’t forget the back area where they have artisan breads, meats, and cheeses. Goat cheese and blue cheese were my fave. If you go back further, you’ll eventually hit the sushi and asian section.
There’s a whole station of good quality desserts. Chocolate covered strawberries, macarons, custards, and a crêpe station just to name a few.
I’ll have to go back again to try everything!

I’m not a buffet person but I’m also Asian which means that even though I don’t like buffets, due to family obligations I have had to sit through my fair share of vegas and non-​vegas buffets so I can honestly say that my opinions are pretty valid.
We were really worried about the buffet line because it was a holiday weekend but we had a party of 8 and were saved from waiting in line. For parties of 6 or more they charge you 18% gratuity but in exchange for that you get into the big group line and we were ushered in after a 20 minute wait at most.
If you are traveling in a smaller party though, the line did seem horrendous. At 2pm the kiosks were telling folks to come back at 9:45pm.
We sat down around 11:30 for the holiday brunch. There are various stations from around the world.
While there was a lot of variety nothing really stood out as top notch and I tried a lot of the different items. For example: prime rib-​overcooked, crab legs-​on the small side, lobster bisque-​too salty, sushi-​not much variety etc.
The dessert options were probably my favorite as I tried at least 15 different desserts.
For close to $ 75 a person ($ 60 + gratuity) I can think of better ways to enjoy a meal. Try it for yourself if you must but consider yourself adequately warned!

My friends and I came here for Saturday brunch since this was supposedly one of the better buffets. I had heard horror stories about the lines so we got here really early on Saturday morning and only had to wait about 10 minutes before we were let inside. The brunch buffet is a little over $ 50 (after tax) so we stayed here for over 2 hours to eat our monies’ worth ;) I tried to methodically go through each station so I could try as much food as possible… but this buffet defeated me in the end. Not enough stomach space damnit! Someday I will win… someday…

– Ramen with Tonkatsu Broth: The noodles were not well cooked while the meat was really salty. Meh.

– Honey Glazed Slab Bacon: delicious but sooooo salty!
– Smoked Brisket: apart from one super salty piece, this was good and tender
– Pork Belly with Lentils: delicious
– Southwest Slider: okay
– Mac & Cheese: very creamy
– Mashed Potatoes: fluffy and good

– Strawberry Frangipane: refreshing
– Vanilla Crème Brulee: good, of course
– Banana Pudding with Bourbon Carmel Sauce: good

– Sugar-​free cheesecake: this was gross
– Regular cheesecake: better than sugar-​free, but it was too soft

– Crêpe with Bananas Foster with Rum Caramel Sauce topped with Caramel Sauce, Cinnamon Sugar, and Powdered Sugar: delicious because how could it not be?
– Banana Foster Donut: did they mislabel this? It is just a plain doughnut.
– Red Velvet Pancakes: cute but meh
I love the beverages offered here. While you mostly serve everything to yourself, there are servers who come around to take alcoholic drink orders. It’s brunch, so we ordered mimosas for our group. They also have fruit juices in these adorable containers – I was very tempted to steal the glasses (but I didn’t). I tried their Watermelon juice as well as their Sweet Mango juice – both were good but I prefer the watermelon one. RF said he really liked the coffee (for a buffet) but CW said she thought the coffee was just okay.
A lot of the food was meh, and I think there was more meh food than delicious food. But I did enjoy a lot of the items and I left very full and satisfied. This was a pretty good Vegas buffet! I would not wait in line for hours for this though…

De las 3 veces que he estado en las vegas, he comido en muchos buffets de hoteles, pero sin duda, este es el mejor!

Una excelente opción para comer rico variado y para todos los gustos, los dumplings dejan algo que desear no son tan ricos el cangrejo u camarones lo mejor, ah y no dejes de probar los postres

Dommage que les cocktails né soient pas inclus et qu’il n’y ait pas de mozza au buffet italien. Sinon très bon buffet, plutôt quali. Compter $ 77 pour 2 a midi un vendredi. Les prix peuvent varier selon les petits déj ou les jours!

Suite à sa rénovation, le buffet du Caesar Palace est devenu le meilleur buffet de la ville. La deco est tres class et design. Le choix est varié et la qualité au top.
Prix en conséquence.
En revanche la musique d’ambiance est un peu trop forte.

Buffet-​Restaurants haben fast alle Hotels in Las Vegas. Im teuren Vegas eine Möglichkeit, gut und günstig zu essen. Als Frühstücks-​, Lunch– oder Dinnerbuffet. Wir haben die Opulenz des Bacchanal im Caesars Palace (
) genossen. Ein Traum in jeder Hinsicht!

Im altehrwürdigen Caesars Palace mit seinen alten Römern hebt sich das Bacchanal Buffet-​Restaurant völlig romfrei ab. Nichts erinnert hier an die Historie, dieses Restaurant ist topmodern, klar gegliedert, weitläufig, hell, gestylt.
Wer hier frühstückt, sollte sich einen Block mitbringen und dann in aller Ruhe die diversen Tresen ablaufen, Notizen machen, Reihenfolgen festlegen, seinen Hunger– und Appetitstatus sorgfältig analysieren und sich dann hineinstürzen in ein lukullisches Abenteuer.
Wer möchte, kann hier das große Fressen beginnen. Die Vielfalt ist unbegrenzt, alles, wirklich alles wird angeboten. Das geht weit, weit über das übliche eines Frühstückes hinaus. Ich erspare mir Einzelheiten, denn es gibt nichts, was es nicht gibt. Warm, kalt, süß, sauer, westlich, östlich, japanisch, thailändisch, französisch. Wer es sich hier zur Frühstückszeit die erfreulicherweise bis fast zur Mittagszeit geht gut gehen lässt, der braucht sich für den Rest des Tages keine Essensgedanken mehr machen.
Der Kaffee oder Tee wird regelmäßig nachgeschenkt, die Säfte auf Wunsch ebenfalls. Vanessa unsere Bedienung gab sich alle Mühe, uns den Start in den Tag zu angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Natürlich war es für uns dann eine Freude, das hier üblich hohe Trinkgeld fließen zu lassen.
Die Tische stehen nicht zu nahe beieinander, so dass man durch den Nachbarn beim Gespräch nicht gestört wird. Für die japanischen Gäste stehen auch Rundtische zur Verfügung. Und man kann sich wirklich Zeit lassen, im Gegensatz zu à-​la-​carte Restaurants wird man hier nicht wie so oft in den USA mit dem letzten Bissen freundlich hinaus komplimentiert.
Das Restaurant ist selbstverständlich für jeden zugänglich, nicht nur für Hotelgäste. Und der Preis ist für alle gleich (und für alles, was man in sich hineinstopft): $ 21,99 + Tax = $ 23,77. Das sind bei heutigen Kursen ca. EUR 18 !! Hier passt der Begriff Schnäppchen.
Fazit: Buffet-​Essen in LV ist eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Hier im Bacchanal stimmte einfach alles. Wenn alles stimmt und schmeckt sind fünf Sterne angebracht.

Ayant déjà fait l’expérience de plusieurs buffets lors de mon précédent séjour dans cette ville de folie, je né m’imaginais pas la quitter cette année sans retenter l’expérience d’une orgie de nourriture !
C’est par hasard en lisant un dépliant que nous avons appris l’ouverture un mois avant notre arrivée d’un nouveau buffet au Ceasars Palace (juste en face de notre hôtel donc), le descriptif vantant la cuisine raffinée et la décoration moderne avait finir de nous convaincre, cette année ce serait celui-​ci !
Première impression: le descriptif né mentait pas la décoration est moderne et assez classe, c’est très lumineux et agréable et le service est tout à fait en accord avec le lieu !
Une fois la note payée, c’est parti pour un festival de nourriture avec des associations dans l’assiette assez improbables… c’est ça de vouloir goûter un peu à tout !
Missions toutefois impossible tant l’offre est pantagruélique, pas moins de 9 stations proposant un éventail de toute les cuisines du monde.
Je né vais pas vous décrire tout ce que nous avons goûté mais les oeufs brouillés étaient excellents (fait assez rare), les french toasts avec céréales très sympas, et le mini burger l’un des meilleurs de tout le séjour !!!
Même le café passé bien, et ça ce n’est vraiment pas courant !
Beaucoup de plats sont proposés sous la forme de petites portions individuelles, non seulement c’est assez agréable à l’oeil mais en plus ça évite d’avoir les yeux plus gros que les ventre en se servant et ça permet de goûter facilement à plus de choses
Bön après le salé et après avoir déjà goûté 4 – 5 desserts, je décide de me calmer un peu et de finir sur une note rafraîchissante, direction le bar à glaces !
Ce sera donc «figue balsamique»: original et bon, et surtout pour finir en apothéose «Mango chile lime» et alors là ça envoie du très lourd, tout est bien là piment y compris !!!
Petite astuce: comme dans de nombreux buffets à Las Vegas, si vous venez un peu avant la fin du breakfast, vous pourrez profiter de la fin du breakfast et du lunch en né payant que le breakfast qui est moins cher (mais pas d’inquiétude tout le monde est au courant !)

Good Buffet so far but let me Tell you we went to few openings wynn, cosmopolitan & every Buffet was good when they opened but After few Weeks prices went up quality down very sad& Bad. :-(
The line for Lunch was about 1 Hour on a monday. Was it worth the wait. No maybe i m Not sure :-(.
Cashier: omg sloooooooooowwwwww as hell they are Not Even friendly. Hello we waited 1 Hour so just give us a smile Girl
Host: ok. Didnt explained anything. :-(just seated us. Its a New Buffet i expect more Motivation.
Food: Good choices i loved the Pasta. The Guy was so nice & helpFull
Desserts were excellent. But wicked Spoon s gelato is better
Everything was Good Not excellent. Most of the stuff was cold.
Décor & ambiance: nice very nice contemporary.

All in all Price was ok for now. Who knows they will maybe change it soon? 48 $ Lunch for 2 with the Reaards Card, Quality was Good but This is how it is when Buffets just Open. fresh squeezed oj. ;-)
Why only 2 *? Almost None of the Things were labeled. I Really like to know what i m Putting on my Plate, Waiting Time 1 hour is too Long when just 1 cashier is staying there, the others were not existing ;-(restrooms Not existing inside or Maybe i missed it!!!
Nobody knows the prices??? They are Not Even Written outside. Why is it such a Big Secret???
All in all if they Improve& Hold the quality i will try it again.
