people working here are not only uneducated, no ability to be honest in any area of a transaction. say the part will be ready for pick up by 3pm, go there and now perhaps tomorrow, i will call you when its ready. can you guarantee tomorrow? maybe the next day i will call you! i said to cancel the order, they say the restocking fee will be deducted from my credit. what fee? no work was done, no part removed, what needs to be restocked? here is the way not to pay a restocking fee! call your credit card company dispute the charge. explain no work was completed and demand a full refund. when b&r says they will refund full amount and you need to apply for credit refund, no one is available when you arrive… the credit card company will refund full amount… why? b&r are recorded by credit card company when they confirm full refund… your credit card company will refund full amount without b&r approval!
b&r is low life blood sucking company that will screw you because they think all people are as stupid as them… stand up for yourself. vote for trump solve the problem!

Every possible step in my interactions with them was handled poorly — from obtaining a part, delivery, return, and refund. I’ll try to make this brief…
I called to get an auto part, they quoted me a good price and said it was available. It turns out it wasn’t available. A week goes by and they don’t notify me of this; I had to call them to find out that they actually didn’t have it. When they do finally have it, I arrange a delivery on a specific day. They don’t deliver it as promised. I have to call back again to reschedule on another day. When it does arrive, it is a part *for the wrong car* (per my mechanic). I call back again to have them pick it up. Of course they don’t come on the scheduled day, so I have to call back AGAIN. FINALLY, they get it but then don’t issue a refund like they said they would — even after allowing them several weeks to do so. I call back, he apologizes and he says that he’ll issue the refund — just give him 15 minutes and he’ll call me back. Of course, he never calls and then next day I have call back. Finally… a refund is issued.
This was quite a frustrating process. I had to call them back countless times because at every step they dropped the ball. This was no animosity or bad personal interactions going on here, they just didn’t do what they said they were going to do, repeatedly… over and over. Multiple times they say they would call me back and just didn’t. I’ve never seen anything like it. The ironic thing is that they were actually always friendly on the phone. They’re not jerks or anything, they seem like good people. I can’t explain it. What I do know is that this was among the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

I went to the B&R in henderson to get a Quote for a engine for my Honda Pilot Zach Roberts Quoted me $ 1800 for it so I called the NL Vegas B&R Location to see if the could do a better on the price after talking to Luis in the B&R NL Vegas Location Luis Quoted me $ 1700 for the same Engine so he gave me a quote number & told me to just go back to henderson B&R location since it was close to my house and to Give them the quote number he had given me … I went to the Henderson location payed the $ 1700 for the engine they gave my my recitp and told me to pick it up my engine on Wednesday drove back home 20 minutes later Luis calls me and tells me that he had just gotten a Email saying that the engine I had just bought had a hole in the block and couldn’t sell it to me and to go back to the Henderson location to get my Money back when I got there i told Zack that I had just gotten a called saying that I need to pick up the cash from the engine He then goes into the office and get the «Regional Manager «and the Ladies just starts goin off on me telling me that she knows what I’m doing & saying that ! Meaning like I’m trying do some sort of Scam then she tell me that the engine I had just bought they no longer have it and that she refuses to sell me anything I told her I didn’t know what was goin on I tryed to explain what was goin. On but she just kept yelling at me not letting me talk then she says if you want the engine we have the engine for $ 1800 Dollars then I told her that I had no clue was what was goin on because Luis had told me the «Engine was supposedly broken» and there she was telling me the engine was there for The take for $ 1800 after I had already paid for it recipt in my hand for $ 1700 … then one of the workers from there told me that there wasn’t anything wrong with the engine that the Regional Manager just didn’t want to sell it to me when I had already bought it had the recipt and gone back home so she made Luis from the other store call me to lie to me & tell me there was something wrong with it smh … she’s super rude if anyone can provide me with her supervisors number or email I would really appreciate it. people this rude shouldn’t hold this type of position …
Worse experience ever wouldn’t recommend anyone buying anything here the «Regional Manager «is the rudest person ever ! She treated my like a criminal and humiliated me in front of everyone there, hopefully I can get a hold of corporate or someone above her because a person ln that position should know better on how to treat customers I don’t know if it was because my ethnicity or because my English wasn’t as good as hers but nobody as ever made me feel as. Low as her … I called both stores & now one wants to help give me a number of her supervisor or someone that I can speak to …

i ordered a part from dustin said it would ship the next day
i asked are you sure his response was no problem. that didnt happen
as the part was paid to be shipped next day air. every time i call they put me on a death hold

I’m rarely impressed by customer service now a days, because it’s not a common thing anymore. When I do find it I make sure to let people know. My husband purchased several parts for his many «hobby cars», and he’s received great service from one of the reps (Jose Moreno). He’s been very knowledgeable about all the parts my husband needs and is always ready to answer any questions. We will continue to shop here as long as we keep being treated as clients not as sales.

If I could’ve given this place is zero I would’ve the sales person named Rudy is probably one of the rudest counter people I’ve ever come across he has such an attitude I can’t believe that BNR auto wrecking would want such a horrible employee just because of him I will never shop at BNR even if they hired a new personand I would never recommend and you want to go to this place their customer service is fucking horrible

I really like this place Bc they have had the car part I need almost every time I’ve called, which I think has been like 4. I have an
older Lexus ls400 so not like hellllllla popular car so that’s been nice. They are always really friendly and helpful on the phone and their prices are great. All parts come w a 30 day warrantee or you can pay for a 6 month one. The reason why I gave them 4 and not 5 stars is Bc one time the part they gave me (the driver window motor) didn’t fit in my car even tho it was pulled off the same year and model so I had to drive back to them to have them switch it out but luckily they had a second one on the lot that they gave me right away. I’m going to get my third part from them tmrw. I call this spot every time something’s wrong w my car and I get an estimate from a shop. I’d hit em up.
