Very honest AC company! Steve is very knowledgeable and honest doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need I am a business owner and will only use him I would only recommend atomic air to my customers and friends and know that he would not make me look bad. thanks again Steve

Sears would not repair my Carrier central air conditioner under warranty on a Sunday, but I was able to hire Atomic Air, LLC — Las Vegas Valley & Henderson Cooling & Heating to fix it. The temperature here on Sunday was 112 degrees so getting the system repaired quickly became a priority. Atomic Air responded the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem plus they had the Carrier replacement parts on their truck and were able to resolve the problem within a few hours of the call for service.

The other day I thought I heard the tone of the condenser fan change so I put a request through the home warranty for service around 9 at night on a Tuesday. Atomic Air was sent the request. Since it wasn’t an emergency I was expecting to get an appointment by the weekend. I imagine this is the busy season for repairs. Not the case. They called early in the morning to set up a time (which we missed, our phone was buried). After calling them back they scheduled us within the hour! Talk about service! I know no company can do that all the time but it was much appreciated. I had family home for the visit but they took a look and replaced what needed to be replaced. Happy camper. I’m going to give them a try with my seasonal visits now to keep the heater/​cooler working like it is.

We were completely satisfied on the service we received from this company. They cleaned our coils and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. A different company quoted us $ 7,000 as he said we needed a whole new furnace or suffer a flood «any day now». We would definitely recommend this company as well as use them again.
