BESTSERVICEEVER!!! Worked with Trevor and Debary. Those two are AWESOME at what they do. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Spoke in plain English not lingo that only people in that industry understand. First they listened and then told us the best way to go about it. Rather than try to suggest something before they have the whole story. Love these guys. Recommend them to anyone. I will be back to have all my phone needs handled.

There is a serious disconnect between how corporate works, and how retailers operate. I give this store three stars… not because of the store itself, but because of AT&T as a whole. The store was fine. However, our experience with AT&T has been anything but stellar. My wife and I have been customers of AT&T for 8 years. We joined up with them and have been fairly happy with the service we have been provided from them for that time. We have recommended them to our friends and family. However, our opinion tanked severely this past week. With the new«Next» plan, we were apprehensive. However, it has come to the point where a new phone is not a luxury, but a necessity. We did our research, and talked with AT&T about plan options. It was explained to us over the phone by one of the thousands of reps they have answering phones that we could get a really decent option at a fair price. However, when we went to the store to get that option, it was not available. Apparently we had been blatantly lied to(showing that AT&T needs to really work to train their people better). We were told that the plan we wanted was going to be more expensive than the price we had been quoted. We spent 5HOURS at the store, shutting the place down in an attempt to get a fair deal! And it wasn’t even the retailer that was the problem, it was corporate associates who failed at every turn! We ended up with 2 reps from the retail store who spent the time helping us well past closing to ensure we got the deal we were promised. While that didn’t end up happening, we got a fair price for a different deal, something that we could all agree too. Were it not for these two, AT&T would have lost our business, plus the business of our entire extended family, as well as many of our friends! I want to take a moment to give a special thanks to Nick Nardo and Tao Wang for their EXCEPTIONAL customer service, and their tireless assistance in trying to make sure that our needs were met to the best of their ability. THey did their absolute best with a horrible situation, and anyone else who goes to this store should absolutely ask to deal with them in the future! They will bend over backwards to try and make sure that the customer gets the best options available!

I Went Here, looking to join my family’s next plan. They broke everything down for me. Very understandable. I specifically talked to the gm Jay and his awesome assistant general manager Sam and Scott. They were the most helpful in my need of a new phone and a budget. Fast and outstanding service. I walked in on Sunday WITHNOONEELSE. They had 3 employees. They were all helping customers already. Everyone else that was in the store was inside already. I did not walk in with anyone. Yet when this one guy was done with his current customer, he ignores me for a whole 20 mins until I finally asked if he could help me. He said he thot I was with those ppl. Really? When what’s the point of that sign in sheet in front? I have no idea how he could think I was with those ppl. Then he tells me that he works off commission. Cool! Cuz I sure am never giving you my commission! Wasted my time waiting when you could’ve helped me in the beginning by acknowledging that I was even there. No hello no greet. Nothing. Stick to company stores and not«authorized retailers» I wonder if enough people complain about their store would they take it away from them.

Don’t go here, you could save a lot of money and time. Most of the time they don’t know what they are doing and you will have to pay extra because of that. They remind of a used car salesman trying take your money.

I had a great time at the store, and the staff was very helpful. I come in all the time and although I know they are not a corporate store so they would not be able to do any complicated changes, they do most of everything I need which is either getting a new phone or buying accessories. High energy staff and smiling faces. I would highly recommend friends and family to this store!
