Unbelievably rude… every single time! They also have no idea what they are doing. Not helpful at all. They told me my phone was no longer under warranty. They ‘re either stupid or flat out liars! Because my phone was and still is under warranty… I went to another store clear across town an hour later and had no problems at all. This flamingo store has about eight people working there at a time… none have ever been friendly or helpful towards me… completely opposite of the store I visited afterwards. So, unfortunately, the store closest to me is full of rudeness and useless employees. Having to go to the other side of town for good service is extremely inconvenient. The entire staff at this flamingo location should be fired… not kidding.

Almost 5 stars but 4 is very good. Manager Rodrigo was actually very helpful fixing a total fail the boulevard mall store made. We were prepared to wait a long time but from start to finish 1 hour. The things that kept them at 4 stars was this one chick. She was running around doing nothing essentially. She wasn’t very friendly also thank God my husband noticed my name had fallen off the board or who knows. Basically they did as we asked but and I mean a big but, to try and collect a 35 restocking fee really? Wasn’t happening when it was at&t that caused this entire mess. See my review of att Boulevard.

I have been here a few times, first impressions always look the part. There are 2 – 3 people in the doorway with iPads asking what you need. However, this façade always stands in front of a wait of at least 1 hour, unless you have a very simple request. To put a member of my family on an existing family plan. Total time waiting: 2 hours, we were 2nd in line Wanted to get my sim card cut down so it would insert into an iPhone 5 from a 4S. He said he couldn’t do it and had to get a fresh sim and asked to wait. Oh no, not again! Expect to wait a long time if you have something which isn’t 100% simple. Be prepared to make suggestions to the staff to make things go faster. The staff do t have much ingenuity or self-motivation, so you have to help them a little. I have this location 2 out of 5

I am writing this review to spotlight a person at this AT&T store. His name is Carlos. He has helped us with everything we have thrown at him. He is very friendly and personable. I just can’t say enough about him. Everytime we go in we ask for him, wouldn’t see anyone else unless he was off work that day. The other people in the store are nice too but… Keep it up my Carlos!

I came in to upgrade my iPhone. Stephanie helped me get everything situated and took care of all the details. She was extremely helpful and very nice. She even helped me set up my iCloud and transferred all my contacts. Stephanie is awesome! Thanks for the great service;)

This place used to be nothing for a headache every time I went in there but things sure have changed now. They are very helpful and super nice. I love my new Samsung S5 active and my gear fit watch. Also the help we got in switching from virgin mobile to at&t was outstanding. Took no time at all to port of the number. Highly recommend if you are needing a phone.

liars and scam artists!!! liars and scam artists!!! i stopped by this att store to upgrade my phone/renew my contract. i had my previous iphone for three years so i went in with $ 200 to upgrade my phone and keep my current plan(which is what i’ve always done). after explaining this to the customer service rep he(Lazaro A.) informed me that att no longer let’s customers do this, and my only option was to choose a ‘next’ plan. i was pretty disappointed to hear this, considering that this would mean my monthly bill would now go up by $ 25 a month($ 300 a year). despite thinking«this sucked», i renewed my contract/upgraded on the ‘next’ plan. after three months it bothered me that i was now paying over $ 100 for a single line and everything is not unlimited on my plan. so i called customer service to see how i could cut down on my monthly bill. after explaining that i was surprised by the limited upgrade changes at att, the rep explained that i was misinformed, and att still allows customers to pay $ 200 upfront to upgrade an iphone while renewing their contract. i felt cheated so i returned to the store and asked to speak to a manager. i was told by(Giselle) that i would need to explain the situation to her, and she would relay it to the manager and then the manager assist me. after waiting about 10 minutes while she went in the back, the manager(David Mendoza) came out and informed me that there was nothing that he could do to help me since it was not within 14 days after the purchase. i then asked ‘if it’s common practice for sales reps to lie to customers?’ his response was ‘no and he would speak to the rep who helped me’. i asked ‘how would that help me now?’ to which his response was ‘they actually did me a favor because if i was able to upgrade me phone as i desired i would be paying an additional $ 40 a month on my plan’.(this i later learned was bull and not applicable to me because i am not on a mobile plan) feeling my blood pressure rising i thanked him, wrote down their names and left. what irritates me the most are the following: 1) at NO point in time did this ‘manager’ look over my account, and try to assist me in ANY way, shape, or form! 2) i am not a new customer, i have been with att for 5 years and have never missed a payment! why bother if i have to worry about being conned?!? i work hard for my money and $ 300 a year is not something i am willing to throw away because some equivocating con artist is worried about his commission check! i have filed a complaint with att. hopefully not everyone at att has forgotten what CUSTOMERSERVICE means and what CUSTOMERLOYALTY stands for!

I’m not sure why this location got a low review, but I had a very pleasurable experience. I was there yesterday. Hessie was particularly helpful as was his female co-worker, who’s name I didn’t get. They put the screen protector on, recommended a nice Jabra hands free set, and paired the device with my phone.

Never have I been more disappointed with this store. I’ve been coming here for 6 years and I’m done. They lack knowledge in the phones and lack care and understanding. Totally unwilling to help. They show no sympathy for their loyal customers. My advice is to stay far away from this store.

I was able to walk in and out with 2 iphones that day in less than an hour. Great customer service too. Way better than fighting your way through Apple. The customer service AT&T were able help me select a plan that fit my needs without trying to fake it or upsell me. Apple couldn’t do that. I tried to buy an iphone from them 3 times before I came to AT&T. Never doing that again.

two years ago for Christmas I bought myself an iphone here. I was sooo excited about it. everything was fine until a month later when I realized I was charged for 9 more iphones!!! I had 6 over-draft fees plus the cost of the phones I called the store the guy I was talking to got nervous and said its not possible… I talked to the store manager he said he looked up the transaction and saw that there was a card swiped, he was sure about it and said call VISA and talked to them this has nothing to do with us someone stole your card or made a copy of it(I never lost my card) i called my bank they said the card was entered in 3 times. I realized that the manager lied to me. I did get my money back and I called AT&T told them about it… they didn’t seem to care that much about it… I guess they made the sale they didnt care how. all that said I still love my phone and I am happy with my AT&T service, but I do recommend ppl not to do business with this store. there is another one on the same street a couple of blocks up
