Checked in. Impersonal greeting. Front desk girl disappeared. Waited for ever to wait for ever to get tested. Customer service sucks ass

Customer service SUCK Ass. while using the bathroom the lady knock on the door n saying hurry up, She said I took to long to bring it out like wtf. then trying it for the second time the other Lady was rude too smh Bad customers service they need… she said I need to do it like Like wtf no send it I know I am clean n I am doing this for a job…

You would think for drug testing a company would hire someone who is able to communicate in proper english, Not broken english with constant yelling as if she was forced to be there as a volunteer. The little asian last working their was very rude and had poor communication skills. I expect better when it comes to any kind of bodily testing. This lady was rude, ignorant and should be replaced immediately by someone more qualified and has better communication skills aka can speak proper english

Walked in and and instantly the front desk girl asked if I was okay in a condescending way. As if anyone would walk into a drug testing clinic high or under the influence of any kind. Unfriendly and didn’t seem to care about too much about it.
It’s a drug testing clinic you shouldn’t expect much out of them but this place is definitely nothing special or remotely up to par with any of the other clinics I’ve been to.

Really, what’s there to say?
I always get nervous during a drug test. Not that I’ve ever done illicit drugs, but that I’m worried that they’re going to suspect me of trying to cheat the test. The ladies working here today seemed friendly, which made it more comfortable. The location wasn’t the most convenient, but they are open until 4:30 for walk in drug testing, which seemed standard.
**They are located one plaza east of PIMA medical school, on Pecos and Flamingo, behind the gas station at the corner.**
They earn an extra star beyond just A-​OK, because (at least when I went) there were no lines. No awkward conversations and «good luck“s given by other job hopefuls. I didn’t need to sit next to a smelly kid sweating bullets, worried that he’s getting locked up for probation violation. They have adequate seating in the office so that even when there are a couple other patients before you, there;s plenty of «buffer» seating.
