I was given your phone number by a lady in Sun City who just pulled you from the Yellow pages. She had her repair done the same day as me. The Company employee took my info, was very courteous and explalined that the repair man would call me 15 minutes before arrival.
Bob did call and said he would be at my house in 1o minutes. He was true to his word. looked at my Dryer and gave me a price for the work. A very pleasant gentlemen. Knew what he was doing and explained everything to me. i highly recommend this Company from my first experience from them and would use them again.

Remember the tv commercials when the Maytag repairman had nothing to do? Well these days he has plenty to do. My Maytag dishwasher refused to start. I consulted the manual, applied some troubleshooting suggestions but nothing worked. After reading the Unilocal reviews, I emailed Apex. Song got back to me in about 10 seconds. He came the next day, pulled the dishwasher apart and found the problem; loose connections. He tightened them up. I needed no new parts. He handled the issue with dispatch and reliability. He was honest not to charge me for things I didn’t need and gave me some tips on how to get better service from the machine. He backed up his work with a 30 day guarantee. I was very pleased with his capability, honesty, friendliness, and service. I would recommend him highly and would definitely use him again if needed.

A+ service!
I called them to schedule a repair, the girl on the phone was polite and gave me a reasonable repair time for the next day. Carl came out to help me, and he called to let me know he would be here in 20 minutes, and he was great on timing.
Carl was professional and friendly when he introduced himself. He was bright and found the problem in under 10 minutes. He isolated what was wrong without making a mess or damaging anything in my home. He showed me what exactly was wrong so i felt very confident in his work. He had the part readily available in his van, and gave me a fair price immediately. Part was replaced, and he was in and out in less than an hour! Amazing work! I also had him take my oven glass door because I had broken it before, and he took it with him to replace.

Just got service on my refrigerator at my office. The repairman was on time, quick and honest with my problem.
I guess I am so used to being run through the mill that when I get good honest service at a fair price I am surprised.

12÷9÷2015 Update: Received a call from Mike, the President of the company. He offered his apologies and was accommodating in resolving the issue. He was sincere in wanting to make things right with me.
It should be noted that the initial service call and the service person was a good experience. The issue was getting the promised refund, which unfortunately took 3 months and had to be resolved with the intervention from head of the company.
Even though my first experience with this company was not the best, they do deserve a second chance. I get the sense that this company truly wants to do right by the customer and focused on establishing long term clientele. Not all business will have a 100% track record, I understand that, rather than making excuses, this business makes the effort to correct things when things go wrong… and that speaks volumes in my book.

I called knowing what is the problem with my refrigerator I started to ask what the cost would be to fix and before I even finished the sentence automatically cut me off and told me it’s $ 49 for them to come check it out. I just wanted to know the cost and labor on what I already know is wrong there is no need to check it out. They are basically trying to force their way into any transaction. Not the type of service one should deal with take your money elsewhere.

Damned wall oven that is ONLY 1 ½ years old started acting up. I did buy the extended warranty from Home Depot because of the cost $$$$$ to replace so I gave Home Depot a call. They gave me name of four different appliance «repair» companies After having two of their companies in my house and reading the reviews of all four companies, I knew I was going to have to find my own repair and pay out of my my pocket. Back to Unilocal reviews and I found ARE with excellent reviews.
Who knew. Next day Technician Carl showed up within the arranged time frame. He was friendly, clean and figured out it was a simple fix to the tune of $ 80. He was out the door in less than thirty minutes and my oven is running perfect and ready to roll for holiday cooking and baking.
I will NOT hesitate to call Appliance Repair Experts and specifically request Carl in the future. ARE… YOU ROCK!!!

Honest & reliable!
This is the second time we had to call them out in the past 10 months. First time they fixed the problem within an hour (the other company I used couldn’t figure out the problem after 4 visits).
This time (new problem) Carl came out & said «I can repair this & see you back to fix this & that or save your money & get a new one». I said WOW what honesty! He said «I would rather keep you as a customer than have you mad at me cause I have to keep coming back & by the time you pay for this repair & what you paid the last time you can have a new one»
Very honest! Will definitely be using again

Best appliance repair company in Vegas.
We have a built-​in 48 inch GE monogram that has had a lot of problems. We had 4 different companies come out for quotes and potential repair and ARE was the best in terms of service and price. 2 of the other companies were horrific.
We’ve had at least 10 repair people out over the past few years and have had some bad experiences. It’s nice to deal with a company that doesn’t rip you off.
The owner, Eugene and Billy were all great.

Mike was one hour early than the expected time which was wonderful. It turned out to be a bad fuse in my washing machine/​Dryer combo. Mike was extremely professional and had to get quite a workout since my washing machine is in a tiny area in my hallway so it was hard to move. Thank you.

This company was successful both times I had them come out to fix a problem I was having with my washing machine.
–Communication–
Great! Called and phone is answered right away. No voice mail jail. Service rep was able to get me an appointment for later in the afternoon and the last visit within a day.
Carl as the service tech who came out last year to fix my washer. He actually showed up earlier than the time frame given since I was the first call that morning. He asked me several questions and took a look at my washer. Determined what was wrong. Cost of labor and parts was reasonable. No charge on estimate since I was going to use them to repair washer.
The part needed was already in stock in their company van, so our technician got to work right away and in 45 minutes I had a working washing machine.
Fast forward almost two years later I used Appliance Repair Experts again.
Ended up it would cost me more $$ to fix. I appreciated our service techs honesty and advice when he suggested we were better off buying a new washer since it was Labor Day weekend and they had great sales. Good point!

I called this company to set up an appointment for my dryer that wasn’t heating up anymore. The girl that answered was friendly and she set an appointment within a few days with a 4-​hour window. Carl, the repairman called on his way, and was very professional. He found the issue, ordered the part, and came back the very next day to install it. Dryer works better than before it stopped working. Would highly recommend and use again for sure!

I had a problem with my dryer and went to Appliance Repair Experts on Cheyenne/​Decatur, dealt with an employee by the name of Jabez Valdez, never mind the fact that he was very knowledgable, courteous & his customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time, the guy went above & beyond to help me fix my problem. I will tell anyone who has any type of an appliance issue, check these guys out first you will not be disappointed, and make sure you ask for Jabez. This guy is really great at what he does!!!

Was surprised to find how easy the appointment is made, the girl taking the calls was very friendly. I called on Friday, they promised Sunday AM, no extra charge. As I had 3 appliances needing repair, I was given 3 automated reminder calls at the same time and received 3 emails. As Jay worked on things, had to write 3 separate checks, A bit annoying but no big deal. Sunday morning Jay called, said he was on his way and was there in 15 minutes. Jay was extremely professional and courteous and seemed to know what he was doing. But, my repair turned out to be a order parts and will return in a few days… to be continued.. .so long story short, took a little longer than anticipated, but did get everything in working order.

2 different repair jobs from the same company:
1st was clothes washer that sounded like it was possessed and coming alive! I can’t remember the tech’s name (short, stocky guy) but he was on time, friendly and did a good job. Repair was done in no time and there’s been no issues since.
2nd was the refrigerator water valve. Eugene came out and again was on time, professional and very friendly. He fixed the issue with the fridge and we’re very happy with the service.
There seems to be a lot of negative reviews, from people with only 1 review, and I’d take those with a grain of salt. We’ve been happy with both of our repair experiences.
