Allure Wedding Chapel

I’m giving this chapel 2 stars because tho it was great service there were a few glitches which I wasnt to enthusiased about.
I couldn’t decide between an Elvis ceremony or a simple I’m in love ceremony.
After calling a few chapels and reading reviews I decided this chapel because the price seemed reasonable for what they offered, the pictutes on their website seemed simple but elegant, and when I called the lady on the phone was very informative and helpful, however a little stretched information never bothered anyone right? Well wrong, on the phone I was told I could choose from two rooms and I didn’t get a choice, my package included a boutonnière for the groom and he didn’t get one, there was a bridal room but I only got the choice to change in the bathroom, and lastly I was told that if we wanted to make a «small» donation to the minister I could and if so it wash cash only and that the donation should only come from the bottom of my heart… um… how about its a forced donation of your choice from 50 – 100 $ for the minister fee and if you didn’t have cash they will charge it!!!
I don’t mind paying whatever fee but I feel they should’ve been more forward about it and let their customers know there is a fee not a donation, they really should’ve communicated a little more since we waited at least 15 mins for a picture since the photographer didn’t «know» we we’re next… Anyway even though there was a few bumps the ceremony itself was quick, nice, and just how I pictured a nice vegas wedding ceremony to be.
*Also the guy photographer (there were two) was great, they’ll also ask for a donation for him and will give you and envelope to do so (but this one really is your choice).

All the girls at the chapel were FANTASTIC! Made my special day the most memorable, stress free, simple yet amazing wedding. Paying $ 200 for a wedding sure does beat paying $ 20k at home! If you want something cute, simple and affordable this is your place. Thank you again for making our day special ALLURE!

These guys where great! We renewed our vows and it was a wonderful experience! The girls at the front desk where easy going and the pastor had the wife crying tears of joy. The photos cane out fantastic and there price for the service are reasonable and not over the top

I really wish there could be zero stars because that is what this place deserves. This place will charge you every little fee. One fee not mentioned in the comments is the $ 100 fee to speed up the minister that has 10 business days to actually turn in it to the recorders office. I am 6 months pregnant and have complications and since I am married I no longer have my insurance previously. I called and told them our story and why we need the minister to turn it in. Unfortunately I would have to spend an additional $ 100 which I don’t have. So now I have to wait 10 business days and since I don’t live here the shipping will be more 10 days in addition to the two weeks to process our order. So I won’t have insurance for about a month at an at risk pregnancy. Don’t go here ! All they care about is money. Even though I paid the minister fee and staff fee that was over an additional $ 100. Pathetic

This place looks so pretty on their website but in person it’s very run down. We drove from San Diego to be married here. Beware of hidden fees. You pay for a package that includes a minister but your required to tip him $ 50 to $ 100 dollars, (he actually donates his time for free to them) the package says you get a choice of chapels but you dont they said the other chapel is too dark & thats that. You get a DVD that’s so poor quality it’s blurry & you can’t hear any audio, the photographers aren’t trained they cut your head off in pictures & don’t know how to pose you & your off centered in the picture but again your required to tip them both. I was quoted 40 pics but only received 36. The studio pics you get ONE free, yes only ONE of the many he takes, if you want more their $ 15 each for him to put on a disc for you. Then his computer drive was broken so it took 40 minutes to put 3 pics on a disc. The chapel chair covers are dirty with holes, looks really nice in our wedding pics. The dirty old bouquets for you to use are dollartree flowers, we weren’t given a Boutinere but it’s included in the package, no wedding coordinator either, I had one of the photographers zip my dress up for me. The floor is filthy, my dress was so dirty from only being there an hour. The free hour limo was from the 80 ’ s & had no air conditioning, we were sweating. The driver was very nice, he gave me a long stem red rose & a bottle of champagne. We tried to be happy about the place because we were already there but it’s really a run down joke, they make good money & it wouldn’t take much to make it better. I’ve wrote to them but they won’t respond or return my calls.
Your wedding day should be special & memorable, they should strive to give that to their customers. They should make a chapel customers can be proud of, not embarassed of.

Great job at this wedding chapel from reception to the minister. Everything that was said would be done was done. Also, the wedding chapel itself is very nicely done.

Find another chapel! From start to finish, it was all RUSHED. There was no one else there, but they couldn’t wait to get us out the door. Very impersonal. The «photographer» was a young, inexperienced woman in shorts and tank top (probably the owner’s daughter). Photos were downright goofy with her asking us to kiss each other’s rings and weird poses. Limo arranged through them had no working a/​c, and we arrived in 102 temp. From there it was rush, rush, rush.

I would not recommend this place! I booked this place online a month before coming, and I called to change the time, which they let me do. That is about the only good thing this place did for us. We walked in– just my fiancé and I– on time and there were three people behind the desk. No one even looked up. I stepped up to the counter and a young woman with dark hair barely glanced up and asked our name. She then said that everything was paid except for the minister fee, which was a «voluntary» payment of at least $ 40. I had researched many other places and knew that some places charged this «donation.» Their site said nothing about it– in fact, in the package information– it says that the minister fee was included. I had no idea that I was going to pay an extra $ 40. Also, she was so rude from the get go that I wanted to just walk out. It was our wedding day– we were happy and excited and then they immediately burst our bubble with asking for money and then being defensive and rude when I said I wasn’t expecting to pay extra. Then, the minister who was sitting behind the desk on the computer, says without turning around «I don’t think they understand you» to the receptionist. She rolls her eyes and tries to tell us that the «fee» is different than the «donation.» I said I understood, but wanted to know if I could pay it after– she said that is not usually how they do it. I was so overwhelmed and uncomfortable that I asked to go to the bathroom and think about it. It was so awkward because if we didn’t pay it, then I was not sure if they would even file our certificate or do a decent ceremony. I felt very pressured. It was not about the $ 40, which we paid, but the fact that it was the first I heard of it and the website said nothing about it (unlike other websites that tell you to expect to pay the additional amount). It was our wedding– I did not want to have to worry about paying more money or focusing on an outstanding bill. So then after paying and having tension with the minister and the other employee, we are rushed into the ceremony immediately. The room was fine– cheesy, but okay. The minister told us to look at the camera the whole time so it was really awkward and unnatural. He didn’t really ask us anything about ourselves or ask us if we wanted to say anything or exchange any of our own vows. In fact, he did not even ask us to say «I do.» We just repeated what he told us and he said some stupid stuff about tending to our marriage like a garden, and then we were rushed out. Arguing with the girl behind the counter took longer than the ceremony. The only person who smiled was the photographer, and she was nice. She let us take pictures outside because I asked, but then we could not open the photos on the cd. We went to vegas looking for a fun and cheesy wedding, but this was impersonal, not fun, awkward, and terrible. Do not go here! There are plenty of other chapels for the same price if not less!

We chose this place because we wanted a small wedding, and were trying to keep the cost down. Ha! Ha! Ha!
The Chapel was fine, and just right for 20 guests. Jana, the Wedding Coordinator, was very helpful. We brought our own music (which they thought was very good and I let them keep), and most of our own flowers.
The Minister was very good. Stayed away from religion, and gave a nice ceremony.
He’s $ 50 extra, but that is «par for the course» in Las Vegas.
What I didn’t like, was they told us the deal included 40 pics. They actually gave us 65, but it was copy protected on the CD, and I had to do some painstaking work, to make them usable.
The «studio» photographer, is just a «cut above a relative with a camera», and not that good. What was interesting; After the ceremony, they tried to sell us the «package» for $ 300. Since we are «locals», we didn’t want to be rushed and came back over a week later. The price dropped to $ 250. That was a fair deal for the package.
They were a little disorganized. They offer a one hour limo service, but screwed up, and we waited nearly 45 minutes. The limo driver was very nice, but the idea was for them to run up the time, and give us a tour. Since we live here, no tour was necessary, just a ride to the Reception.
Overall, we spent $ 299 for the package, which included DVD of ceremony, Photo CD in chapel, which as I said, we had to «decode», a few roses, and one hour of limo.
Not a great value, but better than what we found when we shopped around.

I’ll just get right to it, it’s a quick vegas wedding chapel. My expectations were not high, so I was happily satisfied with the services. They had a nice lobby/​foyer to gather while we were all arriving. The couple before us was walking out as we walked in, like a little wedding factory haha. I loved the way the little chapel was decorated, but the room was so small. Keep that in mind if you do plan to bring guests, we had about 25 so we were packed in with a few having to stand in the back. If you into have a big group then it’s nothing to worry about. The bouquet provided was a joke, I wish I had just bought a cheap arrangement at the grocery store, they are just a clump of fake flowers from michaels, no embellishments or arrangement, it would be a super cheap thing for them to improve, I hope than in the future they do. During the ceremony there was an instrumental version of Christina perri’s ‘a thousand years’ playing quietly in the background, it was so romantic! And right as the officiant was announcing us mr&mrs the song mixed to Etta James ‘at last’ it was just perfect! The whole ceremony took less than 5 min. A friend who recorded it on his phone said 2:14 or something like that haha. They didn’t rush us out which was nice, we took a few pics with the chapel photographer but they gave us time to take more with our own hired photographer Dale Sweetland (plug, memorycreationsLV he’s great!) after we were done they put our pics and video on a disc right there which was nice. The pics are not anything special, they encouraged us to tip the girl who took them and doted that she gave us more than was typically included in the package so we did, but when we got home and looked at them quite a few were out of focus or eyes were closed, so I wouldn’t recommend a large tip. I definitely recommend paying the extra $ 30 to take your own pictures, some of the ones my mom took on her iphone turned out better than the ones on the disc. I’m glad we purchased the video, since it’s vegas and lots of family wasn’t there it’s nice to be able to share with them. I do wish they would have called to let us know what to expect prior to us arriving, we did get a confirmation email but having a phone call I feel would have added a more personal touch. I was not familiar with vegas aside from the main strip so when we were headed to the chapel the downtown lv neighborhood looked really sketchy, it mostly street parking and on the edge of a residential neighborhood, as long as you take all your pics inside you’ll be fine, and lock your car door ;)
Overall, we were happy with allure the staff was super friendly and nice, I would recommend them to couples looking for a nice simple fast wedding.

If you choose this place go with the cheap package and pay the 30.00 to use your own camera. I just got married here. I felt really rushed. The package says wedding coordinator what a joke. No professional wedding photographer. Over all I know it’s a vegas wedding put really over paid on this. Glad I got a beautiful dress for cheap. From jj’s

My husband and I came here to have a vow renewal for our first wedding anniversary. I was really happy with it. We just wanted something basic, no frills, so we got the $ 99 package available on the website. The staff was very helpful, and answered all my questions over the phone ahead of time. They were also very accomodating– I scheduled our ceremony on Thanksgiving day, and expected there might be an upcharge for the holiday, and there wasn’t. They photographer/​wedding coordinator did a great job, and we were given a cd of pictures from our ceremony within 20 minutes. They also included extra pictures (more than our package provided for), which was really nice and much appreciated. If you are looking for a good, budget chapel in Vegas, I’d definitely recommend Allure. As an FYI– the $ 99 doesn’t cover everything– we were expected to tip the minister and the wedding coordinator on top of the $ 99 for the ceremony.

I don’t really have anything negative to say! The whole experience was pleasant and went smoothly. It was just the two of us, no guests, so I can’t say anything about other ceremonies with guests and a wedding party. Our package was a good deal, especially with getting 20 photos on a disc. The woman (Diana I believe?) was really nice, and our minister was as well. I like that it’s just down the street from the courthouse so everything is convenient.

Me and my new husband, decided to get married before leaving Vegas. We went to courthouse, where we were told of the Allure chapel that was just around the corner. We were picked up by a driver, taken to the chapel and dropped back off when we were done getting married. The chapel is very cute. We didn’t want any cheesy Elvis in the background. The minister felt sincere and was professional. The process was about 5 – 10 minutes to become husband and wife. As far as price, we choose the package with the indoor chapel and for pictures to be taken, that was $ 59.00. We gave the minister $ 40. Overall our experience with this chapel was great, and I wouldn’t have done it any other way.
