Allen Huang, DMD, MS., co-​founders of the Significance Dental Specialists, moved to Las Vegas in 1992 with a degree in Bio-​Chemical Engineering from University of California at Los Angeles. Our team of dental specialist consisted of Periodontics, Orthodontics, and Endodontics. Together, we are treating the most difficult and challenging cases in the Las Vegas valley.

Business Owner

Allen Huang, DMD, MS., co-​founders of the Significance Dental Specialists, moved to Las Vegas in 1992 with a degree in Bio-​Chemical Engineering from University of California at Los Angeles. Dr. Huang worked one year as a periodontal assistant before applying for dental school and received his DMD degree from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Following his general dental training, Dr. Huang received a full 3-​year scholarship to trained Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at University of Illinois at Chicago. During his training, Dr. Huang received many academic honors, and was named as the first Chief-​Resident in program history. In addition to his specialty training, Dr. Huang also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in oral biology from the University of Illinois where he conducted clinical and histological research in bone regeneration in furcation defects in baboons.
