Worst company ever. Do not use them! Tech was going to order parts for my dishwasher, but serval weeks went by no calls. When I called them, the lady was SUPER rude and told me nothing is wrong with my dishwasher. Stay away from this rude company…

Absolutely disappointing. Took the day off to be available to get washer checked out. Found out my appointment got cancelled. Told that I was left a few voicemails. I am sure the calls were never made just BS. Good luck to your business. Unfortunately I cannot out NO star.

This is the worst Appliance Repair company in Vegas, if I could give them a zero I would. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I waited a 1 ½ weeks for LG to schedule them to come out on a Saturday. The repair man Rodney came the last 15 minutes of my allotted time only to tell me that I need to defrost it first and to start defrosting my frig on Wednesday and he would be out the following Saturday and I agreed. On Wednesday their office called I thought to confirm my appt. and I called them back the following day only to find out that I had no appointment scheduled and that they would not be out on Saturday I stated their employee promised they would be. I was put on hold for 10 minutes or more only to be told basically that again they would not be out on Saturday. The girl kept talking over me and then stated if I could be quiet I stated no I was the customer and she needed to listen to my issue. She said no she wouldn’t listen to me and placed me again on hold. I refuse to use them and have not spoken to them since. Avoid a bad experience don’t use them

OK so I waited and waited for them to call me back and nothing. I called my house warranty company around 230 and asked them to call. They requested a service mgr go out. He could not come out for 8 days. I then asked my warranty company if I could use another company. My request was granted and they came out the next day! Fidelity Appliances Services Team took my refrigerator apart. He showed me the fan that was not working. He explained to me that my refrigerator has two fans. One in the freezer and one in the refrigerator. Sooooo ADA replaced the wrong fan and a perfectly good mother board!!! My advice to ADA is get better people and take your time. Stop being rude and remember the customer comes first. Anyone reading this my message to you is DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!

When the service man rang my doorbell. I answered and he was on the phone. He never got off the phone. He stopped his call only to ask me for a ladder and a towel for the work being done. First off, GET OFF THE PHONE. Second BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS AND SUPPLIES. This guy had no social or customer service skills. When I asked him how long the repair usually takes he gave me a rude answer saying «he’s finished when the microwave is working again». Finally when he finished I went to thank him as he was leaving and he just kept walking and didn’t say a word. Stay away from these guys. They have no standards.

This company was sent out to repair my dishwasher under a service contract I purchased from Whirlpool.
They diagnosed that my dishwasher needed a new control panel and they had to order one. They did so and came back a few days later to install it. The new control panel they ordered was the wrong color and does not match my dishwasher. Their response was «not their problem» because the supply house they use does not stock the matching unit for my machine.
Now I have a «two tone» dishwasher. This company does poor quality work and when questioned is unwilling to make a wrong, right.
Best yet, I have spoken with another repair company also located here in Las Vegas, Appliance Rescue (702) 726‑7054 and they have clarified for me that the correct part is readily available. Note, I have had work completed by Appliance Rescue (4 star average Unilocal rating) and they are great!
To the owners of this company, I suggest you buy a copy of Robert Spector’s book, The Nordstrom Way to Customer Service Excellence. Your company needs a culture overhaul.

They came out the next day and fixed the problem. Not the cheapest but problem solved. Its the second time I’ve called them. I only wish they would offer more specific windows to when they come service the appliance.

After some initial communication issues, we got our fridge fixed last Friday. Our service tech was nice to me, but fantastic to my 5 year old answering his 5,000 questions during the repair process and patiently explaining what he was fixing. I know some other reviews are bad, and our initial experience was difficult (they had our phone number incorrect so they could not contact us and each time we corrected it by phone, they didn’t correct it on their end). However, all’s well that ends well in this case. My fridge is running silently and my little guy thinks he knows all there is to know about fixing it.

Avoid at all cost. They are terrible. They take a log time, come w broken parts and fail to fix problems but the Warrenty company still makes ya pay! They got one star because after 3 visits and once month my oven did work again. If you get assigned them from your Home Warrenty I would try to get out of it before they step foot in your house.

The technician basically was guessing as to why my freezer doesn’t work. 3 service calls later, it still doesn’t work. This company is awful.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They cancel appoints. Give the wrong times. And constantly lie over the phone

This company is awful. My home warranty company referred them and I advised them not to ever dispatch this company again! The tech, Ivan was nice enough but he arrived late and needed to order a part for my dryer. Ok, no problem. I told him I travel often for work and would have to schedule for when I was back in town. The dispatcher calls me to reschedule and is totally rude. I explain I need a very specific timeframe as I’m only in town for a short time– 8−12pm, she says. Not only did the tech not show up or call between 8 – 12, but the dispatch lady says he couldn’t «get through the gate» and «no one answered after he rang the bell.» I asked «how could he get to my bell if he couldn’t get through the gate?!» Obviously, someone was lying. The 3^rd time the tech calls me to reschedule, I tell her I have a specific timeframe — Monday or Tuesday of next week. She says «my tech is off those days». How can this company only have one technician?! So I say then I’ll ask my home warranty company to recommend someone else and she hangs up on me! Wow. Amazing customer service! I can only imagine what would’ve happened had they actually repaired my dryer!

If you have a Home Depot warranty plan and they mention this place ask for someone else. When you call this place and explain why you wee confirming the guy wants to argue with me that my service call is for today and acts like I should know that my tech doesn’t work on Saturdays. Well if you have only one tech it’s amazing how you have managed to stay in business and second not my problem I am the customer and I can make a choice and I choose not to do any business with your company or your lousy attitude. Good luck with that attitude

We have all Whirlpool appliances which we purchased February 2015. In December 2015 we had a problem with water dispensing from the fridge. We call Whirlpool and they sent All Desert Appliance. Well when the tech arrived he never said good morning, hi NOTHING. He looked at the fridge and then at us, he then called someone and spoke in a different language which I couldn’t make out. While he was on the phone he pulled the fridge out then hung up the phone. After about 5 minutes he push the fridge back started packing up and I asked if it was fixed he just stared at me saying NOTHING I asked him again and he shook his head no and smiled. I said are you kidding and he said a part needed to be ordered. He left water on the floor and stepped in it tracking it to the front door.
The 29^th of December he came back, well he did fix the problem with the water dispensing, but after he left we couldn’t get any ice. So I called the office and the girl who answered the phone was so RUDE AND IGNORANT. I told her the problem and also about the mess he left behind and she told me he wasn’t a cleaning man. I don’t know how that company is in business.
We then called Whirlpool and told them the situation and asked for another Service Company, they sent Appliance Rescue out today. Ryan from Appliance Rescue had the ice dispenser fixed in 20 minutes.
I wish I would have read these reviews before I let All Desert Appliance in my home.

Another home warranty referral…65 dollars to tell me my vent is plugged without even looking at it, then says I will get a call in 48 hours to schedule someone to come clean it…48 hours later no call so my wife calls… «sorry that’s not covered and considered maintenance but we can do it for $ 105 sorry for the miscommunication»…you mean sorry for lying to my face.
I knew I shouldn’t trust a company that sends their workers out in their pov, no commercial vehicle. Stay away, lies and «miscommunication» is all you will get. I dunno why first American contracts these types of businesses, they can’t be much cheaper than a reputable company. Calling first American to either drop them and go with someone else or have this issue addressed, all thanks to this ridiculous «business».

The worst company and the worst experience ever. If there was an ability to not give it a star that is what I would do. Over 3 weeks and I still do not have my washer and dryer fixed. First they don’t have the tools necessary to fix it another contractor has it. Next they ordered the wrong parts. Now they’re stating that they didn’t order all the parts that was needed. To have them lie to me three different times as to why they have not serviced it is unacceptable. They refuse to call me or communicate with me and I feel stuck because my warranty company is still allowing them to treat their customer like this. I am leaving my warranty company because of the experience with this contractor they have connected me with.

Wow I am not surprised they have this kind of rating. Took them only one month to get our drier fixed. Worst customer service ever!!! Tried to call a couple of times to see what’s going on. I have been told countless times that I will get a call back. Not once did I get it. I was kinda stuck with them because my home warranty company sent them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Stay clear!!! I was assigned to this company by my home warranty. After making an appointment they did not call before arriving, then after scheduling for the following week– they didn’t come and the operator could not get the worker to respond to her calls. I complained and then a week later the same repairman puts his card on my door as a threat… Yikes!!!

Paid their tech $ 45 to come out & diagnose prob w/​dishwasher in EARLY NOV & we were advised that they needed to order «special part» which would be available for instillation in 2 – 3 wks.
3 wks passed & no word, so I called them & was told it wouldn’t arrive till DEC 31^st at VERY LATEST! (The person on phone was NOT apologetic, compassionate in any way at all… (THIS IS PUTTING IT MILDLY…)
I asked that they call me as soon as order was in.
On DEC 31^st I called them to review status of order and they said they would see if part was in that daily shipment and would return call w/​status…
That was LAST TIME I EVER HEARD FROM THEM!
It is now JAN 22 and still NOTHING!
Paid $ 45 to them and was totally ripped off!
…of course we gave up hope by Dec 31^st, but just waited to see if they would get back to us… (not holding our breath, of course…)
FINALLY, we hired Sears to come and fix prob which done ever so efficiently & AS GUARANTEED by tech.
I hope no one goes through what we did and takes heed before hiring!!!
Can’t understand why this pathetic excuse for a company is STILL in business!

If only I could leave 0 stars. This company is among the worst in Vegas. They may actually be the worst. They were dispatched to my home through a home warranty to repair a 10 year old Kitchen Aid double wall oven. The tech was great! He tried everything to get the oven working (2 days before Thanksgiving) but the board needed to be replaced.
Over the next few days I was contacted by my home warranty company to let me know that it was very difficult to locate the part but they had sourced it & All Desert would order/​replace it as soon as the part arrived.
Several days later I called All Desert to find out if they had an estimated date of arrival/​installation of said part. Was advised that the part was $ 250, $ 20 tax & $ 125 labor all of which was not covered by the home warranty. Additionally they stated it would take 1 – 2 weeks to arrive. The part had not been ordered yet. I immediately called home warranty company. I was advised that All Desert had not even contacted them yet about ordering the part. They had stated that they would be taking my old board & having it rebuilt.
Then I called Kitchen Aid. Gave them the model number & a minute later was informed that they had the part in stock & it would arrive withing 2 business days of order. It was also less money than quoted by All Desert. I understand that business marks up the cost, however I have never seen it cost more through repair shop than if I had ordered it myself.
Home warranty company called me back & advised me that they had tried to speak with manager to arrange repair/​replacement of board. 4 days later, we are still waiting for contact from All Desert. As of today, more than 3 weeks after All Desert’s visit I still am without an oven.
I ordered the part directly from Kitchen Aid this morning & will be installing it myself. It’s a very simple case of unplug the old 1 & plug in the new one. 4 screws & voila. NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.
