Awesome customer service!

We have had a terrible experience with dreadful customer service from Crystal Premium Water so we cancelled our contract and decided to purchase our own system.
Alka Water was close to our home so we decided to check it out. The gentleman that assisted us was extremely helpful and very friendly.
We left with a brand new water system and 2 jugs of water.

Came in to purchase some purified water as well as some alkaline water, however the vending machine wouldn’t accept credit card or quarters! Very disappointed, I then had to drive to another water store. Hopefully they get these two systems fixed!

Probably the best water in town! At $ 2 a gallon, which is a little pricey but definitely worth it, you get pure 100% NATURAL alkaline water. You can seriously taste the difference and I know people say water is water but seriously, it’s just so refreshing! The best part is the employees can answer all questions, fully explain everything and you can see where the water is being made which is a huge plus because usually the filters are hidden somewhere in the back where you can’t see them and who knows what is really happening or if it’s even being cleaned. They clean your containers when you take them inside to be filled and you have two options of either alkaline water or regular purified water (which is also great). And incase you go in after hours, they have dispensers outside for both types of water as well. Just make sure to bring your debit/​credit card with you if you plan on filling up alkaline water since it does not take cash for it. I strongly suggest you check it out and ask for a free sample just to at least taste their water.

Buying their Alkaline Water is a scam. I bought 15 gallons of water and found the PH Level at 8.0. In two days the PH level dropped to 6.8, which is acidic. Went back and complained. They told me the water was not drank fast enough. I did my research and found only water with stable negative ion’s will keep the PH level at a high rate. Otherwise you are wasting you money. The only company in Las Vegas that has Stable negative ions is Real Water — who is distributed by Silver Springs Water. Why waste my money buying expensive water from this sham of a place when I can get water that maintains the PH level for months and even a year. Stopped picking up my water at this place and found Silver Springs Water delivers the Alkaline water to my front door for the same price and maintains the PH level. Thank you Real water and thank you Silver Springs for giving me something that is worth paying for instead of throwing my hard earned money away.

Looking for alkaline water? Look no further, this place has it for $ 2 buckaroos a gallon. A little steep but you are paying more if you go to the stores and buy the itsy bitsy bottles ;)
This place is clean and has regular water for .40 cents.
AND if you are preparing for the end of the world, they have canned water.
