Just went to him, everything organized, nurse dental hygienist, billing dept. are all
so nice. I am moving but it is worth It to me to keep him as my dentist. What a wonderful staff and guy!

Never thought I would be writing a raving 5 star review for a dentist but I have to give credit where credit is due cause they deserve it here!
After many awful experiences at 3 different dentists in Vegas since I’ve moved here last year, I was about to give up and wait till I go back to NY or Taiwan to get dental work done.
An honest, friendly, experienced, detail oriented dentist AND hygienist? In Vegas? Yes, they exist here at Dr. Ozaki’s office. Both Bree (Bri?) the hygenist and Dr. Ozaki are very friendly and personable. Also, you can tell they definitely know what they are doing and are extremely detail oriented and diligent.
Bree was very thorough with the cleaning and actually took the time to scrape the tartar off my teeth section by section, with minimal pain. She was very careful and never aggravated or touched my gums unnecessarily like 99% of hygienists do cause they try to rush through the process. She even flossed between all my teeth at the end!
Also, Dr. Ozaki is the first dentist in the US that actually gave me a confident and intelligent answer when I inquired about removing the portion of my gum that is covering my wisdom tooth in lieu of extracting it. Every other dentist in the US has insisted I not only remove the bottom two that are partially covered but the top two as well despite my having more than enough room for them all to grow in properly and there being no reason to touch the top 2 that have grown in completely without problems. However, Dr. Ozaki explained how they have a laser surgery machine he would use as opposed to a scalpel which minimizes bleeding as well as speeds up recovery time and seemed well informed about the procedure. He also noted that the top 2 are perfectly fine and there is no reason to touch them.
The icing on the cake? He provides his personal cell phone number on his business card so you can call him in case of any dental emergencies outside of business hours! You can definitely tell that Dr. Ozaki and his staff genuinely care about helping people and take pride in what they do which is so rare nowadays, especially in the medical field where most doctors just see people as another # and $$. Thanks for restoring my faith in dentists /​dentistry here in Vegas!

«I’d rather die than go to the dentist»
Many people dread going to the dentist. Fortunately, I am not one of those people thanks to Dr. Ozaki. In fact, as weird as it may sound, I look forward to coming here.
I come here twice a year for checkup and cleaning. Used to go to different office but would always find an excuse to cancel the appointment since I don’t like the unfriendly staffs that made my annual dental visit feel like a punishment prisoners receive in Guantanamo Bay. During the whole cleaning procedure, I would close my eyes and think about how I rather live through a zombie apocalypse than being tortured at the dentist office. That has changed.
Super friendly, professional and cheerful staffs ready to do the work. Takes the time to explain the whole procedure and answers all questions. Super personable as well!
If you are one of those people that dread going to your dentist appointments, I highly recommend this place. The healthier your teeth are, the happier you look. Thank you Dr. Ozaki and his staffs!

I have had such a great experience being a patient with Dr. Ozaki. Staff has been so friendly! I had been grinding my teeth and was waking up with pain in my jaw and ears for years. Dr. Ozaki treated my jaw with laser treatments, and the pain has been completely gone. I have been very happy with my experience here. Thank you guys!

I am new to the area and this was my first appointment today for a routine appointment. I could not be happier. The office personnel, the hygienist and Dr. Ozaki are friendly, efficient and professional. They take time to explain everything and answer any and all questions. I had a great dentist in CA and now I have a great one here in Vegas.

Dr. Ozaki is the BEST dentist in all of Vegas. I have been a patient of his for quite some time now and I wouldn’t change a thing. He is the nicest person I have ever met. Anita is my hygienist and she is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Ozaki for all your dental needs.

Just left this office and I’ve never been so impressed by a dental visit before!
New patient paperwork was minimal, wait time was barely enough to read 2 pages of my book, and I was introduced to Anita– the cheerful, friendly, and professional dental assistant with who I would spend the majority of my visit.
Anita was downright bubbly and made an effort to get to know me as a person while also maintaining professionalism, explaining every procedure she was going to do, and giving additional dental info tidbits to help keep my teeth as healthy and attractive as possible. Dr. Ozaki was also super professional and made sure to go over my concerns before moving on, making it very clear that he could always be reached in the event of an emergency. Anita mentioned she has worked for Dr. Ozaki for decades, which I think speaks volumes about their level of professionalism and patient care.
Ultimately spent just over an hour here including xrays, cleaning, and scheduling additional work for a chipped tooth. Front desk staff were super helpful at answering some questions about my dental insurance coverage and went out of their way to look up pricing to replace a retainer. Super impressed with the staff here, and that’s what will keep me coming back.

Best Dentist I have been to in my adult life. Dr Ozaki was referred to me by a friend after I visited another Dentist in Las Vegas who quoted me $ 7000 to remove 1 year old crowns and replace them. Thankfully I sought a second opinion from Dr Ozaki. He prescribed a mouth rinse that cleared up my problem at a cost of $ 12.00.
His staff is very friendly, I never have to wait more than 5 – 10 min and I completely trust Dr Ozaki with all my dental needs. Truly a great experience.

I found Dr. Ozaki because I was having very bad toothaches. I was able to setup an appointment fast and easy. No wait time when I got there. He fixed the tooth that was hurting me fast. I couldn’t ask for more

I used to be the person who HATED even thinking about the word dentist. I associated the name with pure evil. NOT ANYMORE! I LOVE my dentist!!! Dr. Ozaki is AMAZING! I cried to him about my past nightmares and he assured me that everything would be okay. He saved my mouth and I could never thank him enough. I had to have a lot of work done and was coming in once a week for two months. My biggest fear was having to get root canals done. He made sure I did not feel a thing! I DIDN’T FEEL A THING. AMAZING! You can tell he truly cares about his patients. I will never go anywhere else. He took away my greatest fear and now I actually look forward to going for my cleaning and checkups. Been coming to him for the last two years. So happy I found him. Hes truly a diamond.

Dr. Ozaki is the best dentist ever, I live in CA now and I still go and get my work done from him. He is honest in what kind work needs to be done, and what needs to be waited on. He has a very kind and compassionate personality that sets you at ease with whatever needs to be done.
The staff at the desk is great, and so are the hygienists. I have given him many referrals and all have felt the same.
5 stars for Dr. O, he is the best of the best!

If you need a dentist, you need to see Dr. Ozaki!
He is A.MA.ZING! He is kind and gentle, and does not tell you what you don’t need to do. He will tell you what really needs to be done, and what you can wait to do.
He and his staff are also very very friendly; and they take referrals seriously. I was referred by family friends; I referred three other people to Dr. Ozaki, and they all love him too!
I cannot say enough good things about him; he is a wonderful dentist, and I will miss him dearly since I am now out of Las Vegas…
