I have been going to Dr Roger Elmer for 3 ½ years. As a retired Letter Carrier with osteoarthritus and many pains from carrying mail, he has done amazing things for me to alleviate my aches and pains. He always takes the time to explain everything he is doing and answers any questions I have. Just a wonderful Doctor and person. Love this man. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My two daughters suffer from scoliosis the chiropractor I was seeing in LA introduced me to the petti Bön treatment one of my daughters scoliosis was complicated so then she told me about Dr Elmer in las Vegas I came to see him and after the consultation and xrays I was convinced I was moving to Las vegas. my daughter Michelle has been doing therapy for one yr and half she is a totally different person she sleeps better is now working and going to school all of these had become very difficult for her to do before Dr Elmers therapy. He is absolutely amazing!

Bottom line: Great people in a family environment, who care.
My son has been coming to see Dr Elmer for weeks now for treatments for his behavior in school. He has made quite a few improvements already. The best part is that Dr Elmer is willing to educate his teachers. He does what is best for his patients.

I have been coming to Dr Elmer for almost 2 weeks now and my back pain is almost completely gone. Regular chiropractic care wasn’t taking care of my problems and I had missed almost a week of work from pain when I started coming. The combination of warm up stretches, exercises, neurology, and chiropractic has me feeling so much better. I now have a plan in place with them to correct the spinal problems causing the pain, instead of just treating the symptoms. I highly recommend Dr Elmer and his staff.

Dr Elmer has made such a positive change in my life and I am so grateful for he and his great staff for all that they do to help me regain my health! i have been looking for a very long time for someone to treat and better my situation and when I found Doc, I found that someone! I always know that I am in the best of care. He will always treat you with the utmost respect and you will know he is doing everything possible to give you the very best! My spinal health is improving everyday and I have good days more often than not. That alone is a priceless gift.
And then you add in his expertise in Neurology and I know he is working to make me the best that I can possibly be!

We have been taking our son here for almost a year now and it has been amazing for him. Before we started here our son couldn’t talk well nor did he have fine motor skills and a list of things he had difficulty with. Now he is doing so well that he suprises me everyday with little things he does or says!
The process is simple but the way this office goes about it is special. They test to see what needs to be worked on and with simple exercises Dr. Elmer works magic with the brain! Then they set a certain amount of weeks before they reevaluate and work on what’s next.
To put it to you simply, Doc is amazing and the office and staff are amazing… You just can not put a price tag on what they provide!
Well worth it!

Dr Roger Elmer of Advanced Neuro Spinal Solutions is amazing. He has helped me to be able to walk without pain. A year ago I was only able to walk by holding on to things. And I was in pain constantly. He has helped me to walk without pain and to be able to breathe easier. He has been there all times of the day to help me. His staff is absolutely amazing. I feel like they are family.

I knew I had some problems with my back and neck but after seeing Dr. Elmer more symptoms I didn’t even realize I had went away. I have better balance, less neck pain, better head movement, warm hands
and warm feet (they used to always be ice cold) my right hand grip got so much better, I am able to stand on flat feet instead of balancing on the sides of my feet, my jaw doesn’t lock up any more and I haven’t had a really bad migraine!!! I can turn my head to see my blind spots in the car instead of moving my whole body! If you work hard, spend the time to do what the doctor says, your health will improve. I moved all the way from Los Angeles just to be his patient here. I’ve suffered from scoliosis for years. It started affecting my daily activities, my studies, and dancing. Everyday, I struggled with back pain, foggy brain, dizziness, coldness, and insomnia. It made even the smallest daily task more difficult for me to do.
I’ve been a patient here for almost 3 years, and I have been feeling so much better. My scoliosis has really improved, and I no longer suffer from insomnia. I don’t feel dizziness, and foggy brain as much as before. And I have improved in my studies.
From all the chiropractors I’ve seen in the past, no one has helped me as much as Dr. Elmer. He really takes his time to get to the root of the problem. And he’s always full of such enthusiasm. I can tell Dr. Elmer loves what he does.

Dr. Elmer took my (then) 5 year old grandson. He was in the special ed. classes at school, for some learning issues, help with speech and behavioral issues. He was often times out of control hitting himself, and others. He had issues when in a larger group of people, needing to be the center of attention and getting it by acting out. It made it hard to take him any where. He liked other kids, but didn’t get along with them. We went to the initial appointment w/​the Dr. he explained how the brain works and signs that certain parts aren’t working, to my surprise the simple things he had my grandson do showed the signs he said would be there. With just a few mins. there was noticeable improvement. I was shocked, I was skeptical at first but couldn’t deny what I witnessed. Fast forward ONE YEAR. He is a changed little boy, he’s happy, fun to be around, NOT explosive. He plays with the other grandkids well. We took him to a movie the other day, he sat through the entire show, quietly. The changes come slow and there are set backs as with everything we strive for in life, but He doesn’t have to ask «Why can’t I be good Like other kids», anymore. I can not thank Dr. Elmer enough. He evaluates each child for the special needs, they aren’t put in a box and expected to conform, he conforms to their individual needs. I couldn’t be more satisfied. And have recommended him to two friends of mine with grandchildren that need help and their parents are at the end of their ropes. THANK YOU
