Accelerated Rehabilitation & Pain Center

(See update) so far… awful. If it’s common to take 2.5 hours to get to your appointment; you don’t understand how appointments work. If I specify a specific PA/​Dr. when the appointment is made and you don’t tell me that he has moved on until taking my co-​pay and 2.5 hours later that’s some sheisty customer service. Update: ok… better. really thorough if you are. Open and versed in many treatment options.

I’ve known Dr Moon for over 20 years. He has kept me out from under the knife by being cutting edge and listening to my concerns. Waiting ?yes…But the other 4 Drs I go to also have long wait times, when they are rushed into surgery. Difficult case or more then pushing a pill, it takes time. The same people out there complaining are the same ones that will complain if they do not spend time. Was he arrested? Yes. WHY ?because a rookie cop saw the weapon that he legally has and noticed his GF to cover it on the news. License suspended? Yes…who did that hurt? The patients he cares for both in Nv AND OK… How many of you whinners work in 2 states?14 hours a day ?6 days a week? Helping people with pain and withdrawal? The staff, for the most part has stuck by Dr. Moon through out the drama created by an untrained cop so he must treat them well also .he gets to work at 8 and works until 9 or 10… PM …ShOW ME… SHOW ME the hours you work… Regarding LINDA and prescriptions being wrong??? The pharmacists fill the scripts… REFILLS???THE DEA dictates the rules… Read the newspaper instead of the comics only… I would bet the ones out there complaining are the ones only worried about a script. Those of us in REAL pain, we wait and know we are going to wait… Governor Perry was arrested too, IF YOU believe he did something wrong, then you might need a different kind of DR.

Save yourself and go somewhere else. They over bill and make you wait for hours to be seen. Every physicians assistant they have had has quit. Makes you wonder why. I have yet to find anyone in that office who actually cares about the patients. Horrible place.

NEVER EVER trust an outfit with «Accelerated» in the name, yet your average wait time for a doctor is THREE HOURS, (or in my case, FOUR). Was going to dispute the charge for my co-​pay, but decided it wasn’t even worth it. Want better, more prompt service? Look elsewhere.

The staff and the doctors are great. Our family stays healthy and happy with their services.
Very friendly and professional.
