I’m a happy customer because Mark fixed my 5yr old LG gas dryer and the customer service was excellent. Mark, the main repair man/owner and Melissa, wife and owner, were a delight to work with. They are attentive, efficient, diligent and friendly. Here’s the scenario… My wife and I discovered smelling natural gas when using our LG dryer. I first called the LG support line and they documented my problem and referred me to Absolutely Elite Appliance. I called Monday Dec 7th and got an appointment for Tuesday 8th. Met Mark who tested the dryer and was very knowledgeable and good at explaining what was going on. He then explained the estimated cost for parts and labor which was except able to me. My problem wasn’t a common problem so he had to order a new valve and said that it would take a couple of days. I paid for the initial bill which included the ordered part and trip cost(which I think is fair). By the way, he takes credit and cash. Then he says«see you in a couple of days». Fast forward to Dec 10 I called and left a voicemail asking about the progress of the ordered part. Melissa contacted me right away and reassured me that they expected the part that evening and would schedule an appointment for Dec 11 to install and repair. She even made sure that she had the number to one of our cell phones and our land line so that she could both text and call when things were ready to go. That’s exactly what she did that evening! And she always calls 30min before Mark arrives at the house and she called and texted Dec 11th. Mark shows up at the appointed time… repaired and tested the dryer and now we are back to normal! Melissa was always polite and professional over the phone. Just a note, you will always get the voicemail when you call them but don’t be dismayed! Just leave a message and Melissa will get back to you. Mark was friendly and professional too! He introduced himself and did not hesitate to give a good handshake. I offered him water, coffee and something to eat during both of his visits but he politely refused. The time from when he diagnosed the problem to when the dryer got repaired was very satisfactory in my opinion. As for the cost, it’s going to cost you some money to get an appliance fixed. it’s like fixing your car. Unless you know how to do it yourself, but since you’re reading this, I’m going to assume you don’t know how or don’t have the means to do it yourself. Anyways… I recommend this company if you need any major appliance fixed. See the photo I posted of his work truck and you’ll find the NV Business license# and Phone# as well as some brands they work on. Hope this helps.
