I was having computer issues for a while and when I called to schedule an appointment they were able to come when I needed them. We had them come over to fix one problem and they ended up fixing all the problems I had. They took their time and made sure that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend.

Peter knows what he’s doing! I called in a panic, and he arrived at my house 3 hours later — on time! He fixed our computer problems immediately with no messing around. He is our go-​to computer fix-​it guy from now on.

I said, This is an emergency, I have 4 projects that I must finish this weekend, my computer crashed and I must have the computer tonight, Friday. He told me, $ 120, one price package, nothing extra. I brought my computer to his house and after only a half hour-​45 minutes, he said it could not be fixed. I drove to the store, bought a new compute which I brought to his home. I asked, since you can’t fix the computer is there any charge? (In the past, other technicians have not charged.) He said that– I have to pay $ 120 plus $ 80 for transferring everything to the new computer-​$ 200 total. I was stuck, the two computers were at his home. HE BEGAN TRANSFERING AND COMPLAINING, the transfer was hard, he was mad and DIDN’T WANT TO SPEND TIME WATCHING IT. As though that was my fault. I asked what time I should come tonight for the computer. He said he would call me, then he BECAME INDIGNANT, and said, HE HAS A LIFE, HE CLOSES AT 6 PM. He should have told me instead of taking an emergency job. I waited that night and finally called him but there was no answer. The next day, Saturday he called me at 9 am and said the computer transfer will be ready but he didn’t know when today. Suddenly, he called at 11:30 am and said, THE TRANSFER IS FINISHED, I HAVE TO BE AT HIS HOUSE IN A HALF HOUR OR I WOULDNOT BE ABLE TO HAVE MY COMPUTER BECAUSE HE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I asked, won’t your daughter or wife be at the house? He said, no. I live an hour from his house and was upset driving worrying that his house would be closed when I arrived. He, his wife and daughter were there when I arrived. AT NO TIME FRIDAY OR SATURDAY AT 9 AM DID HE SAY ANYTHING ABOUT COMING IMMEDIATELY. When I was leaving, he said I should write a review in Unilocal.I was amazed, he didn’t realize how rude he had been acting, accepting a job then continually complaining about it.

Pete saved my life! lol My computer was tampered by a bogus web company late Friday night. I am an online student and just saved one of a thousand papers I have on my computer. Afterwards, while surfing the web I mistakenly opened a video that suddenly attacked my computer. I was so worried I lost my schoolwork and other papers I completed of the past 3 years. I happened to run across this company on Unilocal Sat morning and Pete was able to come to my job and solve my computer problems within a matter of just over 1 hour. His serve is very professional, dependable, and affordable. I am a believer in his service and will be forever grateful!

Pete and his wife are more than friendly, they are professional, punctual and willing to assist at any cost. I used their service for my business internet issue and couldn’t have been more satisfied. This is a family run business out of their house. Jen really seems to know her computers. She did a great job removing the virus from my laptop. My computer is so much faster now. I purchased a recommended anti virus program and it doesn’t slow down web browsing like others do.
They are friendly and I definitely would recommend them.

Honest repair… WHAAAAT Yes there are still people out there that want to make and honest buck. After explaining the problem with my computer, I was told to invest the estimated cost of repair on a new computer. In other words, the cost of the repair would rival the cost of a newer computer. Not only that, he said that even if he did the repair that still might not solve the problem. I could handle the truth. Thanks! I would recommend ABCD Computers over and over again.

Thank you for fixing my computer taking out the viruses that where in my computer and cleaning my computer. I had good customer service and the price was good better than FE which they charge way more also FE takes forever sometimes on getting things done. Abcd computers they will let you know when it will be done. That’s why I come to Abcd computers.

Took my seven year old laptop to ABCD (family business) on Tuesday and got it back the next afternoon.
My laptop’s touchpad didn’t work and my wifi wouldn’t connect. Pete, the owner, said he’ll do a full cleanup and go from there. He called right after I dropped it off and suggest resetting it to factory settings so the computer would be essentially brand new. I said go for it. When I picked up my laptop, his daughter was installing all updates and said there were a couple of virus that she removed while finalizing the cleanup/​updates. I tried my laptop when she was done and it works perfect.
Very nice family. Will be my go to computer guy!

If it happened to me it could happen to you ! ! Not claiming to be a computer genius but I remember the dos prompt as the only way to get anything done. I was just trying to help the animals when I clicked on a link… BAD move. Things went from bad to worse in a hurry. No fear, ABCD Computers to the rescue. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced, ABCD took on the challenge and I’m good as new. Will use them again in a heartbeat, though I certainly hope I never see them again ;~)
