Dr Earl is fantastic!!! He lets me know what is going on and his assistant is always making sure that I’m ok.

This company is absolutely terrible! I wouldn’t even bring my dog here for dental work! There is a female dentist they now have working there with her name by the name of dr. Cohen who has had her dental license stripped in California and in Las Vegas through our research when my wife started having problems with her dental work we had done at Abby Dental! When we asked their office about this dr. Cohen they said it’s all lies and she is a good dentist! But she was stripped of her license for doing false dental work and malpractice on elderly people! 3 weeks after my wife had dental work done by dr. Cohen she is still having pain in her tooth and sensitivity on a tooth that she had a root canal done on! My wife has also set new appointment to get that tooth examined and also schedule her cleaning and whitening but they asked her for money up front before they done any work and she got to her first appointment only to be told their exam machine was down so she would have to reschedule! She went back on her next appointment date a week later and sat in the lobby for two and a half hours and still had not been seen! So my wife left their office and went back to work! This place is terrible stay far far away! I also had work there about 8 or 9 years ago and it had veneers done and a year or two after my veneers work done my veneers were coming loose and they told me that it was normal! I think it’s a bunch of BS

The first time I came here I did have a minor bump in the road, but Shay the manager reached out to me immediately and rectified everything.
Upon my second visit, I had X-​rays taken and met with the dentist who gave me a realistic opinion on what could be done for my teeth. Everyone was friendly and seemed eager to help. The woman who did my financing (I wish I could remember her name!) was awesome and super friendly I really enjoyed sitting with her and I didn’t feel pressured by her at all. Once I was approved, she asked if I wanted to start my treatment today, and I did, and she walked me right over to get my new teeth! I love that they ere able to get me in same day and that my permanent teeth will be ready in just two weeks. The pricing is very fair as well!
I had Dr. mohlman who was fantastic, as well as Steven assisting him. Darcy made my temporary teeth and she was awesome as well. Everyone I met was friendly and provided awesome customer service. The girls behind the reception desk are super nice too.
All in all, I wouldn’t let one bad egg deter you from going here. I’m already in love with my temporary teeth and I know my permanent ones are going to look even better! If you work with the right people at Abbey, you’re sure to be happy, and I’m pretty sure most of the staff is fantastic. My boyfriend went here as well and his teeth look amazing. Definitely recommend.

Worse than going to a car dealership. I took my wife in there only for a consultation and they did that but instead of really focusing on what needed to be done they were only concerned with getting us to sign up for surgery. They kept on telling us about their payment plans and other financing options. They said she had an infection but did they offer to write a prescription for an antibiotic? Of course not. Odd since a dentist IS a doctor. Even after we said we were just there for a consultation the dentist want and got her «manager» who came in and asked us if we were told about the different financing options. We felt very pressured to commit to using them and left. As we left we said bye and the manager just said «see ya». Basically after we refused to sign up then and there we became of no use to them.

Horrible. Long time patient, I discovered with no advance notice that they now require payment up front and then your insurance can reimburse you. Who can afford that? This is an assembly line, unorganized practice which cares zip about the patient as a human being. Hygienists are never constant, always quitting, always someone new. And their new jingle sucks too. :) Stay away.

Very unorganized overly crowded dentist messed up on foxing one tooth had to extract it pull two other crowns out to make a bridge charged my insurance for the first crown that was never used didn’t look at exrays to find his mistake til week later inflammation and infection then rebilled my insurance for the second procedure to doc his mistake maxed out my yearly dental insurance in one mth. They continued to send me back to the accountant because they cant remember how much i owe i will not be coming back after they put the bridge on ice heard so many bad things about this place and have experienced them first hand

Abbey dental is so overly busy and unorganized. I had a really bad experience there and I would never go back.
After my exam with the dentist I waited in the lobby to get my cleaning. After 45 minutes I found out I waited 45 minutes to get checked out. I waited to get called into the office for a lady to ask if I wanted to schedule my wisdom tooth surgery that took all of 1 minute.
I felt really disrespected with my time.
The dentist could have just let me know that if I wasn’t interested in scheduling then to call them for a cleaning.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt with how busy it was when I signed in. The place is pretty high tech. The woman who took my x rays was nice.
I won’t be scheduling my cleaning with them or any other future procedures.

I have TWO insurance providers. My primary insurance has a deductible of $ 50. They quoted me $ 200 for an extraction and blamed the deductible. The dentist was nice but the coordinator acted like I had ruined her day when I told her I needed to have an extraction first before committing to anything else. The last quote I got with only one insurance was $ 36 for the same tooth, something is shady. Watch your pocket. I have to add that I went to a different dentist and my insurances together are covering all of my major work. Even if this place isn’t in my network, they should’ve told me instead of blaming my deductible. If I had returned I’d be unnecessarily out of a lot of money.

Horrible!!! I took my mom (81yrs old) on 2÷22÷16 because she broke a tooth. It was like a cattle call. We waited an hour to see the dentist and then waited almost another hour for a treatment coordinator. I had to leave to get my daughter from school and left my name and number for someone to call me back. Well today is 2÷25÷16 at almost 4pm and they just now called back. How pathetic is that? NEVER AGAIN!!!

I love this place. Honest trustworthy dental office. Been here multiple times and the one time I had an issue they went above and beyond to make it right. The one issue I did have with them wasn’t even the dentist office’s fault. The flipper tooth that they were having made for me kept coming back from the lab just a little bit off. Because of the inconvenience I had to go through they went above and beyond to do more than needed to make me happy. Deb (treatment advisor) is an absolute sweet heart and she took fantastic care of me to assure I was happy. That woman is truly amazing and you can tell the second you meet her that she genuinely cares about you and your dental care. That’s so hard to find these days when most places I’ve been treat like an object on a conveyor belt. Shay was also a big help and the whole staff up front are very friendly. I’ll be back for sure

The place was pack with patients hardly a place to sit down yet the staff moved quickly calling patients. After getting my partial I looked great I move from Cali and threw my partial down the toliet an I still owe CAMINO Dental $ 300.00. But good news even thoug I’m in debt with my new partial they look like real teeth. Camino Dental in Caili still making partials that look like your gramma wore in the 50 years ago.
When I went in for my partial fiting I nearly fell out
of my chair the teeth look so good. I no longer have a partial that look like it was make 50 year witn the little bity teeth. NOW I CAN SMILE AGAIN.

After leaving Abbey Dental on 01÷27÷16 refusing to refund the money from the partial, later that same evening we did a review on Unilocal.We also filled out a complaint to the NV Dental Board & sent it thru email but it would not go thru so we were going to call the next morning to get the correct email address. The next day my wife received a voicemail from Abbey Dental from Jamee & also an email. My wife called the NV Board to get the email address but decided to wait to send the complaint until after we called Jamee back to see what she wanted. When I got home from work we called her & recorded the phone conversation. She told us she was contacted by Unilocal on the bad review & that’s why she was contacting us. She apologized for our problem going as far as it did & agreed to refund the money we paid towards the partial of $ 409. She asked for my debit card no so she could quickly refund our money. She was even going to see if she could refund the insurance payment that was made to them of $ 447 to us. She said she would call us back tomorrow after she looked into it. Jamee called us back & said she is not able to refund the insurance money to us but would be refunding us $ 409.10. She said corp wanted bobby to sign a document & she was going to see about emailing it to me. My wife contacted her after some time had past telling her she didn’t receive anything yet. She than respond that bobby would have to go to Abbey Dental to sign & have it notarized by them & giving him a check now instead. I asked her to please email it so we could see what it said ahead of time, to save time to be able to get right in & out because we didn’t want to deal with them. My wife wanted to read the document before I signed anything. She would not email the document. So now my wife has to drive over in a separate car. I am glad my wife was with me because it turned out what we agreed
to sign was not at all what was in the document. I will attach that as well. I agreed not to
file a complaint at the NV Dental Board. I agreed to update my complaint at the BBB that
they refunded the money, not delete it. & I agreed to update my review with Unilocal that I received a refund in the end, not delete it. And to include my account was paid in full. They agreed to fix their document. This took one hour, of them being on the phone with corp & the owner. After one hour we told the receptionist to go get Stephanie that was helping us, that we were leaving & going to report them after all & contact the news stations. So here I am.
Consumer’s Original Complaint :
My wife was scheduled for teeth cleaning & whitening. When she arrived they didn’t have appt for my cleaning & the person that does it had already left & the whitening didn’t work at all.
On 10÷28÷14 I was scheduled for cleaning & whitening. When I arrived they didn’t have my appt for cleaning & the person had already left. Also some random lady did the whitening because the regular person had left as well. During the whitening she made a comment that she forgot to put the lip lotion on so my lips didn’t burn & dry out & she laughed about it which concerned me that she didn’t know what she was doing. I had to pay 1^st before having my teeth whitened, otherwise I would not have paid for the service because my teeth did not whiten at all! I had called re this when I have called for my husbands issues/​complaints & got no where. I was put into a manager’s voice mail for complaints that the recording says they will call you back within 24 hrs & that didn’t happen so now here I am. It is complete false advertising for the whitening that does not work. My husband did it with me & nothing happened either.
Consumer’s Desired Resolution:
I would like a refund of $ 89 for what I paid for the service.
Finally Abbey Dental contacted me because I put a complaint in at the BBB which in turn contacts the business & they have so many days to respond. Abbey Dental offered me another whitening for free stating they had gotten a new product in. I said no I don’t want to drive clear across town again, I want a refund. In the end, they did a refund… STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! i would love to hear about other complaints re Abbey Dental so contact me thru here.

Excellent administrative support which makes the office run smoothly. I was in a lot of pain and Dr. Steven Morris was sympathetic and prescribed really effective medicine to get me through my pain until the antibiotics kicked in. Now just waiting for my insurance to approve the procedure which I was assured would actually happen (medicaid). Their confidence gives me faith that they know how to get things approved and it will just be a matter of time. Busy office, but worth the wait. Plus they have free pretzels and filtered water in the waiting room. Highly recommend and was thoroughly impressed and comfortable with Abbey Dental. They are successful for a good reason!

I seriously have no idea where all these bad reviews were from. My review is based on 2 appointments.
My first appointment was a FREE second opinion after seeing another dentist in town and receiving a quote for a extraction and bridge on a very infected tooth. Also a few fillings.
Was quoted over 3000.00 at the other office and paid 1000.00 at Abbey dental.
My first appointment ran about 30 minutes after my scheduled time which should be expected in such a busy office. To save 2000.00 I would have waited all day. It consisted of X-​rays and a 3D scan. The dentist I spoke to explained everything and told me what I needed to get done right away and what could wait. I than sat with a treatment coordinator who went over the financial aspect of things and scheduled my appointment.
My second appointment was for an Extraction, temporary bridge and filling with Dr CROW. After arriving 20 minutes early to pay my remaining balance and check in. My appointment was scheduled at 3pm I was in the room around 3:15. He went over everything in an extremely professional manner and told me exactly what to expect.
He numbed me up real good. Took care of the filling around 10 minutes. Prepped my other teeth for the temporary bridge. About 20 minutes each tooth.
Extracted my extremely infected tooth in around 5 minutes. After receiving the temporary bridge. And scheduling my appointment to get the real bridge put in.
I was out of the chair in around an hour and a half.
I absolutely hate going to the dentist. However I would come back to see Dr CROW any day. Thank you again Abby dental for saving me thousands of dollars.

I’ve been coming here since I was a child and my most recent visit consisted of a root canal. Let me start by saying that at the front desk, Astela seems to be the only one who knows what she is doing. She’s very personable and greets everyone with a smile. The majority of the rest of the reception staff seem to be grumpy and have the biggest scowls. Next: the financing for my root canal was simple and I was able to get it done the same day– thank god! Dr. Valladares is the best. His bed side manner is amazing. I hate going to the dentist with a passion but he made me feel very comfortable. The first dental assistant, Razz, is also very good. When I went back the second time to get the temporary crowns off and the permanents on, I can’t say that my visit was amazing. Dr. V was great as usual, but the assistant he had that day didn’t know what was going on. She told me that I could come back in three weeks to get the permanents on. I told her that’s what she just put on. She apologized and double checked with the doctor to make sure that was correct. I’d feel much more comfortable knowing that the assistant could tell the difference between porcelain and acrylic.
I’m back in the office today because one of my permanent crowns has fallen off: I’m not happy about it. At all. But the office was very good about getting me in to get it fixed right away: hopefully this time we can keep it on there.

Was very pleased with my visit. I was a little worried when I first got there because I had another appointment scheduled and wasn’t sure if I would make it on time. The girl who worked with me (I think her name was Patty) was so patient. I appreciated the fact that she explained eveything to me step by step because it was my first time getting this procedure done and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Everything went just as she said it would. The best part was that I was out of there much quicker than I thought, even had time to stop at Target before my next appointment. Quick and courteous service!!!

I keep seeing all these bad reviews and after both visits I’ve had recently I can honestly say I don’t understand how anyone could be dissatisfied with the service. Sherry is just amazing and Dr. Drake took good care to make me feel comfortable and reassure me that everything would be okay. I’ve had three teeth removed in the past month and they helped me secure a credit line to help pay for it. Now they have a whole plan for how they are going to help the rest of my teeth that need work. I’ve never been so happy with a dentists office before. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

I dread writing bad reviews, must be because I am an optimist for the most part which must also be why I gave them a second chance.
There are just too many things that went wrong with BOTH my visits. I am not sure what the problem is at Abby Dental but there is definitely lack of communication between employees and patients, which is rough in the dental industry. YOUR WORKING WITH PEOPLE’S MOUTHS and money when someone like myself is paying completely out of pocket for stuff.
I am not a complainer and I am very easy going but I am also terrified of visits to the dentist, as are many other people, so I guess communication and compassion is a must for me and they don’t really have either. We could start with the fact that they don’t supply their employees with sunglasses to give to patients to block the bright lights shining in your eyes as they work on you (seriously she told me she buys them all the time herself and people accidentally walk away with them.). OR the fact that they never mentioned I would need someone to sit through my 3 hour surgery in order to take this $ 100 blue pill to help me relax, as I wasn’t stressed out enough about having my first root-​canal/​crown. OR how about the horrible experience I had for a cleaning; after the lady told me several times how messed up my teeth were and that I should be numbed for the type of cleaning she was doing I seriously got into an argument with her and almost left… I can’t even. I don’t have perfect teeth but they are not bad, I take care of them more than most patients I am sure she has seen.
This place knows they have issues, and are trying to make things run smoother. I was not gonna give them a second chance but when they called explaining they were trying to make things right and offered me a free teeth whitening to come back in, I decided I would give them a second try. I did book another root-​canal but after the cleaning experience, I canceled because honestly I’m just scared things will go wrong and stress me all out.
In their defense I am pretty sure they are very affordable in comparison to other places which causes them to put up with a lot of interesting people and such; I am just not sure the stressful chaos during a visit is worth the savings for me.
I actually hope Abby Dental gets it together, I do like the facility, location, and some of the staff; I want to like the place but I just can’t (yet).

Got more work done here since rhey did such a great job last time. This time around i had 3 root canals and 3 more crowns put in. So all together abbey dental put in 9 crowns. They do amazing work. This company completely saved my smile and now i can drink the coldest water available without my teeth being sensitive or hurting. I highly recommend this place. Their prices are very reasonable considering i had no insurance. And better yet. the manager offered me a free lazer whitening because of all the work i had done. I took my wife there and made a same day appt. to get 2 extractions and a bridge. Very fast, efficient, and the staff are very nice and accommodating. Thanks again Abbey.

Their service is horrible. I have been here 4 times and my wait time AFTER my appointment is always 45 mins or more. One time the front desk lost my appointment and told me my appointment was for the next day and it wasn’t. Luckily I had my appointment card to prove them wrong but I still ended up waiting for 2 hours just for them to tell me the doctor wasn’t even in!
If you have the time to waste I suggest you come to Abbey Dental.
