Aargon Collection Agency

My brother who has zero derogatory or late strikes on his credit report was placed for collection by AARGON. He contacted them twice provide information on what this debt was, what was the amount, when was it established?, how was it established etc. he was disputing the validity and needed for this information. They never sent requested information a month later they reported to his credit bureau without ever complying with federal law that requires collection agency to provide validation of a debt when it’s disputed.
Be careful with this company. We are working with Bbb to resolve this and will pursuit additional avenues as this is wrong 8 years working to establish spotless credit and this company blemishes it and refuses to comply with proof of what is being collected.
