Hi, my name is Will. I grew up in Dayton, Ohio where I made alot of pizzas to get through college but ended up a debt collector. I moved to Las Vegas many years ago because my parents decided to retire here. I continued as a debt collector for several more years until the job boredom became overwhelming. That’s when I decided to turn my passion for cars, into a career by accepting a position as manager of a local repair shop. The slumping economy forced the owner out of business so I opened my own repair shop.

My car started overheating so I called around to a few different places. Not only was William the quickest to get back to me but the price was much less expensive. It has been a few weeks now and my car is still doing great! He even gave me a ride home and stayed late to make sure the work was done. Thanks a lot guys, I’m very grateful.

A2 did my synthetic oil change and also changed my brake pads and machined (?) my brake rotors (not sure if I’m calling parts by their correct names) for much cheaper than another auto shop quoted me. I feel like they’re honest, fairly priced, and respectful, which is important to me as a female. They were also really nice customer service-​wise. A good auto shop is hard to find, & I’m so glad I found these guys!
When shopping for quotes, I definitely recommend you give them a call!

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I took my car here a while back (maybe a few years ago) but I am still livid about what they did to me so I am going to write a review. My car was leaking freon. I came in and they told me i needed to replace the radiator. Around $ 400plus to replace. So we did. Couple days (less than a week) later we noticed it was still leaking. Called the owner and owner said to bring it and they’ll fix it no charge. Went in maybe a week and a half later since I finally had a day off and owner is on vacation. Mechanics don’t know anything about us coming in. Mechanics then do a pressure test and a white guy with glasses (forgot his name) explains to me that it is now my water pump that it is leaking. He said now that you replaced the radiator there is better flow now causing the water pump to leak. It was leaking in the same spot even after we replaced the radiator. So I do not think it was the radiator that was leaking. It must have been the water pump all along. They do not know how to diagnose properly. We had to spend another couple hundred to fix the water pump because I didnt want to run the risk of overheating my car. Since owner was on foreign country vacation there was no way to get a hold of him. Owner didn’t communicate to his staff of our situation. Owner never called me back and I ended up paying out of pocket for the water pump which the owner said he would fix free of charge when we came back.
So basically we paid to get the leak fixed and it wasnt fixed then went back and they said that leak is something else so we have to pay again. Owner didnt live up to his word. Writing a review couple years later. Still mad about it even though I dont have that car anymore.
Stay away from here!!!

This was that rare find — an honest mechanic. I have complete confidence in the work performed and the price was very reasonable. I looked online to comparison shop and the price was on the low end. Will was very friendly and accommodating, making sure I had a ride both ways. I will definitely use this shop in the future.

Update: I’ve used A2 a couple of times for small issues and have been treated well. Both times it was «no charge». Today I had a tune up and troubleshooting on my F150. Will scheduled me the next morning and had it done that day. When I came in to get my pickup, he showed me a video of the diagnostics both before and after. I felt in control and informed. Well done. This shop is now my go-​to shop. I’ve been treated more than fair every time.

5 Star all the way. I needed brakes for my Toyota Corolla, and just assumed that I would get both front and back done. I asked them to do front and back, and they said «let us check the back, you made not need it.» Sure enough, the rear brakes were still good, and I only paid for them to replace the front. The price was very reasonable, and the service was done in just a couple of hours (I was a walk in on the weekend by the way)
Will is a very honest guy, and really down to earth. You can’t go wrong taking your car into this place.

Best mechanic I’ve been too thus far, prices are fair and honest. I’m writing this review in the shop right now. Will comes out and tells an older lady exactly what’s wrong with her car, but to her he’d might as well be speaking Spanish because not a word of what he was saying was getting across to her. So he takes her in the back and explains the parts and what it does and why it needs to be replaced, it’s a days work and she doesn’t have a ride so he offers to take her home… What more of an first impression do you need?

I needed my AC checked because it was only blowing hot air, so I called A2 Auto and spoke with Will and he told me to bring my jeep over and they will do a diagnostic test to see what’s going on. Found the problem and after all that was said and done, he should have at least charge me $ 80 but he didn’t. Will, I will be hitting you up in a couple of weeks, so we can get my AC work done! I will definitely continue to go here to work done and I will also highly recommend this place to others. Thanks Will!

My alternator went out in my Lexus and I got several quotes and the prices were absolutely ridiculous. Lexus dealership quoted me 1500.00 and I decided to go with A2 and it saved me 800.00. Will referred me to a towing company and charged 55.00 flat which was the cheapest tow quote too! Very happy with the work they did. He was honest and got the job done quick. Highly recommend Will at A2 he was great!

Took my car in for what I thought was a wheel bearing issue. Will called me after doing several tests and told me it’s not the wheel bearing and believes it’s the tires and didn’t want to change a part that looked good with no signs of damage. Very honest and great customer service!

I used them because they are honest. One time I went to Purfect Auto for smog check because it was only $ 9.99. At the end they suggested i needed $ 550 worth of work for my car. I went to A2 Auto Repair to have them check it out and get a second opinion. They told me that I didn’t need anything to be done. Thank God I had them check it out for me.
Thank God there are still good guys out there not trying to hustle ladies when bringing their car in for service and not trying to up-​sell me on more services and products.

Will is one of the nicest, most sincere person I have ever dealt with in my entire life when it comes to auto shops. My car had all sorts of things wrong with it. He explained what was wrong with it, other possible problems, and gave me the different options I had with it.
No doubt, I have a new auto shop to go to for the rest of my life and I would refer anyone to this location!

Straight as an arrow. Honest mechanic, prices, and work. Went in to get my timing belt done and got my timing belt done. Had best price and showed me the old parts that were replaced. Also replaced my old seatbelts that werent working. This is how mechanics are suppose to be. Not the ones that dont give damn about your car.

Great mechanic!!! I was sent to Will through a buddy of mine at work for an alternator swap. After being quoted an unreasonable amount and not only nervous about letting anyone touch my car (has over 200,000 miles) Will did the job for half the price I was quoted and even had my car ready the same day!!! Will is an honest guy who will stand by his work and even offer small services at small cost. This is my family’s first stop mechanic! I highly recommend this shop to anyone I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
