When I started A Reliable Pest Control, I wanted people to know you could count on me to be there when you needed me.

I have built my business on that simple rule. «Be there». Today I have employees who believe in that same simple rule. «Be there». They care about their customers as much as I do and still do continually go out of their way to take care of them. A Reliable Pest Control is here for you and will never forget that, without you, there is no A Reliable Pest Control.

I also believe in only using the best possible product that our industry has to offer. From Termidor for ants, Cyonara sc for scorpions, Suspend sc for interior use, and many other great product. Great product make for great results. As new products come on the market, ARPC will field test and make changes based on those test. ARPC is always looking to upgrade and improve the products and techniques used in our industry.

Born in Las Vegas in 1967. Graduated from Rancho High School, where I met the love of my life. We got married right away and have 3 beautiful children.

I have spent over 21 years in the pest control industry. Throughout this time, I have accomplished and experienced anything and everything there is to do with pest control. I continue and proudly work in the field with my employees. I pride myself with my «Hands on» approach with my customers and I dearly value my customers. I personally guarantee each service.

I can’t recommend A Reliable Pest Control enough: as obvious as it sounds, they really are reliable. They send plenty of reminders that they’ll be showing up, they always come at the same time every month, they are always super efficient and professional, and they do a really great job keeping the critters away. This was my first year living in the desert, and I was NOT prepared for all the bugs that would work their way into my house throughout the hot and cold months. They’re always super accommodating when I ask them to come in and do a quick spray in the interior of the house, and they usually do a speedy spray around the exterior of my house even before they ring my doorbell. Their techs are also super informative and really know their stuff. I had some cobwebs around some of my patio furniture outside, and one of their techs was able to tell me exactly what kind of spider left them (this was before they sprayed, I haven’t had any issues since)! I really cannot recommend them enough!

My 1st service and my 1st review. ARPC was outstanding right out of the gate! A very thorough spray of the outside area, walls and even the wood pile. Bugs starting packing up and leaving right away! My technician was very cool and informative. So happy ARPC was recommended to me!

A Reliable Pest Control is the most reliable pest control in the city. Dan is the owner and he is always very nice and accommodating. All of the staff at A Reliable are always very helpful and eager to work with your schedule. They send out three appointment reminders which is always helpful for people with busy schedules.
Steve and Brandon have both been to my house to spray and they have always been very courteous, prompt and professional and I haven’t seen any critters around since they started spraying my place last year.
I would recommend A Reliable to anyone who needs a good pest control company!

Had several pigeons moving in to the eves of our home making a complete mess. Talked to Dan (owner) and although they could not schedule us for one week due to his pigeon removal guy having a family emergency and therefore out of town, when he did come the service was excellent and a quality job was done. He installed a cage to prevent future nesting and took his time in explaining everything he was going to do. We weren’t certain we would need spikes placed, but he
(I think his name was Jeremy, forgive me if I’m incorrect on that) said to wait and see what happens before spending the extra dime for the spikes. Well, we are so glad we took his advice as it has been several weeks now and we have no pigeons, so ARPC saved us money and did a great job too! Thanks guys! We’ll definitely use you again and I’ve even referred you to a friend.

Reliable? Called over two weeks ago to set up an appointment, some rude girl answers and says they aren’t open because I called on a Saturday during non business hours. But she answers it as if they are open then gives me attitude because I didn’t know. I said I had a terrible bug problem that needs to be fixed immediately and i said I saw you guys had good reviews on Unilocal.she took my number down and said first thing Monday morning I will receive a phone call. Got no call. Tried to call back then there was no answer on Monday morning and I left a message. I did A LOT of research for a bee infestation that was taking hold of a sign outside of the business I work for. I am extremely critical about any type of service I hire for anything and have no problem paying any type of money to receive the best they can provide.
A Reliable Pest Control is just that; Reliable. The bee infestation was taken care of in a timely manner and at a reasonable price, arrived and left at the times given.
This is the first time I’ve ran into a pest problem but in the event of it happening again, A Reliable will be the first that I will call.

Great experience with this company, highly recommended. Did online research, called a few top service providers, saw the best deal here. Spoke to Dan (owner) on Thursday, very professional, knowledgeable, fair and friendly, gave me a great deal for my home and office. Sent Steve out the very next day to take care of me, did a great job, went beyond what was expected, 5 STARS!!!

I highly recommend A Reliable Pest Control. Scorpions had been outside and I called them to rid the nasty critters. Austin came and sprayed inside and out. He was totally thorough and sprayed every nook and cranny. I would highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with A Reliable Pest Control. They were able to come out the same day I requested service. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Technician said that I would see dead bugs for a couple of days which I did. Prior to them coming I would see a live bug now and then. I did see some dead bugs for a couple of days but since then there have been NO bugs dead or alive.

I’ve been using these guys for about a year now. They are always reliable and my tech, Brandon, is great. He’s reliable, knowledgeable, and calls before the appt to remind me. This is not my first pest control company I’ve had to deal with but I stuck with these guys because their prices are affordable and they are courteous and don’t make you sign a contract.

Words cannot express enough how happy I am with, A Reliable Pest Control.
I had a really big scorpion problem and I was desperate for someone to come out immediately. I called ARPC and they were able to squeeze me in same day, since then I have not seen one scorpion in or around my house! Thank you Jesse!
The technician Jesse, is very professional in attitude and demeanor (clean cut) so happy he serves my account.
The BEST part is they are super cheap in comparison to their competitors, I called around and was quoted hundreds of dollars for the same service I get from A Reliable Pest Control for a fraction of the cost.

I am so happy with A Reliable Pest Control! We had been using another company for six months and have not been able to rid our home and yard of cockroaches!!! I know it’s Las Vegas and roaches love it here but seriously, I am a neat freak! My yard is always tidy and home very very clean and organized. I read many articles on how to keep roaches away and even took out trash each night, picked up dogfood and ran the dishwasher– I was told by my old company that it’s just the way it is here and treated as if I was over reacting! Then it happened– I stepped on one at 5:00 am– barefoot. That’s when I called several companies to ask questions about roaches, types of chemicals needed to be used and the frequency of how much I should/​should not be seeing them on property. Dan from A Reliable Pest Control was the first person who answered all my questions with respect and told me to let them come out at least one time, no contract and give it a good spray. Try them out. I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!! That’s all it took for me to become a customer. Brandon was the exterminator who showed up and sprayed my property. I have not seen a bug since! He even told me that I should never have problems like the roaches I was seeing. I believe the type of spray they use works and it even does not bother my pets! Such a happy customer!

I used this pest control because of Unilocal and am so happy. I had Steve come in and spray before I moved in but soon found ants he came right back problem solved. I recently found a Scorpion and he was here in a matter of hours. I realize that this is the desert but I have been here 34 years and never seen one. Totally freaked me out, thank you Steve for putting up with me!!!

Unfortunately, I had high hopes for this company. I did lots of research and finally decided on Reliable. Mostly because of Unilocal reviews, etc.
After a mix-​up with telling me I had service in 2 days, and then not showing up, I called to see what was going on and if they could still come out. They said they would see if it was possible and would call me back, and never called me back. I did however receive an apology email shortly after saying they hope I don’t cancel my service with them, but understand if I do.
I was nice and polite to everyone, and had explained that I was seeing spiders in my home after 3 weeks, and needed someone right away (or the next day even), as my kids won’t sleep in their room because I still haven’t found and killed the spiders. They were not able to come out for 3 more days because Henderson is a bit out of the way for them. I am sorry, but this is their job, they knew where I lived to begin with, and I am even willing to pay extra to get someone over here. Oh well, I had to cancel my service and called another company with great reviews (Agent), so we shall see how that goes. Also, I was the second person today that called because of their «system error» emailing us too early for service, followed by a no show. Funny though, I emailed back and asked to have something added to the service, and they responded that it had been added for today’s service.
FYI: The first service went well and everything was fine. The guy who initially treated was nice and thorough. He also said they would come back to spray if it was needed. (it has to be on their time though, not mine apparently) And 3 weeks later, I have seen many different types of bugs in my home! Good thing I didn’t schedule my pigeon service yet. I think this is more a customer service/​not valuing customers issue more than bad service for bugs.

I chose these guys based on Unilocal… another victory for Unilocal!!!:-)
Prior to using A Reliable, I was using another guy, who was super cool but kind of a stoner… and whatever poison he was using wasn’t working, as I still had a mighty roach problem. But after switching to A Reliable, my problem completely went away! Now I have no roaches whatsoever… I’m sure whatever chemical they’re using can’t be good for me, but at least there are no bugs crawling around my kitchen :/​
These guys are realiable, prompt and courteous. They email you a few days in advance to remind you, giving you ample time to reschedule if needed. And it’s only $ 25/​month!
But the best part is… my personal tech, Brandon, is hot as hell! Alas, he usually comes by before I’ve had a chance to get made up and whatnot, but one of these days I’ll open the door naked: «Is that a sprayer in your hand, or are you happy to see me?!»

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my monthly service. Thank goodness they don’t make you sign a contract. The initial treatment seemed to work fine for about 3 weeks. Then as the temperature increased outside, so did the pests. I am giving three stars because of the the service I received from Steve. He was very pleasant and came out to respray two times. Both days were his days off, but I am still seeing pests. I have since signed up with a new company to see if they can live up to my expectations.

Yes, it is real, a small town business in a big city. I am impressed.
After reading a certain co Unilocalers review who I trust I was intrigued by a great review. I did a lot of research and called a lot of companies even with a co Unilocalers review. When I called I spoke to quite a few family members in my time on the phone with them and when they came to my new home. They had beyond reasonable pricing and made me feel extremly comfortable on the phone about the service they provide.
I love a small business and will support them as long as the job is done well and it was. I didn’t have any bugs that I knew of but moving into a new home you want to be safe. I was informed of all the options and I told them what I was interested in and they did it.
The day was busy I met with the him and had to run off to deal with other workers in the move. He went around our unique property without question and came to me in the end with a report of what he found. Being it has been well maintained not much to fill me in on and told me about upkeep again beyond reasonable pricing.
Highly recommend for honest, reasonable and great service…

These guys have done a great job on my property, and honestly, I haven’t seen a single ant or earwig inside since these guys have been around. We used to give our business to Home Team, which were friendly and nice, but very expensive. These guys get the job done and very well.
The first time they came to spray, I saw a HUGE, DEAD, black widow outside by my sidewalk! Thank God they sprayed because Home Team obviously never killed this guy and I’d hate to have him stickin around.
