I had some Zippos and Flasks I purchased for my groomsman gifts. Wayne took care of me and had them done in a weekend. He was very professional and extremely accommodating. I would recommend A Flamingo Glass and Engraving for any engraving needs!

Did an amazing job engraving a custom cutting board for a Christmas present. Another company had cancelled on me so it was a last minute job and they were more than helpful!

Went there to get some glass etched, we were treated like second class people. first the woman who was helping us asked where we bought the Memorial Flag case we had, and spoke rudely about its quality and told us the glass would have to be removed before they could work on it. We left the store and returned a short time later with the glass removed, she then told us the glass was to thin to endure their process, telling us to go to a glass shop to get a thicker piece of glass. before leaving we wanted to know how much they would charge for the etching and we were appalled at the price of $ 1.25 per letter and $ 25.00 for the Army emblem in all we were looking at about $ 75.00 for the work. After departing the store it was clear that this place did not want any customers, was very unhelpful and way overpriced, so I Googled away and found Boulevard Trophy I would not recommend A. Flamingo Glass and Engraving, LLC for anything unless you want to be treated like crap. Boulevard Trophy is a class act business and did the work for only $ 25.00 the staff was friendly and the work was perfectly done in a timely manner. DO NOT GO TO A. Took a brass bottle opener that I got for my husbands graduation. They were able to engrave it and even got it to me early so I could take it with me to his graduation. Very fair prices and great customer service. Very happy with the finished product.

They are amazing. I went in to have a brass plate engraved. Not only did they find a dent in the plate, they contacted me about replacing the plate with one of theirs.

This company is truly amazing. They were friendly and got the work done quickly. I couldnt be happier. I got a knife engraved as a gift and it looks fantastic! Truly deserving of the best possible rating as this is a business that represents all I believe in supporting: family owned and operated; customer service above and beyond the norm IS their norm. Quite honestly, there have been times when they have saved my A$$.
Example: several years back when a different Mayor Goodman reigned over our fair city, a staff member at a former employer was tasked with getting a trophy for the winner of a Charity Police vs Firefighter Basketball Game at UNLV. Well, game day arrived, The Happiest Mayor on Earth threw up the first tip off and I inquired about trophy. Nada. Nothing. The place she’d ordered from was closed on Sat and we were SOL.
Called City PIO & arranged a presentation at Mayor’s Press Conference a few days later and A Flamingo Engraving had the BIGGEST trophy I’ve ever seen ready and engraved in less than 24 hours. Everyone was happy.

At the last minute, I found myself needing a engraved name plate for a casket flag presentation box. Searching through Unilocal! a found A Flamingo Glass & Engraving. In town, close to my house, they came through in a pinch. The owners not only completed my order in less than a day, they opened up at 6:30 AM for me. It was perfect, and I made the presentation on time.

i ended up coming here after a google search and the fact that they were the cheapest engravers in town. i had a few groomsmen gifts done here and i was very impressed by the work they did. also, they even rushed some orders since i was leaving for the wedding! nice little shop in a random area but worth going to if you need engraving. very nice people as well.
