History

Established in 2014.

Located in Las Vegas, the 24 – 7 Automated Storage (formerly known as Full Service Self Storage) facility is the newest in its competitive set with 2007 construction. This property is made of all metal construction with a concrete foundation. In total, there are 132 covered self-​storage units, 10 large covered parking spaces (for RV & Limousine), and 38 uncovered parking spaces. There is also an on-​site management office.

Meet the Manager

Jim J.

Manager

Jim brings more than 15 years of experience in the Real Estate/​Self Storage industry at the executive level. His operations and management experience were gained at Storage USA/​Extra Space Storage, StorageOne and Sentry Self Storage. Mr. Jolley served several roles for these organizations managing nearly 100 properties and leading operations in Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Florida, Texas and California.

Jim has served as a District Manager and Area Marketing Director and has developed a wonderful track record acquiring and managing new properties, hiring and creating strong management property teams, implementing creative marketing concepts and growing revenue and occupancy at self storage properties. He has experience in operations, acquisitions, due diligence, dispositions of properties, auditing and financial asset management.

Mr. Jolley also has fifteen years in food operations and hospitality management working as a Director for resort hotels. He believes the success of any busin
