I called this company to get a quote for garage storage. Someone came out to measure and said he would send the quote over and never did. I realized a month later that we never received the quote (we had just moved so it was not the first thing on my mind). The company said they would send someone out again. It ended up being the same guy (Vincent) and continued to lie to my husband saying that he called me multiple times and I never called him back. Why would I not call you back? I want the storage.
My husband showed him the wall we want cabinets on which has a fridge right in the middle of the wall. He asked multiple times if the fridge was staying, my husband said yes and that it could move a little to the left or right if need be, but needs to stay there.
I was emailed the quote the next day and I emailed him back saying it looked good and to let me know the soonest he could install. A week went by with no response so I called the office. I let her know what had happened and wanted to let her know what kind of people they have working for them. I said that he is not a good representative of their company and has been unresponsive now twice. She said she could put my order into production right away and have it installed. I called back and scheduled them to come out the next Monday.
The installers came out and said that they did not know their was a fridge on the wall and that that was not what Vincent had included in his order. His order was for 12′ continuous cabinets (which leaves no room for the fridge). My husband just about lost it at this point since we had had so many problems with this guy. I called the company and she said that I did not look at the drawing Vincent made. I said the sketch shows 3 double door… how was I supposed to know that the middle double door was not my fridge? My husband had told him multiple times that the fridge was staying so I was not concerned. I should have been.
The woman on the phone (I will add that she was usually pretty pleasant the entire process) said that it would now be an additional $ 75 because there will now be 2 additional finished sides. I said that I would like to talk to the supervisor because I did not feel that I should be charged anything additional at this point with all of the problems we had had.
The next phone call I received was from her a few days later letting me know that the supervisor said that he is refusing to do our job.
Excuse me?! YOU’RE company is the one who kept messing up and you don’t even have the decency to call me to make sure that this gets resolved? Instead you REFUSE to do my job? I am beside myself. How about you do your job and keep your company in business and call me to figure out what the issue is. Or how about talk to Vincent and see what the issue is because he can’t seem to get his shit right.
I kept my calm the entire time and was nothing but polite to the woman on the phone, so for them to turn around and tell me they refuse to do my job was insane to me. I asked her if I could speak to the supervisor and she said that he has my information. AKA he won’t call you. So I tried calling for 4 days straight to speak to the owner, Mario and all of a sudden they never answer their phone. Only explanation I can think of is they are screening my calls.
Unreal. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. It’s really unfortunate it had to go this way.

called this company do build me overhead storage racks. I purchased 2 large 8X4’s and one 4X4. The installer shows up on time which was good. The workmanship was very sub par. I called the company back a few weeks later and Mario who is the owner came out and agreed the racks were bowing and could use some extra supports. He told me to call the shop on Monday to schedule. I did just that and Ernie came out 5 days later to complete the work. Problem is, he was not prepared because he did not have the correct materials. He said he would order the correct materials and it should be repaired a few days later. The next time Ernie was supposed to come out was 1600 a few days later. I called his number only to get another excuse that he would not be there until 2000. That was too late so I resheduled for the next day. The following day, Aaron come out but is 1 hou late. He finally corrects the problem but during the process, I wasted about 2 weeks with broken promises and wasted time.
ON A DIFFERENT AND MORE IMPORTANT NOTE, THIS COMPANY HAS HAD THEIR LICENSE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. ANOTHER WORDS, THEY ARE OPERATING WITHOUT THE PROPER CREDENTIALS. LOOK IT UP AT: WWW​.NVCON​TRAC​TORS​.COM. THEY HAVE SEVERAL VIOLATIONS.

Was looking for a large cabinet for my garage. The came out gave me a quote. I called to set up install and they had the guy come out the next day and build a cabinet for my garage on site. Looks beautiful and had great customer service. The sales person who gave me the quote was a little cheesy stating that I had to give a deposit later if I did not place order today with him (I get it, its apart of sales) and stated I was looking at a old add but would honor the price (still same price in new add), but I know thats all a part of sales. Still looks great!

Company arrived late and workmanship was poor. There were scratches, chips, crooked door, and misaligned cabinets. I called in and wanted my estimator to take a look. He failed to show up on scheduled day and I was advised he was really busy. I advised them i was busy and that I justed wanted cabinets corrected, but I did not want additional installations as previously arranged due to quality. They advised they would simply come and take it all down. I was a little surprised by this response but agreed due to there utter lack of interest. Please keep in mind I was spending 1100 dollars to have these installed. I realized that they had put hundreds of tacs into my garage wall. Still have no idea how this is going to get resolved. If you want cheap cheap cabinets and poor service this is the place. I imagine they will be out of business in the next year or two. They arrived without check and I advised them I wanted refund prior to removal. They came back with check removed cabinets and left holes in the garage wall. Advised they would get some items to repair and would be right back. What a surprise, they never showed back up. I honestly don’t care at this point just want to be done with this company.

Contacted 1^st Choice for a large install… garage floor epoxy, garage cabinets, garage ceiling storage units, custom closets and two custom pantries. Competed and found their price cheaper. (First mistake going low price first). Garage epoxy guy showed up without necessary equipment, my wife had to take him to Home Depot for supplies. He then tried to leave without placing the first coat on the floor. We called in and company made him stay until first coat on. Have to say the floor guy was meticulous but was a sign of things to come. The following week on our scheduled install day, nobody showed until late afternoon. This was after an entire day of phone calls with «we’ll be there is 40 minutes» and «I am the owner and our crews are on the way.» What should have been done timely took multiple days to complete… but completion was short of what was contracted. The garage ceiling racks were not installed because they have been receiving too many complaints on poor material (imagine that). The custom pantries were never installed as they never got the material cut and delivered to the property. Material used is average quality… other companies provide better. Shelving from section to section does not align. Shelves just sit on metal pegs and fall out with the slightest tug. White laminate shelving from the factory cut with a blade that chipped all edges to death. They tried fixing with caulking… as if that will last. We finally got to the point of where we just wanted the company out of our house. This company is struggling. I think they have the full intent on delivering quality services… they just do not know how. Instead you get excuses, late deliveries, and poor workmanship. At least that is what we got.
