I am originally from Jacksonville, Florida and migrated out here while serving in the military at Fort Bliss, Tx. I attended NMSU and graduated with my degree in Biology and was then accepted and a graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. I then obtained my MBA from NMSU after coming back to practice in the great city of Las Cruces. Have been serving the people of Las Cruces for 14 years. I have 8 children and a wonderful wife and look forward to getting to know and serve you through the art of Chiropractic Care.

I injured my bicep and forearm recently and after the muscle relaxers the emergency room prescribed ran out, the pain returned and began radiating to my hand and shoulder. I chose to see a chiropractor rather than a physical therapist, I have never had success with physical therapists treating previous injuries.
My neighbor recommended someone but after reading his reviews on several web sites, I decided to conduct my own search. I am glad I did. I visited this practice last Thursday and am on the road, to recovery. Having never been to a chiropractor before, I didn’t know what to expect. For the first time in 2 weeks, I can say that the acute pain in my arm has decreased. I am returning this coming week and hope that I will be pain free shortly.
I cannot compare Helping Hands Chiropractic to any other practice or practitioner, I can recommend this practice without hesitation.

Every adjustment I have with Dr. Williams provides instant relief. He is kind, gentle and caring with a wonderful bedside manner. Don’t live in pain, fearful of chiropractors! Relief and healing are waiting for you without the chemicals of pain medication. Take it from a 25 year veteran of monthly chiropractic. You only have your health to lose.

I recently went to see Dr. Williams after reading stellar reviews for his work. I haven’t been adjusted in quite some time, but as another medical professional, I appreciated that he listened to me and didn’t do what every other doctor does: the whole «yeah, okay… (insert eye roll)». He’s super friendly, and the other reviewers are correct, he hums and sings to himself as he assess you. It’s pretty funny, and yet he’s super professional.
I really appreciated that he looked beyond just my problem areas and even adjusted my wrists, shoulders and ankles. He’s incredibly thorough, and that’s hard to find. I felt really great after walking out of my appointment and didn’t have nearly as much lower back and hip pain as usual.
As a side note, I wasn’t super impressed with the office staff. The lady at the front desk didn’t smile once and was rather abrupt on the phone. The other staff were about the same; not really friendly, but not rude either. While this wouldn’t stop me from going back, I wish everyone else would follow Dr. William’s attitude.

Seriously, Dr. Williams has made my life SO MUCH easier. I went in with years of pain in my back and neck due to heavy lifting for a decade. I sleep better now and feel much more aligned. I’ve been around town to other chiropractors and he’s the only one that has helped. Check out his methods and incredibly friendly and helpful staff!

I’ve been to others in town and Dr. Williams is great and gets it done! Cool guy and a great staff! The first time I came in and he was humming and whistling around the office, I knew that this was the place for me. After just a few visits, I was feeling like my old self. They are great all the way around!!!

I have been to two different well-​known Chiropractors in the Las Cruces area and neither were as professional and could do what Dr. Williams has done for me!
His office gets me in quickly, his office staff is friendly, I have never waited for more than a couple minutes to be called back and he is extremely professional.
I have been seeing him for about 2 years now and I have seen a noticeable decrease in the amount of migraines and neck pain I was experiencing.
I am very, very picky when it comes to medical care and professionalism and Dr. Williams gets my vote of approval.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Williams for the last five years. We have had an excellent experience there. He is even available on-​call on weekends, a service we have used more than once. He has treated me through two pregnancies and has also adjusted both of our children with great success. I highly recommend this practice!

We were referred to Dr. Williams by our previous chiropractor in Arizona and we have been absolutely satisfied with him. He works with us both by appointment and by walk-​in when needed. He doesn’t even charge us to adjust our young son, which was a godsend after we first moved. He was having a very hard time adjusting to things here, but after a few sessions with Dr. Williams, he was sleeping much better and was much happier. My wife and I are both also very satisfied with our adjustments every time that we go. Dr. Williams is very friendly, which to me is a big change from most doctors who really seem like they can’t be bothered with you half the time. They just want your co-​pay before they kick you out the door.
So if you are looking for chiropractic care in Las Cruces, and especially if you have small children, I can’t recommend Dr. Williams highly enough. I will also be posting this review under Helping Hands Chiropractic, which is the formal name of his practice. So don’t flag me for double posting! :)
