We have been providing professional remote Secretarial Svcs to businesses & individuals in the U.S., Canada & England since 1998.

As of Jan, 2013, we have typed & formatted 22 customer books uploaded to on-​demand publishers now on sale in major book sellers.

As of Mar, 2013, we have 1 customer eBook and 1 FREE ebook on sale in Smash​words​.com & major book sellers. We are an ebook publisher.

Formatting books & Ebooks for publication are but two of our specialties.

We can convert printed documents in 123 languages as well as PDF files to a text file for editing. (NO Translation.)

Rates: Transcription/​Typing — By the typed line, Data Entry — By the entry field, All other work by the hour

Delivery & Pickup of completed work: Via email, upload/​download to an internet file sharing cloud site, U.S. Mail or in person (local only)

I worked as Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant & in middle management for many years before forming my company, Tailored PC Documents, in 1998 to provide professional secretarial services to business and individuals who don’t have the equipment, software programs, time or expertise to get a particular job done.

I have a degree in Banking & Finance & have worked with many programs on the computer for over twenty years.

My employees and I are all proficient in all versions of Windows, MS Office Suites including Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint, MS Works, Roxio Video & Audio creation programs, Adobe Acrobat, PageMaker & InDesign, QuarkXPress OmniPage, PaperPort & other main stream applications.
