You can find these guys around town at events or, better yet, breweries. I found them at Rapp Brewing for Taco Tuesdays and was graced with yummy carnita tacos. Wonderfully seasoned and paired with just right salsa verde, it was a perfect match to my beer. I hope to see them at more places in the future! They definitely have captured my interest in their tastiness!
