Does my A/C work, yes… but that’s the only positive thing I can say. I had a whole new system installed, decision made on the spot, everyone was nice then, but it quickly ended. Every service call and inquiry is like pulling teeth without Novocaine. There’s no follow up or call backs, even when promised. I have to hire someone to change my filter because of how they installed my air handler, I physically cannot reach it. But I guess that’s MY problem. It’s a lot more that just inconvenient. And the attitude of their staff is beyond condescending and rude.

I can’t express enough how thankful I am to One Hour Air. I had my ductwork replaced yesterday and the entire process was effective, efficient, and very reasonably priced. The technician was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up(spotlessly) afterwards! They even came by the next day to see if there were any possible tweaks that could be made to make my system even MORE efficient. Right now I’m sitting in total air conditioned comfort and can tell my system is running much easier, and know I’ll be saving lots of money on my electric bill. EVEN better, I’m just about to renew my annual Comfort Club Membership which guarantees me continued actual ‘comfort’ with priority scheduling, added discounts, a free check-up and a free tune-up each year. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much, Joel, Jennifer, Paul, and Matthew!

The good: Very professional handling of my initial call. Technician arrived quickly and on time, and was knowledgeable and personable. The bad: A diagnostic check and adding some Freon was a bit steep at $ 600 The ugly: Labor costs for repairs are astronomical. In my case, for an evaporator coil replacement they quoted $ 1,200 in labor and $ 475 in parts. I decided to wait and have my normal AC guy do it; he charged $ 350 in labor, and $ 400 in parts. The bottom line: If you need something fixed right now and cost is no object, then these are your guys. If you can wait, take the time to get some competing quotes.

Charge for a service call is typical, but they overcharge for repairs. They push their service contract.
