Helping people is the passion that I bring to every massage treatment.

My 18 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse has given me a true understanding of how the body works in wellness and disease, as well as the ability to make connections with every client.

As a Reiki practitioner, I am able to enhance that connection with this wonderful alternative to the traditional methods of dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and pain. I feel privileged to share this gift of energy with others.

My massage practice is not just about employing great technique, but also about connecting with my clients mentally and energetically to achieve amazing results that go beyond what massage alone can do. I like to use a variety of techniques/​modalities for the most effective treatment.
