Well he showed up on time. Took the door apart. He was here to replace the torsion springs. Gave me a price. I told them I had a coupon. He said… well when she quoted your price on the phone she just assumes you have a coupon. So he fixed the springs. Said he went ahead and adjusted the price $ 25 off (like the coupon). So that night my husband was moving the door up and the motor started to whine when it was on its way up. It have never done that before. Before it broke, after it broke… but only AFTER he fixed it. That was on a Tuesday. I called and they would send him back out to check it out. He fist of all didn’t even remember being here. SERIOUSLY? You are that busy? He kept talking in circles about the noise in the motor. Said he could replace it for me. How nice! Just happened to have motors for 100’s of dollars. He said he could send someone else out to look at it. I asked him if I would get the same answers. He said yes. Then was looking at my bill… he fracking charged me $ 20 for gas! Are you kidding me? Had to call and get that refunded. Waiting for that! But avoid this place.

Brandon was very professional and helpful when my torsion spring let lose. Had Precision Door out to give me a quote to fix it and it was ridiculous. Called Brandon late on a Friday night, he was over the next morning, quoted it at a 1⁄3 of the other place and explained exactly what needed to be done. He had it fixed that afternoon and it’s been working great. Thank you so much.

I use Matt at liftpro exclusively for all our rental properties (75+) and never had any problems with scheduling or service. He is someone I trust to work with our tenants without my personal supervision. They have replaced my personal opener with the liftmaster jack shafts and installed the latest myque home system. I highly recommend.

The garage door estimate and final price were exactly the same. The door was as described, no complaints on the garage door. I did have several complaints about the service. First, I was given a 2 hour window for installation time. They were almost an hour later than the window, however they did call at the end of the window to advise there were going to be late. Second, the guys forgot something in the truck which required them to come walking through my house to get to the driveway. There was a path of dirt left behind. Third, they had to move stuff around in my garage to install the new tracks and door, which I understand. However, they left everything where they moved it to, did not even attempt to move stuff back to where they found it. They broke the light in my garage motor, so I had to get up there and replace the bulbs myself. Lastly, and most importantly, they left SCREWS, METAL BRACKETS, and other broken pieces all over the floor of my garage! I had to do a full sweep of the area so I didn’t get a punctured tire with everything that was left behind. I called the manager about this, however, never got a call back. I would go with another company if I had to do it again!

I was quoted one price only to be charged almost $ 100 more. The technician said the woman in the office was new. To his credit he reduced the amount charged but was still $ 30 more than was quoted. I would have called Overhead Door, who I usually use, but was misled by a lower price. I know better next time.
