I found a groupon for hair services and highlights and there were some favorable ratings for this establishment. I just came home from my appointment and I am so upset and disappointed with the results! First my haircut is awful, she made short layers if after I asked her not to; it will take me a year to grow this mess out. I told here I wanted a trim and to leave it in the same style, it is completely different. The color/​highlight was one of the worst I had, at least I can have that corrected. She charged me on top of the groupon for the root color (an additional $ 65!) and I could have easily gone to a reputable salon for the same price (groupon + $ 65) with markedly better results. Making appointments here is difficult, the website wasn’t working and she doesn’t answer her phone. I persevered because I had the groupon. Please reconsider going here if you are contemplating it. There are plenty of salons nearby that do a much better job, provide better service, and do the services for more reasonable costs
