Ok so… We made a purchase from @HHGREGG Largo on Monday. Now the store boasts SAMEDAY and NEXTDAY delivery but for some reason they can’t seem to honor our cash purchase. Per the store associate our delivery was supposed to be on Wednesday(when we left the store Monday night) Now… Here comes the mess… Tuesday morning I get a phone call from the man who started off as my salesperson(he had to go home so someone else cashed us out) in his message he indicates that the delivery was supposed to be Thursday, but now they have to change it to Sunday. Now I’m sure you can imagine my surprise because clearly when we left the store Monday night we were told delivery would be Wednesday… so I immediately call the salesman back. He didn’t answer. I left a voicemail stating per our discussion in store Monday night with the gentleman that cashed us out delivery was scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, and I asked him to please confirm the information he received and give me a call back… I still haven’t received that call! At any rate, I decided to call the store and check on delivery to confirm since I hadn’t received a return phone call from the salesman. I get to the delivery department… end up being transferred back to the store to a «manager» who says he’ll call me back in 30 minutes… still waiting on his phone call too!!! Finally, after five hours I call the store back and speak to the«manager»(someone different than before) and he says the soonest delivery can take place is Thursday… They have to come get the unit from the store Wednesday, take it to the warehouse, then deliver it to me. Now… I have to cancel my schedule for Thursday to wait on this delivery. Wednesday comes and goes no call from delivery. I call and no one answers so now I’m stuck waiting until Thursday morning to try and reach someone. Here comes today… I receive no call so I wake up at 9:45am and make contact with the delivery lady who indicates that I’M STILLNOTSCHEDULEDFORDELIVERYTODAY… Seriously, this can’t be life… Now, I’m confused so I ask to be transferred to the store manager. The store manager answers… someone different than the last two… I explain EVERYTHINGAGAIN and he says he’ll call back in ten minutes. Thirty minutes later he calls back with the best he can do is Saturday delivery! What?! How does a company offer SAMEDAYORNEXTDAYDELIVERY but want us to wait a week for delivery of an OPENBOX washer and dryer that’s in the store!!! I’m now waiting on the Regional Manager to call me back… Suggestions on how to get a faster response and my washer and dryer in our home today are greatly appreciated! As of right now I am still waiting on a response from the Regional Manager or the DVP whom I also left my number for…

In-Store pick up gone wrong. Why purchase an item with a request for in-store pick up if this will take all day to finalize? Customer’s can walk in and buy an item in less time than it takes to prep and item for pick up. That seems a little idiotic, or unconcerned about the sale. Each time I walk in this store I get a negative vibe. Four hours after receipt of the confirmation e-mail, I feel the item I purchased should be ready for me to take home. I’ve probably gotten that negative vibe for the last time!

I waited a month after my purchase to write this review because I wanted to make sure not only the service was good but also the products that were recommended to me, bought a Samsung dishwasher open box and a washer dryer set, the washer dryer set crapped out after a week so I made a exchange, process was much easier than I expected and they didn’t try to up sell a replacement but rather what was best for my needs, thank you ms Reynolds and others for taking care of us, we will be back
