Good As New Appliances

Wow. This is a used appliance store. 30 Day guarantee, fix or replace. OK, we got a GE washing machine from these guys almost a month ago. Jerry delivered it, set it up and told us if it leaks to call. So the next day it leaked and I called back and told them it was leaking. THEY NEVER came back out! So, it was still working then. Now, it’s overflowed, doesn’t work at all. Called two days ago. The guy never shows up, never calls. The next day we call again. He shows up finally today. Takes the washer, and tells me that he will try to fix it, but if not he’ll bring us another one. BUT, he only has two and they both cost 30 dollars more and I would have to pay the difference.
Not the way to stay in business when you depend on word of mouth. Meanwhile, my laundry is piling up. Thanks, but no thanks Jerry.
Update — He was able to fix the old machine for no more money,
