We had re-bath redo our master shower. The original work was great. We had one issue with the shower head about a year out and called them. They were right out that week.
Now 6 years later the corner of the shower (called a tower) that holds shower accessories and has a step for your foot to assist shaving and showering cracked. We called again back in June and this Re-Bath is under new management. They started off telling us there would be a service charge, but it is written in our warranty that defective material is covered for life. After about two months of complaining and calling the new owner called and again was argumentative about taking care of the problem but finally agreed… it is now the last day of September and we still have not seen nor heard from this company.
NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE… THE OWNER HIMSELF SAID THEY HAVE PROBLEMS GETTING GOOD HELP.
THEY CERTAINLY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY EITHER.
