East Bay Dry Cleaners

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The people that work here are very nice but they both smoke… so think about that before you hand your items over ewww! Also we just used this place one time and had 1 item cleaned our item was not ready on the day we were given. Yet it was not ready until a week after our pick up date. They did not have the common courtesy to even call and tell us this. We found this out once we went to try and pick it up. We also found out the item does not get cleaned on the site and it goes out to a plant. we were not told this when we dropped it off. also they could not provide a price on what it would cost. that was odd. Needless to say we got our item back 3 weeks after we dropped it off and should have only been 1 week. I asked if we could receive a discount due to the no calls on the updates (i had to call each day for an update), they asked after i paid if i would come back. my response «NO not after this bad experience, no follow up or discount. This place is horrible goodbye»
The item we dropped off did come back clean so thank goodness.
PLEASE DO not go here. There are tons of other dry cleaners which are much better i am sure of it. and i plan to find that place.

Dry cleaning for myself is more of a luxury than a necessity. I don’t have a complaint about the cleaning they have done, that is fine. It’s the personalities of the people that work there. 1 person is very personable, she’s the new part-​time person that works here and there. The other person who is older should not be a client facing person. Her disposition is absolutely horrible and her voice inflection is horrid as well. She just doesn’t belong in a customer service type of business. Dry cleaners are a dime a dozen. Time to take my business elsewhere.
