Dan McCullers Roofing

These guys did my roof about a week ago and they were cheaper than the next guy by 2000 $
.they did a really good job and finished the job on time! Would reccommend

I have been trying to contact these guys since yesterday — since they advertise weekend and emergency service. I have left at least 30 messages. I have emailed. I have posted on various social media sites (he immediately pulls down my Facebook posts, so I know he’s there). They installed my roof. Their roof is leaking into my bedroom and Florida room. I have pots and buckets on the floor. Do they care? NO! It’s sad because I thought they did a good job with the roof installation and gave their name to several friends. Well, THAT won’t happen again. I mean, the guy could at least call to acknowledge my futile attempts to contact them. I am scheduled to go out of town on Wednesday and this situation had better be resolved by them

I emailed this roofer all the details of the job that I needed done (so they could determine if they could handle the height/​pitch of the job). Dan calls me back and makes an appt with me for later that same afternoon. Dan never shows up or calls to tell me that he is not coming. Thinking that maybe I misunderstood him, I gave him the following day to either contact me or show up… Neither happened & I even called the office that afternoon.
I called Dan this morning on his cell to inquire why he made an app and did not show up or call. Dan’s response «I got busy in the afternoon». WOW, really!!! I guess my time sitting around waiting for a contractor is not valuable & this contractor could care less about anybody other than himself.
I would not recommend this contractor as his communication skills are poor & he is not a man of his word.
