Established in 1996.

Classic Construction is a family owned business that has its roots in the midwest. Originally form Minnesota, Brian and Jeff Lodermeier are a father and son team that built their business from the ground up. Starting in MN in 1996, and refounded in 2003 in Florida as Classic Construction, we have been driven to provide the best service, quality, and value.

Hello! I’m Jeff Lodermeier, and I am one of the owner/​operators of Classic Construction. I enjoy long walks on the beach and showing you how a contractor can be your friend. Sometimes this industry can give you a bad taste in your mouth, but Classic Construction is like a gourmet cuisine. I will show you how your contractor can become your best ally. We will work together to achieve your goals and make you love working on your home!
