Went in there to get stuff from a wedding registry — guy cashier at the front was beyond helpful, printed my list and showed me the free gift wrapping area I had no idea they even had — my wrapping is awful, but was nice to use their supplies instead of buying it! Went to actually pay for the items and another lady cashier was there and not so nice — went from one extreme to the other. Yeah, they’re pricey — I only go when have the 20% which is all the time plus have some 20% off entire order and some $ 5 off coupons… get my keurig coffee there all the time and sometimes candles. Can’t really afford to shop there though.

A cashier in the front named Anna was completely beyond rude to me. I bought keriug coffee on the 8^th and the 9^th I went to use it and they expired a month ago. She told me it was normal and waved her hand rudely instead of pointing to the section I go to for new ones. Then as I was waiting in line she told every customer in front of me to check their expiration dates and gave me a rude glance. Really? How rude. At checkout point I had to pay a difference which isn’t right. Overall, this location is horrible on employees.

There’s so much stuff in here, you can barely move… I would hate to be in this store on a busy day no one would be able to navigate through the store. The aisles were worse than Walmart and we all know how tight the aisles are at Walmart…
Everything is super expensive in here but it’s so convenient when you need Bed Bath and Kitchen items. If you are lucky you can find what you need in their discount piles like i did. My bill still ended up being over $ 200 though which was shocking when i got to the checkout.
I will say they had everything I needed though which was awesome because i was short on time and needed to get everything in one spot.

The employees go above and beyond to assist you. It’s also one of the bigger BB&B’s so that’s a bonus. They are generous with their coupons and even it they’re expired they still accept them. They have good sales once in a while
My only complaint is that If I see something in their weekly ad and go in to get it, they don’t have it in stock. This has happened several times. No matter, they order it for you right there and ship it to your door with no shipping charges so I guess I really can’t bitch. But I miss out on the instant gratification of walking out of the store with my purchase.
