Dairy Queen Stores of Laredo

If I could rate this as zero stars then I would.
Worst customer service, period. Waited 20 minutes in line inside the store. Five servers are all making deserts — four of those servers all catering to the drivethru and only one server working the two cash registers inside not having any clue of what it means to take orders only. She also did not know who was in line and in what order since people waiting to be serviced formed two respective lines expecting a clerk at each register but alas this one server was taking orders AND making them. Additionally, a sixth DQ worker is changing the trash for three trashcans right next to where all the desserts are being made, an absolutely disgusting sight to say the least and unsanitary to our food is an understatement. DQ has really good food but with this kind of service and the lack of sanitation taking place, everyone please steer clear and eat at any other restaurant along the Guadalupe corridor but this DQ location. I challenge the staff and management be better at their service and sanitation because next time I go I won’t hesitate to take my next review further.

Playground is dirty, restaurant dinning area is small, and drive through is always full so be prepared for a long wait. But when I’m craving ice cream, it just has to be DQ.
