I will never stay at this hotel again. My shower only had scolding hot water to the point I was unable to shower. I called the front desk to report the problem, and they said they would send somebody to my room right away. Nobody ever showed up, when I went to the front desk an hour and a half later the receptionist that I had spoken with was busy playing on her cell phone. I guess that was more import at than taking care of the customer. If I could give zero stars I would.

Typical Courtyard but unkempt. I booked a slight upgrade and I think there was a murder in my room before I checked in

Great hotel, location its great and even just a few minutes from the Mall and the International Bridge.
Looks like it has been renovated, bed its was really good, a bit small pillows for my taste, lcd tv and even with a small couch, free wireless internet and its has a decent speed and great signal strength. Free parking and it has a food/drink bar with starbucks brew coffee; price its ok for what you get, wish they had a bigger fitness facility.
I was a bit nervous about staying here for the first time, I will come back next time Im in town!
