BlocStudio merges 20+ years of experience in the design + construction business. All designs are priced during the development phase to ensure the client is within their budget before the drawings are completed. All construction is fully licensed and insured and under the direction of the designer and the builder to ensure that the details are realized and the vision is consistent with the client’s expectations.

Business Owner

Alvaro Brito is a master carpenter and licensed contractor with extensive knowledge of all trades involved in the building of a residence. He has owned and operated a contracting company for 8+ years and has completed multiple residential projects inclusive of additions, extensive renovations, and ground up construction. He is also very experienced in the fabrication and installation of whole house custom cabinetry and custom molding.
