These people do not want to deal with you when your certified pre owned vehicle has problems. They refuse to effectively troubleshoot or diagnose hard to determine issues. They consistently fail to address the underlying cause of the issue, and its certain that ice you drive off the lot, the issue will return. They perform shoddy work and some of their customer service reps are the rudest people you will ever meet. I’m going to avoid this place like the plague.

Came here to get a rim. The staff inside the dealership was very helpful and friendly especially Beth Hicks and Steve from the parts department. Unfortunately the Valet staff was not so much!!! Drove in to the parts Valet and the attendant tells us to drive ourselves up the hill to the sales office and park. We walk into the sales office and the staff states we were misinformed that we were supposed to go back to the valet and have our car parked there. We go back to the valet and he states no go drive back up the hill. I informed him no we are picking a rim up so he tells us to park in front of a car. As we are talking to Steve a manager comes and tells us our car almost got sideswiped by a Valet. We tell the manager the valet told us to park there. The manager then said no the valet was supposed to park your car for you. Then my husband goes and moves his car, again the valet just stands there and instead of having our rim mounted by the dealership we were so pissed we decided to go to a tire shop and have them mount our rim with a new tire. I personally feel that we were totally disregarded by the valet staff and there has to be some type of order at the parking garage especially when my car was disregarded by the Valet Staff!!!

I love to shop, however there are two instances where I absolutely dread it: buying a suit and leasing a car. While some of my friends and family love the haggling associated with sealing the deal, I find it exhausting and (sometimes) frustrating. However, after finishing my fourth lease since becoming a driver, I’m more comfortable picking out a car and know what to expect. I’ve leased two cars from Acura of Westchester and both transactions were the most pleasant I’ve experienced as a consumer.
My first lease with Acura of Westchester was in 2013. My salesman Anthony Meed was very informative, never pushy, and guided me through the process with great detail. He knew what I wanted and never tried to sway me towards something else which I something I hadn’t experienced at other dealerships. Recently, my lease was up so I went back to Anthony and he helped me transition into a new car; he made it as seamless as possible. Their service department is also good, they get my car out in a timely manner and wash it before I pick it up.
Acura of Westchester is not the end-​all-​be-​all of car dealerships (and probably not even Acura dealerships), but the business I’ve done there has always been positive which will keep me as a customer.

My mother went in to try and change a battery she bought from there less then 2 years ago however the battery continues to die. The dealer will not replace her battery because they say it has 50% left on it, however she has to get a jump start every 2 days and was forced to buy another battery from auto zone since Acura of Westchester would most likely give her the same hard time again. I will not do business with this dealership no more nor would I recommend anyone else to. Every time you go to the service department they try to up sell you something else. They didn’t change her Battery but made sure they suggested a brand new oil change and change all her filters.

This place is a dump, I will never buy another car from these idiots. It seem that as soon as john Tufo left and the got in bed with Mariano Rivera, they forgot about what put them on the map. I will now go back to ray catena Lexus, they are epitome of professionalism!

Always took my 2008 Acura there for service and have never had issues. They treated me the same as someone who purchased their vehicle from them.
When it was time to trade in (June 2015), the sales reps gave me a more than fair trade in offer, were very nice and helped me every step of the way. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or treated unfairly. I’ve already been back into the service dept 3 times (no fault of theirs) and I always feel like they bring me to the top of the line. No matter who I speak too… the service is impeccable! I plan to continue to do service with Acura of Westchester and ONLY Acura of Westchester!

I’ve been coming to Acura of Westchester since 2008 and after each visit i’m more and more impressed with the service and level of professionalism demonstrated by my service advisor Chris Colucci.
Chris is excellent at recommending services to keep my 2004 TSX running smoothly without breaking the bank. I first brought my car in with 20,000 miles, i just hit 100,000 and with Chris taking care of my vehicle i’m confident it will be running smoothly for another 100,000 miles. I live in White Plains and there are closer dealerships I can bring my car to, but one trip to Acura of Westchester and you’ll see there’s no competition.

Bought a CPO Acura here last week. Robert made the whole process straightforward and smooth. No complaints :)

Sales team would not return calls requesting a quote for a lease. Even when I got them on the phone and they took all my info and agreed to send it to me they never did.
If they can’t be bothered to respond to sell how can they be trusted with service???
So I got a Lexus and am very happy

Absolutely HORRIBLE ! I wouldn’t get another car from them if they gave it to me for free nor would I or do I recommend anyone to go there. From there sales department down to the service department is a disgrace ! All they care about is getting your money then after you get the car they can care less! Not to mention they sold me a car with a broken shock I bought it back two times they told me nothing was wrong I was still hearing the noise coming from the back I bought it to my own personal mechanic and it was a broken shock ! Then they sold me another car, used car and lied about the milage they pulled a slick one and drove the car up, it was all washed meanwhile the door panels had chipped paint marks & the car was 2,000 miles over the the milage they told me it had !! Will never do business with them again do yourself a favor and don’t get a car from them

I had a phenomenal experience with Brianna Tozzo. After reading the great reviews she had online I called her & she lived up to & beyond the expectations!
My lease was up & I needed to make a decision about next steps. Brianna was informative, NOT pushy & gave sincere advice. I ended up financing the lease at a great interest rate & am a happy, satisfied customer! P. S. My Front light & igniter was not operating she was able to repair it under the warranty she went out of her way to save me $ 800.00. Thats what you call customer service & INTEGRITY!

I have a 2008 Acura MDX base, covered under Acura’s extended warranty. I went to Acura of Westchester in first week of Jan, 2015 for a possible upgrade to a newer model and to consider leasing a 2015 ILX in addition. They offered a very unreasonable trade-​in for my MDX and I left. Few days later, I took my MDX to Acura of Westchester on 01/​17/​2015 to diagnose a scratchy noise coming from exhaust, and inconsistent seat memory in cold weather. Regarding the seat memory, the service consultant, Shannon Lemon mentioned that the passenger side mirror (which was working fine at that time) is after market and is affecting the seat and steering memory and needs to be replaced. After I came back from dealership, I noticed the driver side mirror was frozen and not moving, and seat memory light on the driver door was off and seat memory was completely non-​functional. I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment. On 01/​31/​2015, I dropped my MDX at dealership at 10:15 AM. Around 3 PM the same day, I received a phone call from the service consultant, Shannon Lemon, who said that the passenger side aftermarket mirror is short circuiting the driver side mirror as well as the steering and seat memory system, and that this particular electrical issue is not covered by Acura’s extended warranty. She intentionally did not mention the electrical, short-​circuiting, and warranty non-​coverage issues in the written report. My wife talked to the manager, Chris, who emphasized that further diagnostic work up is needed at rate of $ 130/​hour.
I had some body work performed on my MDX in ⁵⁄₂₀₁₃ and replaced the passenger side mirror by a Geico certified mechanic. The driver side (original Acura) mirror was fully functional until after the car was serviced at the dealership on 01/​17/​2015. There was no so-​called short-​circuiting during the 1.5-year period since ⁵⁄₂₀₁₃.
I took my car to an independent third party mechanic on 02÷4÷2015, who performed the diagnostic work up and found that the power supply to the driver side mirror was unplugged. Upon re-​plugging, both the driver side mirror and the seat memory became fully functional. He did not find any evidence of short-​circuiting.
I paid around $ 2400 in 2012 for the extended warranty to cover for any future electrical issues among others, and non-​coverage of such issues would constitute a pure waste of money, adversely affecting brand trust. Interestingly enough, the third party mechanic identified and remedied the problem in less than an hour which the Acura trained technicians (who work on hundreds of Acura vehicles every month), could not diagnose and fix in more 4 – 5 hours.
I reported the issue to Acura’s client relations. Ms. Katrina called few days later from Acura’s office, and told me that Acura cannot take any action against the dealership since dealership is an independent business. She offered reimbursement in the amount of $ 108, (which the outside mechanic charged). I was not interested in $ 108, but rather some disciplinary action taken against the dealership. The driver side mirror and seat memory stopped working immediately after the car was serviced at the dealership to fix the exhaust issue. The outside mechanic found that the power supply to the mirror was unplugged. The scenario is highly suggestive of this ‘unplugging’ being performed by the dealership. The mirror and seat memory itself is a rather trivial issue. What is concerning is the fact that it was most likely done by the dealership. I had to make a subsequent appointment, go there, take a loaner, and go back there after 5 hours with the issue still being unresolved… which the outside mechanic later fixed it in only an hour.
It’s beyond my understanding that the dealership works under the banner of Acura and uses its name to attract customers, yet its actions are deemed immune by Acura, as these actions according to Acura does not lie under the jurisdiction of Acura since the dealership is an independent entity (???). It means the dealership can do whatever they want and get away with it? This further implies that Acura has no system of check and balance and can not hold dealerships responsible for their cheating and unprofessional and unethical actions. Acura is an established reputable auto brand but its reputation is seriously compromised rather ruined by unprofessional demeanor of dealerships with ulterior motives.

I can’t speak for all the sales guys but the one I dealt with was crap and trying to out smart me. He was some Eastern European guy. Make a long story short I wanted a TLX V6 SHAWD Advanced. So he takes me around the lot and he says we have 2… Ok I said great. He takes me up to it and says this is it… I look at the sticker and it’s not even close to what I want; and I tell him that. His response was… yeah but it looks the same as the one you want. He takes me to the next one and says the same thing, then he says all the models look the same, I said «no shit but they all have different options» He honestly thinks people are idiots. I feel bad because God knows how many cars he sells like this. I have never been treated like an idiot before. I know the sales guy will try and make money on the car and that’s fine if he’s a honest guy and he cuts me a little break too. Anyway I ended up buying my Acura somewhere else. They were honest and said we don’t have the car but we will in 2 weeks. I came back in 2 weeks and bought it.

This was the 12^th transaction at Acura of Westchester for my wife, myself and 3 of our 4 children. Ken Hicks and his staff always give us a great price and make the transactions as easy as possible. Brianna helped us with our first RDX and she was great. Whenever we need service we can always get a loaner. We highly recommend Acura of Westchester and we will be back!

I am with Acura for almost two years now. Both sales and service departments are very professional. When I call — I talk to a real person within seconds. When i bring my car — there is no wait at all. Shannon Lemon is the manager who is taking care of me. She is very organized, always tells how much time exactly I am going to wait and just a good person. And if the wait is too long — she provides a loaner car. The waiting room equipped with Cappuccino machine and TV. I always look forward to the service at Acura Larchmont!

Just leased a 2015 Acura RDX. Julien was very patient with this deal being it took a few weeks longer than expected to get out of my previous lease via a lease transfer. I cant explain how he went above and beyond and the exceptional customer service I received from him. I would definitely lease my next vehicle there. Went to curry acura on central ave did not like the vibe there. This is the dealer to go to!

This place is the best!
I’ve been getting Acuras from these guys since the Legend in the 1990’s. Always straight forward and always the best prices. The philosophy there has always seemed to be on volume and customer service. Ken, Tony, Dennis, Al, Danny have all been there for 10+ years and it’s always great to see the same faces greet me when I come for Service or a new car. Jonny Lee in Service is also the best!

Went there a year ago to buy a CPO
I asked if the dealer would budge at all on a TSX and they said absolutely not. With that being said some how I got suckered into toying with the idea of leasing a new ILX.
I dealt with Matt and he seemed alright but seemed preoccupied with other things. He was constantly on his phone texting and talking to his co-​workers. In the end decided to not go forward because I wanted to finance and not lease and I wanted something larger than an ILX.
What was a major turnoff is that they make you valet your car. At first you think, oh how nice, but you realize they have your trapped and forced to deal with all their pitches.
Secondly price. While they have a great selection of new cars and mint CPO cars, they are overpriced and not budging at all on the sale price doesn’t help.

Negative experience and bad customer service with my lease transaction. There was a miscommunication with how my old lease would be handled. When I tried to resolve or clarify the issue the response from the manager was borderline unprofessional.
